Small but enough for 2 people and a tiny kitchen, has a 20 min program which for me is brilliant! Dishes are perfectly washed, fits aside the sik, doesn’t need plumbing can gust fill up cold water-comes with jug, fruit basket and special program.
Just as good as a normal dishwasher!
Absolutely delighted with this dish washer as hand washing was always painful for me as I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and fingers and I also can’t stand for very long. So easy to use and so quiet. I just use the quick wash which is only 19 minutes and on each wash my plates and cutlery are spotless! So ideal for me as I live on my own in a flat and didn’t have the room for a full size dish washer. I’m even tempted to buy one for my caravan! If you are thinking of buying one then you won’t be disappointed.
Arrived safely yesterday. It is fabulous. Even on a quick wash (29 minutes) it cleaned perfectly. I would highly recommend this small dishwasher to anyone with limited space. I use it via the tank fill option rather than inlet hose, frees up my taps for bigger items that would not quite fit.
I knew it was good from the reviews, but it actually exceeded my expectations, super easy to use, and has more than one program. I’ve been using it for almost 3 months now 1-3 times a day because I cook a lo
I got 3 kids, this awsome dishwasher saved me from complete insanity.
I love that it drains straight into the sink and I can manually fill it with water but I still have the option to plumb it in properly.
My kitchen is small so this was ideal.
I can fit most things in it too. I haven’t has to wash anything in the sink since getting this.
Simple things in life make a big difference and being unshackled from the sink is one of them.
This dishwasher is so handy and has saved me so much time. I was dubious at first and it took a while to stack it properly because the insert tray doesn’t line up very well. But once I nailed it there was no stopping it. It’s small but can fit all crockery and even a Pyrex roasting dish. All comes out perfectly clean and shiny. It’s very quiet too. My new fav thing! Plumbing in is not necessary I just use 3 jugs of water which is easy to add. It’s the perfect gadget for ppl that hate washing up. Like me!
There’s enough space for 4 cereal bowls, 4 plates, 1-2 mugs, and lots of cutlery.
The top space is too small for any big cups.
You can use this dishwasher without a water supply hose, just use the supplied jug and fill/dump it in 3-4 times.
Been using this dishwasher every day for the last few months, it’s very reliable and cleans well. After washing, it dries the dishes for an hour.
I bought this table top dishwasher about 3 months ago, I did not no what to expect OMG I was shocked it is brilliant don’t let the size fool you it is a dishwasher it does what it says on the tin.
It cleans it wash it is fantastic if it was not I would said differently I have not got a big space in my kitchen and this just work fine and the good thing about it you can connect it to the mains or you can put the water in manually just take it out of the box and it work straight away.
Well done to the manufacturer who put it together and for thus company’s for sell it job well done.
This dishwasher is a god send, i moved out a few months ago and have been handwashing dishes whilst working from home but since getting this im no longer falling behind and can keep the place relatively clean 🙂
Pro’s
Does not require you to connect to plumbing , it has a built in water tank you can fill by hand with the provided 2L jug .
Sits on top of a counter ( in my case the sink draining board ) with an outlet hose that easily reaches the sink.
Multiple settings from quick wash at 30 minutes up to a strong wash at 89 minutes + Drying time
Cons
Its quite noisy , but so are most dishwashers
Inside is relatively small , its big enough to get regular plates in but does not really fit my deep dish/plates nor frying pan.
Compact and attractive dishwasher at a fab price. It was well packaged and delivered within a couple of days. Easy to use and certainly cleans dishes really well. No need to plumb it in, just add three jugs of water to the well at the top (jug is included) and direct the rubber hose into the sink and it will drain itself. There is also a dry function for after the wash. Delighted with this purchase.
Bought for my 84 year old mother as she was finding it difficult to was dishes by hand now due to mobility issues. She absolutely loves this and has made things easier for her.
Worth every penny. So easy to use. Like others have said, you can fit plenty in once you’ve used it a couple of times and get the knack of loading it. Loading needs to be more precise than with a full size dishwasher but I’m very happy. It’s nice and quiet. Everything comes out immaculate; I’ve been using standard or eco wash and ‘finish’ dishwasher tablets. Planning to try with supermarket own brand next time. It’s heavy so not something you would necessarily put away into a cupboard each time you use it. Absolutely love this product, no space for a dishwasher currently and I’m renting I wasn’t keen to start moving cupboards and plumbing in dishwashers, so this is an excellent alternative
First impressions: I noticed other people mentioned the machine was wet right out of the box. They failed to mention there’s a sticker that says that’s normal and due to warranty tests.
After figuring out the set up (and reluctantly reading the manual), I spent the entire day washing a mountain of dishes that had accumulated.
Like a lot of people in the reviews, I bought this because I have disabilities and struggle with the dishes.
It’s been great, I’ve been very impressed with the performance.
People have mentioned they find it to be noisy, I wouldn’t have that same complaint. I can hear it from the next room but not to the point where it would bother me. A standard dishwasher would be just as loud.
Very impressed with the pressure on the machine, I put a lasagne dish in there that had been baked pretty good, no pre-soak, and it came out clean as a whistle.
.
Reasons why I wouldn’t recommend:
Some of my plates don’t fit in there very well and I have noticed that the blades are very easy to seize up if something blocks them, like a tiny bit of a plate poking out from under the dishwasher rack. I wouldn’t go with a windowless model because with the window, you can see when that is happening and correct it. Pausing the wash causes no issues in my experience.
I think it’s also quite expensive for what you’re buying, so it should be considered whether this or a compact dishwasher would be better for you. If you are a renter or someone who doesn’t have any space to plumb in a new appliance, this is for you, but if you own your own home and intend to plumb it in, there are reputable brands that charge less than this for a better product.
I priced a morphy Richard’s compact dishwasher for 199, so I can’t in my right mind say that this one is worth 250+, I would say closer to 175 is where I’d have wanted to pay.
This is a run of the mill generic chinese dishwasher, and while there’s nothing wrong with that right now, but I worry about how repairable it’s going to be when it breaks down. I don’t think my local handyman is going to have heard of Hermit Lux” before, and who knows if any parts will be available. When you buy from a reputable brand, you know you don’t have to worry about that.
Omg, this mini dishwasher is a life saver, and with a busy life style and children it’s hard to maintain a dish free sink, well it was delivered Sunday and the sink is empty, and still empty Monday. It looks like no light is included, as the photo looks light up inside. But thats OK. It is taller than I thought, but that means with careful packing loads can go in. The best Xmas present ever..
Although Compact this dishwasher surprisingly holds quite a lot of dishes, I have a small kitchen so a full size dishwasher was not an option without altering my kitchen, this handy size dishwasher works straight out of the box, simply place it on a worktop or flat surface load it with dishes fill it with water using the supplied jug, place the outleyt pipe into the sink, or into a bucket, add dishwasher tablet and away it goes cleaning your dishes to a high standard, it even dries your dishes after washing, I am very impressed and so pleased i made this purchase.
Only had it a couple of days, so early review. Packaged well. Very easy to set up and use. I have it on a worktop and have the drain hose in a bucket down on the floor for it to drain into. Suitable for 1 to 2 peope only. Noise wise, nothing I wouldn’t expect on wash cycle. Rather quiet on dry mode. In terms of the measurements, those quoted in the advert are pretty much correct. Bue please note that the water tank lid isn’t flush, so you will need to allow for another 1cm or so if you plan on getting it in a tight space. I wasn’t able to put it on one side where I have cupboards over due to the lid. I wash with half a dishwasher tablet. So far, so good.
I love this little dishwasher. Sits neatly on-top of sink drainer. Easy to use. Can manually put water in or hook it up to water mains. I usually manually put the water in myself though. Has a drying mode which is handy because im most definitely lazy !
I missed having a dishwasher, everything was always clean and sterilised, I’d always had a full sized dishwasher you see and there simply wasn’t enough room in my new home.
I looked at several countertop dishwashers on Amazon, read through numerous reviews.
Then I came across this particular countertop 4 place dishwasher, I read through the reviews, I was also impressed by the easy to follow instruction video and so I ordered it.
My item arrived following day New Years Eve. I carefully unpacked it and placed it where I’d intended, then sat back on a kitchen chair with a cuppa and read through the easy to follow booklet.
Anyway, I then I attached the drainage hose with jubilee clip provided, then plugged the dishwasher into the mains.
Hadn’t long eaten etc so I was happy to load the dishwasher up and I again referred to the booklet.
At the top of the dishwasher, using the jug provided, I poured in the required amount of cold water.
I suggest using just half of a All-In-1 dishwasher tablet. No need for dishwasher salt or rinse aid..
Highly recommended dishwasher, choice of cycles, washes and dries, economical, space saving, it even washes fruit with basket provided, glasses, washes and sterilises baby bottles etc too !.
*Read through instruction booklet and keep it on hand*.

(The dishwasher can be plumbed in if required, a Y connector maybe needed).
(Use a watering can for hose drainage if you can’t have your dishwasher near a sink)
(Dishwasher can be placed anywhere on a suitable surface to suit).
My ADHD means I rarely have the focus to stand and hand-wash my dishes. This has been an ongoing stressor in my life for nearly a decade and ruined my diet. If i don’t have clean utensils and pans, I won’t cook fresh and nutritious meals, and I LOVE to cook, I just run out of steam once i’ve cooked and sat down to eat and want to relax… but then never get round to cleaning everything later which turns into days and weeks of dirty dishes.
I finally caved and bought this after putting it off for nearly 4 years of browsing because I didn’t want to justify the cost, but within one evening my kitchen was clean and my dishes were done and I just feel so much relief. I haven’t checked my energy bills because i don’t care, the convenience makes ay cost worthwhile. I was worried i’d need one plumbed into my rental and I needn’t have worried- this comes with a jug where you pour 3 full jugs (1.8L) into an opening at the top and it’ll beep once it’s reached max capacity. Just chuck in a dish tab into the main dish washer with your dinner bits and press go.
The only thing to be aware of is my large dinner plates do not fit as they prevent the top propeller from rotating. They have to be put in and angled to avoid that, and it can be fiddly and annoying at times. I also cannot wash all pans/plates/oven bit at the same time. it is not big enough for that. I can do it in 2 washes generally and it isn’t a problem.
The longest wash is 69 minutes and comes with an hour drying cycle, and the eco wash is half an hour with an hour drying. I’ll often set an alarm for 80 mins on a full wash and stop the drying early as they don’t often need it, otherwise my tea-towel does the job.
The water drains out of a pipe at the back, and i have stuck it into my sink so there’s no mucky water to dispose of later. The hose has length, but not masses, so i’d make sure you have a space near the sink to place it. The pipe has a sucker on it to stick inside your sink, but it hasn’t worked for me. Doesn’t matter really, but for another person it might.
Renters, especially if you have executive dysfunction problems OR a pain disability, this has changed my life for the better. Best thing I’ve ever bought.
As a dishwasher it deserves 5 stars without a doubt. Very easy to install. Very easy to use. And with the glass front you can watch how vigourously it washes the plates. Only downside was the fact i purchased on the Saturday and on the Monday they dropped the price another 20 pounds really felt stung on that. Could at least waited till I had it.
Product 5 stars. Customer relations 5. Very nice surprise this morning email confirming a refund for the difference. I would definitely buy from them again. Changed review to 5 stars and well deserved
Ps tried the fruit washing option works great.
I started using table top dishwashers when my disability meant I could no longer stand at the sink to manually wash my plates etc. I started off with another brand, which was excellent, but this broke down after almost 2 years of constant use. Instead of getting it repaired I purchased this one instead as the reviews were great and it was reduced. It arrived the next day and was really easy to set up. I like the fact that the round water inlet cover locks into place, as my previous one didn’t. I’ve removed the top tray as it’s not needed. My oval steak plates fit easily which is an added bonus. The are only 2 things that I would have liked to be included: an interior light and the ability to add salt. Apart from that, I’m very pleased with my purchase.
Great dishwasher perfect for us bigger than I thought it would be doesn’t fit under my cupboards but that’s ok ive a space beside the sink and just sit it there it has made life a bit easier I can just pop it on and get on with other stuff no more standing doing dishes which is always a plus wouldn’t suit a big family unless you want to put it on a few times but it works for me I haven’t noticed a big spike in my electric bill but then I would have had to put the water heater on for an hour anyway if i was washing by hand so no difference there didn’t need plumbed in either its just so handy i would definitely recomend it and I would buy again if i needed too hopefully not for a long time yet though i should have bought this soone
This little white cube with a window has made a real difference to my life. Having health issues, it has been so good at helping keep ontop of dishes. Am unable to use the water from the tap option, so fill from above. Just be mindful that you need a good bit of space above to get the plastic jug of water in too to fill up.
The only thing I wasn’t happy about… I knew I was buying an opened box version from amazon warehouse. However, was not impressed that some of the accessories were missing & those inside were covered in black mould!! I had a bit of cleaning to do before i could use it.
So far this has been amazing. I can’t fault it. Really easy to set up and use. You never have to wash and dry up again. I live in a rental so it is perfect as I don’t have to install anything. I’m recommending it to all my friends
I love this machine, only had it a couple of weeks but can’t complain about anything, it washes my standard size plates, pots and oven pans, even my air fryer baske
Easy to set-up if you’re not plumbing it in, cleans well, good selection of programs.
Just had some initial trouble when using for the first time as it kept saying there wasn’t water but turns out it was the internal buoy that had gotten stuck- the company has troubleshooting videos on YouTube which is very helpful
I love the dishwasher. I live on my own and struggle with washing up (I get overwhelmed easily). I got this in the hopes that it would make it easier to stop things piling up and it does just that. It is very good quality and was easy to set up and start using
It is small, easy to use and a much welcomed gadget to my kitchen! Filling in the water is a bit cumbersome if unable to attach to a water source…
I bought this for health reasons and it’s the best well spent money. Making my home life a lot easier. Highly recommend and delivery service was a day early but that’s ok. Easy to use and just buy it already folks. You’d won’t regret it.
I was sceptical of this
Not sure to believe in any of it
Small how can it clean this
Trust me best buy I have
Ever bought .
I am in love with this machine works fantastic
It works it work it works
Extremely useful for a kitchen with limited space. It is compact and well made with a simple but attractive appearance.
However the capacity is rather tight. The shelf for cups could be wider and the cutlery tray could be more stable! The metal section dividers could be arranged better, particularly those nearest to the inside of the machine when placing the first plate,as closure could be difficult.
I have wanted a dishwasher for years and my kitchen is very small and no room to put in a full size dishwasher. I saw that this one didn’t need to be plumbed in to the water supply and can be filled with a water jug (though there are connectors so that it can be fully plumbed in). I am very impressed with it – it cleans everything spotlessly and is quiet when it is running. I wish I’d got one years ago.
Love this little dish washer. We don’t have space for a full sized dishwasher so this little guy is perfect for sitting on the counter and it’s great that you can fill it with water and don’t need to plumb it in.
As someone who, gets ill for weeks on end, standing up and doing the washing feels like a nightmare, I put off buying one for ages purely because counter top dishy are supposedly not that efficient and not that good.
Honestly this is as good as a full sized dishwasher and I couldn’t live without one now, product wise it’s great, I have no complaints except they warn it may be a bit wet due to quality testing. Mine was sitting in a large pool of water. Honestly it’s awesome.
We just don’t have the space in our kitchen for a full sized dishwasher, we’ve always had a dishwasher and moving to this house we had to go back to hand washing which was a real pain, I just couldn’t get my white cup clean, so bought this.
It sits on the worktop near the sink, its neat and doesn’t look out of place. Oh it was so lovely to not to have to do hand washing of the usual crockery. Yes, you can’t get pans in, but for the everyday, cups, plates and cereal dishes and our dogs dishes and cutlery, it’s perfect.
I did find it odd that you don’t have to add rinse aid or dishwasher salt, we bought the dishwasher tabs that have this in with it, everything comes out lovely and clean and dry
We did have to go out searching for the 25cm dinner plates as the majority here in the UK are 27cm and won’t fit in the machine but did find some and have now got used to having a smaller dinner plate
Yes I would definitely recommend this machine. Theres the 2 of us and our 4 dogs
I’ve been promising myself a dishwasher for years, but could never justify the expense, and then I moved due to health issues, and didn’t have the room. So as I can no longer stand up long enough to wash up, I decided to invest in a table top one. Waited till prime day and got a good deal. 2 issues straight off – the feet aren’t adjustable, so if it’s half on, half off the draining board like mine is you’ll have to chock up the feet to level it. Filling it up every time is a bit of a faff. It does come with the pipes to plumb it in so I’ll look into doing that in the future. But performance wise? Cannot fault it. I run it every 2 days (it’s just me), uses same amount of water as a full washing up bowl. Costs average of 3p on an eco cycle during the day (I have solar panels). Most expensive cycle so far – not tried them all yet – was ‘standard’, run in the evening, cost 7p. ‘Quick’ cycle washes really well, cost 1p to run during the day. Everything comes out sparkly clean, even small baking trays, and I’m amazed at how much you can actually fit in there – it’s a lot more than you think! It looks like a toy oven from a kid’s kitchen, but sort of space-age at the same time. I absolutely love it. Best present I’ve ever bought myself.
Only had this appliance for a short time, my initial reaction is great. So far this little dishwasher has proved to be perfect. If it stays working like it has so far, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
Do love this little machine but the thing that spoils it for me is that it doesn’t work unless I tip it. Contacted customer service who told me to watch you tube videos. Tried absolutely everything. I know that this section is more about how good or bad a product is but if anyone happens to know why it needs tipping every time I would greatly appreciate the feedback.
This mini dishwasher is brilliant and does 1 days loads of all our plates/bowls/glasses and other cutlery we eat off each cycle, saying us a lot of time washing up, only for pots/pans/trays and other prep items now! It’s just big enough for our 27/28cm plates, although they do need abit of a jig around to fit comfortably.
It was easy to set up, has a long plug lead and hose, which at first we fed across to the sink to empty the 5L in built tank, although we such a tiny kitchen and little counter space we’ve move it on top of the tumble dryer, the hose now runs into a 6L watering can, allowing us to easily empty it outside or down the sink. It also only needs 8g dishwasher tablets, meaning you can perfectly split a normal one in half, so they go twice as far as well.
We wash all our food off prior so the fast 29 minute wash is all we need!
So I’ve been on the fence about purchasing a tabletop dishwasher for around 10 years now but they always needed to be plumbed in which is a big no no for my rented studio flat, but I’m so glad I ‘bit the bullet’ and bought one now that they have a water tank and don’t need to be plumbed in. I read reviews and one 1 particular review said exactly what I’ve said above, so I thought ‘ok you want one, just go ahead and buy it!!’. It cleans exactly the same as my parents full size expensive one. I live in a small studio flat and there is no door from my living room to my kitchen, and I watch the tv in my living room about 12ft away, the noise is barely noticeable to me and what I can hear is kind of relaxing with it swooshing the water around. Some comparable units come with a water filling tool rather than just pouring the water straight into the top, which does cause a little bit of splashing (nothing that a quick wipe doesn’t fix) but I wish mine had it (I’m thinking of buying it as a spare part if I can find one). Edit: I bought a simple funnel which works wonders!. If I could improve anything, I would want it just an inch bigger front and sides to accommodate my saut pan (which I use daily) and still need to wash by hand as it’s just slightly to long, but that’s ok.
If you want one and are on the fence too, I would say ‘just go ahead and buy it’, you’ll love it!
I bought this because I don’t have space for a full size dishwasher, and washing dishes was a killer due to my disability.
It fits nicely on my work top and the outlet hose was more than long enough to reach my sink.
I love the fact is has a tank as I don’t have the means to plumb in a dishwasher.
It’s just me and a toddler so I run this twice a day, the dishes come out nice and clean and dry. It’s way better than I expected, it’s just as good as a full size dishwasher. I can’t say that not being able to fit a huge amount of dishes or bigger things is a con, as that’s obvious when you buy this.
I overall have zero cons for this little machine.
If you’re considering this and are unsure. I’d say buy it. In the 2 weeks I’ve had it, it’s made my life so much better and it’s a great machine, especially if you have a small space or are a single person or someone with one child.
I can’t praise this enough. I’m so glad I decided to buy it.
Just FYI, all “mini” dishwashers realistically have the same inside. The only difference is the “box”, so you can be guided by the interface and price more.
Our landlord has not allowed us a fullsize dishwasher, so we settled on this one. We are a 2 person household, who eat all meals at home or WFH so we have tupperware as well as plates, highball glasses and bowls. Overall, we have had a 5/5 experience with this dishwasher.
It fits all type of ikea plates, as well as larger more heavy plates, though you have to angle them properly or else it won’t close. our highball glasses and bugs fit under the upper try so we manage to put small things there. Dealing with bowls and tupperware is annying as you have to put them flat since the water goes primarily from the bottom, but the ikea plastic ones are OK. We run it at lunch and dinner and it deals with all dishes but pans and trays.
the cutlery tray is annoyingly positioned and annoying to use, but it’s tolerable. Be aware the hose is very very short.
If you are looking for a convenient and effective way to wash your dishes without installing a full-sized dishwasher, you might want to consider this portable countertop model. I have been using it for over a month and am delighted with its performance and features.
Here are some of the pros and cons of this product:
Pros:
– It cleans dishes as well as a full-sized dishwasher, leaving them spotless and shiny.
– It has a drying function that works even better than my previous full-sized dishwasher. The dishes come out dry and ready to use.
– It does not require any plumbing or installation, just plug it in, fill it with water using a jug, and place the drain hose over the sink.
– It is easy to operate and has different wash cycles to suit different needs.
Cons:
– It is not big enough to fit large items such as ovenware, trays, or woks. You will still need to wash those by hand or use a smaller size.
– It is a bit ugly in terms of design (but that’s subjective). It looks like a large plastic box with buttons and a window. It might not suit your kitchen decor or style.
Overall, I think this is an excellent product for anyone who needs a dishwasher but does not have the space or the option to install a full-sized one. It saves time, water, and energy and does an excellent job of cleaning dishes. I would recommend it to anyone who is in a similar situation as me.
Received well packed and nicely taped and secured inside. Installation was easy, and I use manual water top up – 3 jugs and works well. Bought standard waste pipe for washing machine (Wickes, 5.99), to extend the dishwasher one as it was a bit short to reach my sink. To be clear original one is quite long but place where I could put dishwasher was a bit too far from my sink. Anyway easy to extend as I just plugged very tightly in extending waste pipe. It can fit quite a lot in one washing. My plates are 10″ and they fit perfectly – there is still some space above as dishwasher is fairly high. I do roughly one washing a day, and use Quick cycle – 29 minutes. It really clean dishes and cutlery very well. There is an automatic 60 min drying cycle which kicks in after completed washing. It goes very quiet at this stage. I could stop drying an do it manually to save energy. It works OK both ways. It is easy to maintain and I do 2 min inside cleaning after washing, especially heating plate below the filter that collects limestone from hard water which is characteristic of my geographical area. For me it is not noisy as some people claim. Could not see much difference in noise level between this one and a normal dishwasher. Yes, as it is smaller it should be maybe quieter than big one, but it stands on the worktop and is not sound proof as the built in one. Anyway I am not standing next to my new dishwasher to measure sound output, I would rather move to the living room and listen to music while washing in progress. The instruction manual is a bit spartan but sufficiently clear and informative to get you started. And one more thing – no more dirty dishes in my sink, just fill them into dishwasher and close the door. Voila, my kitchen tidy again. As for longevity will see how it goes, but so far so good. Great little workhorse, would highly recommend.
