I used to have this 20 years ago myself as a child so i had to buy it for my daughter we had fun playing it and it’s just like how it was then.

This is a simple game for young ones to grasp – you basically have to catch the bed bugs which match the colour of your tweezers.
You need batteries as they are not included.
My children have enjoyed playing this and regularly ask to get it out.
Good value for money and an enjoyable game.

My children have enjoyed playing this game.

It is easy to set up and to play. Its concept is very simple – the cardboard base of the bed vibrates and the bed bugs vibrate around with it. You then have to catch your chosen colour of bugs!

It is not difficult – but for the younger players is fun.

    Would recommend.

This game is good value and great for hand-eye coordination, as well as being a lot of fun. My three-year-old enjoyed picking out the pieces with the batteries switched off. It’s a bit more of a challenge with them on!

I would recommend for children aged 5 onwards. The box, however, is not very solid and it’s really easy to lose the tiny bugs.

Bedbugs is a bit of a Hasbro classic, and since my son liked Operation I decided to introduce him to this.
The game is a 2-3 player setup, with 3 sets of bugs and 3 pairs of tweezers. The board comes already assembled, you simple slot into place two cardboard decals that are provided. You then need to add batteries (this requires a small screwdriver) which are Type C – batteries are not included. Press the button and the board vibrates, throwing the bugs in the air. Games generally last 5 minutes, but the game is quite addictive, particularly when there are three of you fighting over the board.

At 10.99 (at the time of review) this game is great value, but the added cost of batteries is a bit of a downer.
This set requires Type C batteries, which are not included, you can find them here:

An easy to set up, fun game that is suitable for children aged four and over. My Children love any type of board style family game and this one has very quickly became one of their favourites as they can set the game up themselves and play together without any adult help.

The idea of the game is to be the first person to collect all of your bed bugs in your colour but if you pick up another person’s bed bug by accident then you forfeit winning the game. The game is difficult enough to be slightly challenging for younger players but also not too difficult that it prevents them from playing by themselves.

A good fun game which both of my kids live playing.

This is a fairly simple but fun game for kids of about 3+. The concept is straightforward. There are bugs of different colours jumping around on a vibrating bed. The object is to gather all the bugs of your nominated colour faster than the opposition can gather theirs using the little forceps provided. All players participate at the same time. At 11.99 the price is fair. Would make a pretty good child-to-child birthday gift.
