I use this product when I’m away from home. It’s a handy size, not too heavy. Holds it’s charge and is easy to use. My best buy of the yea

A powerful charger with 2 USB charging outlets. Using for charging card reading machines and my wi-fi transmitter/receiver on my fiddle and amplifier when on long gigs without electric near by.
A bit on the heavy side and could be better in a brighter cover to make easier to find in work bag and remembering to pick up when leaving events.

On my trip around Norfolk photographing churches, I ended up depleting the DSLR battery and plugged this into a charger and left it in the car, it recharged my battery within a couple of hours, also used it to recharge my phone twice and Speedlite Flash twice. Charged it Thursday and it lasted all the way until Saturday. Still 1/2 charged. Would certainly recommend it. Will see how long it lasts

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersAn absolutely fantastic product which I cannot recommend enough. I have an ageing phone with a shortening battery life and so I purchased this power bank to keep with me to charge my phone no matter where I am. After over a year of nearly daily use, this power bank is still going strong and I am wholly in love with it. Aside from daily use, I have travelled with this power bank all over the world in several countries, and have found it to be reliable, consistent and all I could need. It fits in my pocket and has two USB ports so that it can charge multiple devices simultaneously. It has enough charge to fully charge up multiple phones in a day and still have plenty of charge leftover. I would recommend it 100% to anybody looking for a good trusty powerbank.

Good powerbank. I use it to power my LED lights along a shelf on a studwall. It’s heavier than expected but it is good quality. The only downfall is that it takes a good day to fully charge. 12 hours was not even half charged. So bare this in mind. But once fully charged it powers my LEDs for a good 3 weeks for night time only around 4 hours a night. Sometimes all night.

Sometimes the best products are the ones that just do the job so well that you forget about them, this power bank is one of those things. Use it for a travelling trip and it just did a great around job, I got plenty of phone charges out of it before a recharge and it was sturdy and just didn’t let me down, really pleased with it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFirstly, I was impressed with the high capacity of 26800mAh that this power bank offers. It provides ample power to charge my devices multiple times before needing to be recharged itself. This has proven to be extremely convenient, especially during long trips or when I don’t have access to a power source.

The portable design of the HETP Power Bank is another notable feature. It is sleek, compact, and lightweight, making it easy to carry in my bag or pocket. The build quality feels sturdy and durable, which gives me confidence in its longevity.

One of the aspects I appreciate about this power bank is the presence of two USB ports. This allows me to charge multiple devices simultaneously, which is a time-saving feature. The charging speed is impressive, providing a quick and efficient charge to my devices.

Additionally, the upgraded version of the HETP Power Bank comes with built-in safety features, such as protection against overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits. This gives me peace of mind knowing that my devices are protected during the charging process.

While there are many positive aspects to this power bank, it is important to note that the included charging cable is relatively short. It would have been more convenient if the cable length was longer to accommodate various charging scenarios.

Great product! I bought Anker one of the same capasity but this charger is a lot smaller and lighter than Anker. I’ve used it only once when I went on a holiday and I was very happy with i

So pleased I bought this power bank, the last time the hubby and I went away my phone died prompting the purchase. The bank holds it’s power amazingly, Our power was off for repairs a few weeks ago so I used this to power my phone all day while listening to my tunes, there were loads left in the bank still. We take it away with us all the time now, wouldn’t be without it.

I recently bought this item with the intention of charging it from a small fold out solar panel attached to the dashboard of my car. I needed to charge up an Amazon Kindle and iPhone while on the move, and didn’t want to put extra stress on my car battery.
Everything works perfectly! The charger’s great, the solar panel’s great, and it’s so easy to keep all my devices powered up when I’m outside now.
All in all, I’d recommend this charger. I’ve had no worries as yet, and I’m seriously considering buying another.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI don’t know how I didn’t notice. Maybe I was overwhelmed by all the options and trying to find the best one. It only has USB outputs so that sucks. I still have use fire it but all but one of my chargers are USB. It definitely feels cheaper than I expected. It’s made out of cheap plastic but it’s still heavy so that makes me feel like it is decent. It took about half a day to charge straight out of the box but then it charged two iPhones from low battery and one was completely dead. And it charged my iPad too. So that is a lot of power. The iPad was really slow to charge

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersSupplied USB charging lead is useless. It needs pressure on one side to make contact. A better quality one (Rhino Cables) works correctly. Once understanding how the battery behaves when charging and discharging (LED display), it seems to be quite clever. The instruction leaflet is gibberish and impossible to understand. Time will tell how reliable it is. Using milliampere hours as a measure of battery capacity is silly, no one in the electrical industry does that, and quoting watt hours is questionable. Ampere hours is the correct measurement.

The power bank works just fine, and as expected.
Only quibble is that the power cable frayed within two days and will need to be replaced.

The charge lasts for ages. I use for phone and tablet. Only downside is it’s slightly heavy for the pocket. Otherwise great.

Easy to understand it took a few hours to fully charge( blue lights come on one by one until all are lit) charged an I phone11 quickly & only one blue light went out. It took longer to charge an old out of date iPad
Now I’ve had it 2 months and hardly used it I’ve found the cable that comes with it is of such cheap quality the casing has split & come away from the end where you plug it in leaving exposed wires.

Golden Review Award: 90 From Our UsersI bought this portable power bank, originally with the idea of powering a portable photo-studio lightbox, as an improvement to my very old one that had only 2,200mAh battery capacity.
In comparison, this HETP model has 25,800mAh capacity. It was difficult to chose from so many similar models on Amazon but it seemed to have all the features I needed and looked good value.
After ordering, looking at some of the reviews here, I was a bit worried about whether I had made the right choice. And so, when it arrived, I kept notes on how I used it for the first three weeks.
In short, I have been very happy with it and it has been working fine.
I have been using it to charge my phone, a Samsung Galaxy S10. Usually, I would charge the phone directly from the mains, first thing every morning. Instead, I have been using the power bank. I have found that after fully charging the power bank, I can then use it every day for a whole week, charging my phone typically from around 50%, back up to 100% every morning.
To be a bit more precise, I kept a log for three weeks, of the remaining percentage charge in the phone each morning, and then subtracting this from 100% to note the percentage charge received. Over the course of a week, I have been getting around 370% in total from a single charge of the power bank.
The power bank comes with a rather short (30cm) USB lead which you use to charge it from a power point. It takes around 8 hours to reach a full charge from empty. Whilst charging, the small row of 4 blue lights tell you whether you are on the first, second, third or fourth quarter: the relevant light flashes, then turns to a steady light when finished. It is not as precise as a mobile phone’s remaining charge indicator.
To use the power bank to charge up your mobile, you just plug your phone into it with your USB charging cable. The power bank starts automatically, and again the 4 blue lights indicate how much power remains in the power bank.
When the power bank is not in use, you may still check roughly how much power is remaining by pressing the button on the side: you will get, 1, 2, 3 or 4 lights. Then press the power button twice quickly, to switch off the indicator lights.
Charging a phone takes about the same time as if you were doing it from the mains.
It is a very convenient device to take with you if you are out and about or travelling and are going to be in need of a recharge later and away from your power socket.
It also has the capability of charging two devices at once, although I have tried this only once.
I am delighted with it. Provided that it continues to work like this, I will be very happy.
Update:23 January 2022. I have now been using the power pack daily, for three months. Typically I recharge it overnight on a Sunday night and then use it every morning to top up my phone from around 50% back up to 100%. I have now been doing this for 14 weeks and had no problems with the power pack. The average power delivered to my phone has been 368% per week from one charge of the pack.
It is handy to use, instead of charging from the mains every morning. Charging the pack overnight once a week is easy and uses the cheaper off peak rates. I wanted to publish this update to give details of my own experience given that some reviewers gave negative reviews.
