UPDATE: after submitting the above review the seller reached out to me, offered an explanation that the cable may be faulty and offered to send another if I provided my email and address. They did not request I send the faulty one back and sent me a new charger and cable which work!
I have to say that is TOP CLASS customer service and felt the need to give a fair update.
I have had the product professionally scrutinised and there’s nothing visible or hidden that’s wrong. It performs as it should with no issues at all. Can’t believe it only cost a fraction of a new one.
Disappointed with this. It was a great superfast charger and charged our ipad too until it stopped working 2 months after I bought it.

I have 2 chargers and the other has worked great I think I just got unlucky with a faulty one. Great service very helpful
Exactly as described. Charges my iPhone 12 very quickly, and the lead is a nice length, too. Only small criticism is that the plug is a little difficult to grip when pulling it out of the socket, otherwise a nice little charger.
This is definitely worth buying, charges really fast and is a bargain compared to the Apple version. I wish I’d bought this sooner – instead of wasting money on multiple rubbish chargers!
Bought this charger as needed my phone to charge quick. After reading reviews I thought I would give this a try it’s amazing chargers my phone so quick would definitely recommend also comes with the plug and the charger lead is quite long.
