Like what I see so far, finiding the video editing software tricky to get to grips with.
Like the layout and the operation simple to use
already had another insta camera which worked well (EVO)
this one suffers from lens blur / poor stiching in sunlight

Probably not worth 500 but the editing software is good and stabilisation is great. Image quality is poor, not been able to get 5k clarity. More like 1080 quality even after highest settings are on. I’d probably try to DJI next time
If you are reading my review then it’s because you are thinking of getting one of these amazing cameras.
The camera does everything promised and more BUT you MUST watch some YouTube videos on how to use it. This is what I did and it enables you to get the best from the camera from the get go!
It can be difficult to get your head around a camera that records everything in all directions at the same time.
You create the movies later on your phone or a desktop app.
I’d been after one for a while, and finally took the plunge. So took it out to our final league game of the season and recorded some footage. Posted it to some social media channels and got some amazing feedback. It’s going to take a while to truly grasp editting but, for now this is unbelievable.
This was the best and most economic bundle for the amount of gear you get with the camera. The camera itself is an amazing piece of kit and I bought it at a great price.
Captured much better action footage than a GoPro as you don’t need to try and frame the action at the time. The 360 camera just captures everything and you can frame it in the app later. So many comments on how good the footage looked and how the invisible selfie stick is like magic. Highly recommended
Fantastic 360 camera, loads to learn on editing which means you only get better and better.
It’s not cheap but can’t buy something like this cheap with what this does. Check YouTube videos on it, it’s a great piece of kit.
Great camera can create some very unique videos and 360 images. The app will take some getting used to but being able to see how other videos are created means you can master the shots you like the look of.
Great camera with great quality videos and pictures. Just what I hoped for. Takes a bit to get used to as was my first 360 camera but loving the options that come with the app and plenty accessories available
Delivers as advertised very happy with the editing app and the images produced. Image stabilization is wonderful as well. Battery life is ok however better to capture short 5-10 min at a time cause it does eat through your battery’s charge. A bit difficult to find An extra Battery pack though that is compatible with the camera
Really impressed with the results, and the app is excellent for editing short clips on the fly. The tracking was the #1 reason I went for this over competitors, and as you’ll see from the video (albeit super low quality thanks to Amazon), it did a stellar job. A must have if you want to catch yourself in the action, and not just what you’re looking at.
I’m so impressed with what the Insta360 One X2 can do, seeing the post editing options and tricks blew my mind, so glad I chose this over the GoPro hero9. Bought to use on the Camino de Santiago
Great 360 camera,
I use it for making VR Videos and can’t fault it, my 1st one did become faulty within a few days, but was within Amazon return window so was easily replaced, 2nd camera is going strong so think I was just unlucky
Great piece of kit. Definitely a lot of fun. However I’m not sure how I would build it into a professional workflow. I still need to experiment with it. It is expensive, and the Insta360 studio app could be improved to make it more user friendly.
