My son took this bottle to school every day for over year. Eventually the plastic clip that secures the lid down broke, I contacted Ion8 via email and Dylan from their customer service kindly sent a new clip free of charge.
Very pleased, I will be sticking to this brand from now on.

It’s an amazing stylish Bottle with a push button to open. Quality of the material is so good. My kid loves it. The bottle fell down like anything and I can’t even see a Mark on bottle. Go for it people.
This is so cute! Quality is brilliant. This is one of the 5 bottles I’ve bought from this company and each one has been excellent. Hence the 5 bottles! 🙂 I have needed to contact their customer services once on a matter outside of their control and they provided excellent service and resolved my query so quickly.
I like these bottles as they’re easy to keep clean. No mold or grime trapped around straws or seals. The printed designs have lasted well too. Also a good size for school bags – both for a school day & they fit in the bottle pockets on school’s bags nicey. Will be buying more 🙂
All our family like this style of bottle. The spout is so easy to drink from and the lock is very handy when it’s in a bag. This one is for my 2 year old Grandson who had claimed my green one as his own when I left it at their house. He loves this one better now though – he calls it his rainbow bottle.
I love the bright colours and unlike so many other bottles on the market, this one is super easy to keep clean as there are no hidden rubber bits that can conceal mould or dirt. My son loves it too. Recommended!
Love these bottles. I found it quite hard to find a nice kid’s bottle that didn’t have loads of fiddly bits and straws that you have to dismantle to try and clean. These look and feel well made. The boys love them too and they can drink through a proper spout. They have been dropped a few times over the last few weeks and have survived so far. The only issue is that the decorative layer on the dinosaur one has started to come away in places after only a few weeks. Visible in the photo. The other one is fine though.
This is another addition to our Ion8 family.
My son loves his school water bottle so we got this water bottle for other times.
Lovely pattern, feels nice to hold, easy to clean & leakproof.
We have several in the family as they look nice & just work well for us all.
