I bought this about a year ago for use in my hospitality job, the voice quality is superb and it is loud enough that I can use it on club nights with no problem. Voices are easy to hear and loud enough to always be heard. So good that other people at my place of work followed suit and bought this earpiece for themselves too!
I work at a football club, the ear piece at the club are cheep and rubbish half the time I can’t hear anything. But this ear piece is grate I can hear everything nice and clearly.
