Sits in between monopoly junior and the classic version in terms of playability and age of play. All the family, ranging from 5+ are happy to play this one as it’s lots of fun if you’re Mario fans.

It is a good game for the family to enjoy playing. It does require some patience as may have to navigate the board on more than one occasion depending on the path taken. The only down side is the price. I do think it’s a bit pricey, in comparison to the original.

Basically game of life but with super Mario world theme, instead of having babies you collect stars by trading collected coins. Instead of retiring, your collected stars are to help you battle and defeat bowser. Defeat him and you win! Takes a little while so don’t expect a quick family game but it’s so much fu

This is a great family game (assuming there’s no more than 4 of you because there’s only 4 pieces). It’s less faff to play than standard game of life and without the money, career, children and pet elements it’s easier to set up and ultimately put away at the end. A love of Mario is probably needed or at least knowledge or some prior Mario play, otherwise I’m not sure you’d understand the boss defeat at the end. All in all highly recommend!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAssumed it was a version of game of life but it’s more like a board game version of Mario party. Lots of fun, kids loved it. But if you’re looking for a mario version of game of life. This isn’t it.

A good game that is good for kids and adults. The game is different enough from normal game of life to be able to own both. The characters and board are good quality.
