I enjoyed this movie and after i watched it i realised that it’s similar to the Matrix Trilogy in the way that they don’t know what is their true reality or just a dream world. Even so this is a very good film to watch

Seen bits of this movie but not the whole movie on tv but never understood it so bought it and it kinda blows ya mind a bit and love it what’s not to like when they is Leonardo DiCaprio,tom hardy and joe gordon Levitt all in 1 jam packed movie

I only sat down to watch Inception for the very first time this year. It was mainly in preparation for going to see Tenet on the big screen. Well first of all I have to say that this film really does deliver with regards to epic visuals and performances. I find it quite fascinating really as I do with anything set within the world of dreaming. I think it’s safe to say that Inception requires repeat viewing much like Tenet in order to understand it. I’m thrilled with my purchase and much my delight it arrived in an awesome re-release slipcase that I love.

Great product from great seller, highly recommend. Alas the product came little bit damaged. I know its not the seller fault, since I bought a lot of similar product from him before, and it all arrived in great condition. So its properly the shipping department mistake. Nonetheless the disc is great condition and I can overlook the damage it have. So I’m happy with this purchase.

great movie with great quality on a decent TV but the audio balance is none existent. Whispering dialogue then sudden loud explosions or stings, it’s ridiculous trying to turn up the volume then down again during loud actio

The 4k version is slightly better than the Blu Ray, but I excpected more. Only in a few scenes you can really see a clear different. For most part, the quality is the perceived to be the same as of the standard Blu Ray (i watched it on a 78inch 4k TV using a new Samsung 4k player). The film itself is fantastic (5 stars).

This is an amazing movie. Totally mind bending. I am not a huge fan of Leonardo DiCaprio as I find his movie choices unpalatable to my taste but he was very good. In fact all the actors were very good in their own unique ways. It works well that this movie is not filled with major Hollywood actors otherwise they would have taken the focus away from the plot and great action, mind twisting tensions that flow throughout the movie. A huge must buy along with Interstellar. Chris Nolan, a great sci-fi thinker.

This is a truly amazing film, a testimony to the wonders of CGI, in which cities rise and fall and cliff faces crash, in dreams within dreams within dreams, Here, dreams are the business of conman Leonardo DiCaprio, who uses them to plant ideas in the minds of opponents of his clientele, mega-rich, multinational corporations. It’s a dangerous business, and wow, spectacular things happen in those dreams that could never happen in real life.The dreams need architects, and while the true architect, of course, is director Christopher Nolan, DiCaprio’s architect and right-hand girl is Ellen Page, never better. Also giving sterling support are Joseph Gordon-Levitt as his right-hand man and Marion Cotillard as his dead wife, who has a nasty habit of turning up in the dreams and, believe me, she can be a bit of a nuisance.The film is a thriller. We become genuinely invested in these characters and care what happens to them, although the ending, in keeping with everything that has gone before, has a certain ambiguity. The whole is mind-blowing and, quite literally, out of this world. So, a film of enormous originality, worth every one of its five stars ten times over.

Brilliant, but not for those with weak minds or at least watch it a couple of times to understand, on the other hand, Nolan does it again and produces something that is gripping and will almost have you in tears. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic film, one the greatest storylines i personally think has ever been written. You have to concentrate but the film will suck you in. Leonard Di Caprio is amazing, how he didn’t win an Oscar for this amazes me.

This again is a quality Chris Nolan film, with brilliant special effects, and a great cast,
but gave it four stars, because again I found the story very complicated, and
I can’t help but think that the dialogue isn’t loud enough, because the music drowns the speech out,
might be a dud copy, but at this price, I’m not complaining. Part from that, excellent.

It may be a load of scientific rubbish but it’s really interesting. And it has the advantage of Leonadro DiCaprio having a happy, if questionable, ending with his children; is he still trapped in a dream state and his wife still alive?

A great DVD one for the family, keeps your interest. Quite a long film though, but well worth watching. Can highly recommend it, if you like movies that don’t turn out the way you thought they would.

A brilliant film for everyone who loves thrillers, action movies, or sci-fi. I am a 14y/o female and loved this so much, it is such a “modern classic”.
This has an international cast including Ellen Page, Cillian Murphy, Michael Caine, Marion Cotillard and of course, Leonardo DiCaprio. The film is very exciting and intriguing, although can be a little confusing if you don’t pay attention the whole time. BUY IT!!

I loved the film when I saw it in the cinema and bought the DVD, but that suffered from poor picture quality (I now realise I could have returned this for a replacement). I bought a blu-ray player and this was a perfect excuse to purchase the movie on blu-ray. I’m glad I did because the picture and sound is breathtaking and light and day in comparison to the DVD. It is a film I can watch repeatedly.

I’m known to be quite negative when it comes to the obsession with making special effects so over the top these days. I believe that it’s more of a “mine’s bigger than yours” complex going on than it’s about making a good movie. However, Inception is beautifully made. They’ve found the right balance between the special effects and story, the acting isn’t overshadowed and therefore, these actors are allowed to show what they are made of – it’s superb. Buying this is definitely not a waste of money.

OK – so there are echoes of Dreamscape in this, but not greatly; the subject of messing around in other people’s dreams is dealt with in a far more interesting manner here. The layercake approach adds complexity but never becomes confusing.

The cast for this film was amazing! I’d say it was worth a watch just because of the amazing cast, however the film itself was also brilliant! I found it really confusing but not in a bad way, you had to think about what was going on, such a good film

Excellent film, but you have to concentrate on it all the way. It is a very clever idea,and unusual story. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I won’t go on giving the plot away like some reviewers do either. If you like films that are a little abstract in nature then watch this.

This film is a masterpiece and well worth getting for the collection. It is a little complicated plot the first time around, but you ‘get it’ at the end and its very cleverly crafted. Excellent acting by all the main stars and brilliant that Michael Caine still keeps popping up in films. (Also the supplier delivered next day, outstanding service)

First i realise this is adding to the already hundreds of reviews, but hey. If the mark of a great film is one you go back and watch over and over again and still come away with something new each time then this is a great film.

There is so much to think about, so much to enjoy, so much to question. The film satisfies on so many levels. I love that i can see influences from other great films such as the better James Bond films, Mission Impossible and The Matrix.

The first time i watched it i found the score repetitive and boring. By the fourth watch i was thoroughly enjoying the way it adds and builds with the story. By the sixth i had bought the score! (It is that kind of film).

The performances are first rate, the story pulls you in, the action is superb and the film builds beautifully from start to finish. Terrific.
