I have used a metal spring rebounder previously, but found the bounce very stiff.
After reading up on the differences between sprung and bungee rebounders, i decided to give this one a go, as i suffer with a bad back and wanted a softer bounce for a lower impact workout.
I didn’t want to pay a huge amount of money either, but felt this model could be a good budget-friendly option.
I am so glad I ordered this model, the quality is brilliant!
As other reviewers have stated, putting the rebounder together is the first challenge – as the bungee ropes are super stiff, but with a bit of hubby’s help I managed it without too much trouble.
The bounce is perfect – not too soft like a big trampoline but not too stiff either.
The bigger jumping surface area really makes a difference too, i don’t feel like i might accidentally put my foot off the edge of the rebounder when bouncing fast now!
Just make sure you have space for it, as the bungee rebounders are bigger than the sprung models.
I also found a whole host of rebounder videos on YouTube which means i can now do different classes each day for variety.
20 minutes of rebounding made me extremely sweaty and i didn’t need to leave my house!
Who needs an expensive gym membership?!
It was very difficult to assemble even with two people. The elastic springs were tight and took two people to pull them across. Great otherwise
It’s not easy to put together, you certainly need muscles or you gain them once the job is done
The ‘T’ bar isn’t as sturdy as I thought, as I do classes at the gym and noticed the difference at home. Not solid for high jumps, but you can still get a good workout on it.
Definitely a 2 person job to assemble but once it’s up, hours of fun!

got this product for my son birthday, but by mistake to double order, lucky I live nearby that return warehouse, so I have to bring back by myself as the return will cost some.
to be fair, the product took me little bit while, cos quite hard to install it, that is why I said it is very strong and stability stuff, overall very good game tool for kids even adult.
I love this trampoline! It was initially a challenge to start putting the mat on but once you find your flow in hooking the bands over it is much easier. It is really sturdy although the handle does wobble a bit on the lowest slot when not holding on to it. It’s inside for winter but will move outside for summer. Great videos online to follow for workouts or set up a playlist of tunes and just bounce around. Great fun that puts a smile on my face every time I jump on it.
Although I really loved this product I’m sad to say it lasted 7 months before first belt snapped… Now they slowly go one by one …
I would like it to survive at least a year.
I love the trampoline it is very difficult to assemble unless you have someone else helping

Great trampoline it did take 2 adults & 2 children to put up but thankfully with a bit of teamwork we found an easy way of doing it. Kids love it as do we
Once its up its sturdy, does the job well and is a good exercise trampoline,BUT it is sooooooooooo soooooooo difficult to assemble – you have to be very strong and the glove supplied is USELESS
Would recommend , I bought another one for my daughter and child.
