I wanted some yoga blocks without having to spend a fortune. These are perfect, I like the different colours to brighten up my workout & they are the perfect balance of cost, sturdiness and lightweigh
Originally I brought these because my wife had lost her yoga block, I have found an alternative use for these and that is to raise my feet when using the toilet. The increased angle makes everything align better and the whole process less stressful when having bowel issues
don’t know why a simple product like that can give me so much joy, but they are so soft and comfy to touch during your exercises and are sturdy, so you don’t feel concerned about breaking them at any point. Two in one package… for me they were an absolute necessity, since certain poses would be otherwise damaging for my hips (pidgeon pose, …)
The product is fine and as described, however I specifically ordered this product as it was ‘Eco Friendly’. Why then was it wrapped in two layers of plastic? Do not buy for its environmental crudentials.
