High Flow 100 GPD Top Tier Drinking Water System

The RCC1UP-AK long-lasting multilayer membrane, rated for up to 100 gallons per day, ensures that families of nearly any size will have clean drinking water available on demand.

Reinforced Transparent 1st Stage Housing

Provides an easy way to visually inspect the sediment filter and view the contaminants being removed from your water. With the transparent housing you will know it is time for a filter change before a problem occurs.

Finest Micron, Layered Protection

The advantage of having both 5-micron GAC & CTO filters is that loose carbon (GAC, KDF) is better at trapping large contaminants, leaving only smaller ones to the CTO carbon block filter. This allows the CTO filter and RO membrane to function at their maximum efficiency and last longer.

Leak-Free System & Online Supporting Videos

Push to connect fittings and color coordinated tubings simplify the installation process. We know that high percentage of our customers prefer Do-it-yourself installation. We are investing in video production to provide our customers the resources needed to have successful installation and maintenance.

I purchased the iSpring RCC7P about six months ago, and I’m very satisfied with it. The reverse osmosis system consistently delivers high-quality drinking water, and the installation was a breeze. I did have a minor issue with the filter noise, but Sean provided quick assistance to resolve it. It’s a well-constructed kit for the price, earning a solid 5-star rating from me.

A bit pricey, yes. But quality is top notch, it works for every pound spent. Comes almost fully assembled and you have little to do. Water taste great, obviously if you replace filters in time.
Had an issue lately, after 3 years of use, but it has been fixed quickly without any fuss by the customer service. I am so pleased how their customer service is dealing with the issues. Ms/Mrs Francis were very helpful, can’t thank her enough. (apologies if I mistaken gender)

The unit was quite easy to install especially as we were able to use some of the old plumbing from my previous water filter. The water tastes great and good to know it’s alkaline. Also good to know I can maintain it myself and change the filters at relatively low cost unlike my last filter. I’m very impressed with the quietness also. So overall very happy.

This is a very good reverse osmosis system. I was using this now for over 2 years. Recently I had some problems with leaking housing unit but customer service was very helpful especially I would like to mention John who sent me all the parts free of charge and was very understanding of the problem. I received the parts send through FedEx within a week. I think the company is very professional and product is excellent. Water tastes very good.I would recommend this to everyone looking for improvement in water quality.

I wanted to hold off from writing a review until I had tested/used this for a while. I am in a hard water area and could immediately tell the difference in water quality – my kettle has no limescale after using for a month and when drinking the water, there is no chemical taste. Visitors have also commented that it tastes nice too.

As other reviews have mentioned, the water flow from the tap/faucet isn’t a lot but it’s not a trickle either. In order to avoid a chemical taste, I would also advise leaving the tap running for about 5-10 seconds and then filling your cup/kettle – especially after the tank has filled. I don’t waste the water though as I use it to water plants in the garden which is a bonus as it ticks my box of improving my ‘green score’ 🙂

Installation was relatively easy too, my husband and I had it done within about an hour but would say you need to take a look at the YouTube video as well as written instructions to make it as easy as possible.

I was missing an O-ring and the tap/faucet had a nick on it in – I emailed iSpring customer service and Nick very promptly replied. Nick organised a replacement for both to be sent which I received in a matter of days, and that was from the US. I cant fault that customer service – thanks Nick!

I do have queries around trying to buy a replacement for 100grade filter replacement as I cant find that anywhere obvious – I’ll hopefully be back in touch with Nick to help me out with that too! 🙂

All in all, I get this may seem like a lot of money upfront but when I weighed the cost of buying mineral water as part of my weekly shop, I am quids in in the long run. Please note, you would also need to buy a convertor plug for the UV lamp/filter as that’s not included, but I managed to pick that up from Amazon relatively cheaply too.

I would thoroughly recommend this water filtration system completely – I wouldn’t go back to buying mineral water bottles for anything!

So my unit came with a US plug and a “110v only” PSU installed.
No problem with the US plug, but these units should have a universal PSU marked as “110v-240v”.
I talked to iSpring tech support in the USA who to be fair where quite good, but they failed to follow up on my emails (even though they asked me to email in more photos etc). So I had to call them again – now they are shipping me the correct PSU. Sean from their support was really good when I talked to him, but as I said I had to chase them.

I also tried contacting the seller (iSpring Europe), who again responded OK and said they could get a new “ballast”, but again I didn’t get any sense of urgency from them.

btw, I’ve today removed the 110v PSU (just one screw and some double sided tape to cope with), and you need to cut two wires. Soldering in the new one (or you could use screw terminals) will be easy enough when it arrives.

Overall I’m happy with the purchase, but I’ve had to work for it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good, but check the PSU fitted to your unit.

Went for the seven stage system with pump. Instructions very clear and the colour coded tubes and colour coded push fit connectors very helpful. Still took me about 4 hours to process instructions and install.
Only two minor issues. Hanging the unit is heavy especially when three pre filters are full. Used m6 bolts. Heavy to lift off when time to change filters.
The replacement filters are expensive especially if you opt for the 3 year supply at around 280.
All in all a great filter package so far. 5 star.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe bought this filter to clean our London tab water, especially because we have a newborn at home. The water tastes amazing, we could not be happier with the purchase. It all worked as described. While the installation does take some DIY, it is easily done without professional help. After a few months of usage a small fault developed at one of the valves, but iSpring’s fantastic customer service (esp Brian) have been very helpful and sorted this quickly.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe checked how dirty the tap water was, then we checked Costco bottle water and Ispring water.
At the beginning there was no sensational result but after a few days it changed (tap water was somewhere over 300, Costco somewhere 145 and ispring at the beginning 95 and later changed to 53) We used TDS&ES meter to run this test .
    Big difference, right?!
    I am very happy.
My fiance complained when he was putting system because he had a few problems but customer service was very helpful and they helped us and for service I can give it 5 Stars but I would like the system to be hassle free and better made in terms of components.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI rearly write a review but in this case I do it with pleasure.
The osmosis plant works well, the taste of water is like an water with low mineral contenent. It lowers the mineral contenent from 650S/cm to 20 after osmosis filter. After alkaline filter the electric conducibility becomes 80.
Furthermore, the client satisfaction for this company is an important factor. After the sale, my mails have had a fast answer from iSpring.

I am simply blown away by this product. My water is clean, clear, fresh and tastes great. Bottled water does not even compare. My kettle has remained 100% limescale free ever since i installed this filter. It feels like all of my cooking tastes better :)) One very happy customer. Looking to now buy replacement cartridges. Would definitely recommend to anyone who values clean water.

Absolutely awesome system. Takes some place under your sink but when you compare
the taste with the standard tap water you will see the huge difference.
We using the filtered water for all cooking and drinking so don’t need to buy bottled water any more.
You will have separate small tap included (we mounted next to the sink) where the water pressure is low because of the filtration process. The water isn’t stored so is clear and fresh all the time.
When you start in the first hour the system will be setting up and you need to drain the water from time to time
until the pressure stabilise. Filters need to be changed within 6 and 12 months.

Had this nearly 18 months now. Cant recommend enough. The water tastes far better than tap water. I worked for 10 years in water treatment and this is basically a small water treatment plant with a few added bits to make the water even better. I have just changed the filters and the amount of rubbish on the old filters is unbelievable. Can be a bit fiddly when changing as we have it located in a corner cupboard but not too bad. Just make sure when re-connecting pipes that they are pushed in fully until you get a satisfying click then install the clip. We bought a 3 way tap to go with it, but the one supplied would do the job, just didn’t want to drill a hole in granite worktops.
Had an issue with the flow switch for the UV not working after 6 months. Spoke to customer services, there were no questions they just sent one out straight away. Thats the way things should be done.
I agree with one of the other reviews that the instructions come for 5 stage filter but watch youtube its easy enough to work out.
Also bought the 3 year supply of filters, as our water is not too bad they should last longer.
All in all Highly recommended for quality of item and customer service.

I bought the iSpring RO filter pumped version for my rooftop bar on the Costa del Sol. It was very straightforward to install and produces excellent sparkling fresh water. Better than bottled water and better for the environment because no plastic bottles. I would recommend this for every household, especially where town water quality is not good.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersFilter system arrived on time, installed without a problem and we’re now drinking our first RO filtered water. Purchased from Amazon UK as the shipping direct from 123filter.com / iSpring in the USA was very high. This UK version came with UK voltage power supplies and UK plugs (although one plug was fitted with a 13A fuse which I’ve swapped for a 1A). Glad I opted for the pump version as our mains water pressure is only about 2.5Bar (36psi) and it would have taken forever to produce water. Also opted for the UV version as the price difference wasn’t that much above the 6 stage system, but to add a UV filter later would be much more expensive. Photo attached of the temporary install under a workbench where there was plenty of space; not looking forward to trying to fit it into a small kitchen cupboard when the new kitchen is finished! Happy customer.

5.0 out of 5 stars Taste - can't tell it apart from bottled mineral water.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat:
    Really pleased with this.
    Water tastes great.
    Good sturdy tap.
    Pretty fool proof setup.
Good pressure and fast water flow.
    Large capacity storage container.
    Other notes:
It’s bigger than it appears in the pictures – I expected the tap to be shorter I think – Not a complaint at all.
I also find that I’m constantly not quite sate/satisfied – I get hungry/thirsty after drinking the water. I might disable or delay replacing the alkaline stage. It woould be cool to have a bypass valve maybe?
    Improvements:
    – More information on what minerals the alchaline stage adds and their estimated quantities.
    – Minor improvements to the instructions would be a plus.
    – Bypass valve for alcaline stage

We live in rural Spain and not on mains water.
We recently installed this filter system and tap in our kitchen, we now not only have nice tasting drinking water but have had it tested and confirmed it is also great quality drinking water.
    A real bonus!

Don’t normally write reviews. Having just fitted a 7000 ro unit on my boat I was sceptical about a 370 ro unit. What a surprise this is a lot of kit for the money. Thoroughly recommend this unit. Very quite and the pump and acumulator work very well. Our water went from 300 ppm to 17ppm. Very pleased with this

Great water system!!! I had a cheaper 5-stage water system, and it had nothing to do with this one. Awesame build quality and very easy to install. The taste is even better than bottled water. And the pump makes it work without any problems even with low pressure. I would buy it again.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMy only gripe is the package arrived with instructions for the 5 stage filtration system and we have the 7 stage system. Once I checked the ispring YouTube video things became clear and installation a doddle. It took around 2 hour’s and filling the tank another 2 hour’s with no leaking at all. The quality of the water produced is superior to any bottled spring water and measures 19ppm, our mains water measures 386ppm. The taste is great and tea and coffee flavours are full. The system is very quiet in use and the pump only comes on once you use a certain amount of water, if you just fill a small cup it won’t always power up which is good as it only come on when needed and saves on power. All in all it is a really impressive system, I wish I had got one sooner. It’s way better than the old Britta filter tap system we were using previously by a huge margin. Highly recommended without a doubt and saves on bottled mineral water. Really superb piece of kit.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWill keep this one simple: the water is simply beyond compare; boil our mains water in a kettle once and you see deposits forming before your very eyes (in real time) and don’t get me started on the taste.. post filter.. no deposits (it’s been a month!) and the taste is simply amazing! Installation was very easy (got a bit baffled in the beginning as my instructions were not for the 7 stage + pump system and, perhaps, not very clear BUT they have posted videos on their website and following those was a doddle). Do clear the pump separately (just power on to run some water through it and into a bucket prior to connecting the line to the filters) as it spewed out an impressive amount of white lubricant (the filters would filter it out but why introduce unneeded contamination). Apart for that, everything needed was in the kit (less 1 single olive to connect the top pipe after splicing in the adaptor BUT that is not a part of the kit to begin with) and the system is quiet in everyday use (even at night). Ps: just for fun try to answer the following question: how does the storage tank with only 1 line running to it (i.e., the one line is used to both put water into the tank and to deliver it out) work (even when the system is active). It is a very simple design (once you consider it) but an interesting one nonetheless.

UPDATE: cheeky price drop – I paid 425.99 for mine 🙁 get it while you can at this great price!!!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersJust installed this fantastic RO system! After reading the manual and watching the installation video on YouTube installing it was child’s play. All necessary parts, and more, were included in the package, and fitting things together was a breeze, After commissioning I tested the water from the tap and it gave a reading of 1270ppm, while from the RO it read 42 – really incredible! And the taste is even better than expensive bottled water. This excellent product definitely deserves 5 stars and if I had the option I would add another couple of stars for their customer service which is really first rate. Excellent value for money. Highly recommeded.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersVery good piece of kit that does the job well. At first glance it looks very complicated, but once I’d read the instruction manual I could see how each stage works and its actually very straight forward. And almost all of it comes pre-installed so there’s very little tinkering to have to do – just installing some of the filters into the casings. The push fit pipes are very easy to fit together – do push them in very firmly though to prevent leaks. If you find any leaks once plumbed in, it’s easy to slip off the pipe’s blue locking ring, push the pipe into the joint further, then slip on the blue ring again which locks it in place. By far the best thing has been the customer service – extremely helpful and very quick to respond when I couldn’t get the UV part working. Cannot fault the customer service. I recommend this product.

Very good water system. Near silent operation when pump is running. Water pressure output from tap is not great but adequate if your not in a hurry. If you are in the UK you will need the extra valve to tap onto existing system. This can be purchased separately if you need this but the company do supply this for free in their package. Any more then you can buy extra valves. Excellent customer service. Helped me with an email before I knew I would need the valve to give advice. Easy to fit. Water tastes good. Buy recommended. This company was very good.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI must confess to being very surprised by the help given to me after I purchased the reverse osmosis unit from Ispring.
I had a slight problem with a fitting that wasn’t standard ,when I contacted them they arranged not only the item but paid for it including the post and packaging.
Further I had a problem in that the plumber I arranged didn’t show.I installed the system myself but needed information to complete.
It was the weekend and I contacted them late on Friday, not only did they give me constructive advice but insisted giving me their home number should I get in trouble or need advise.Hence the rating of 5 stars given for a company AND EXCELLENT PRODUCT worthy of a recommend.
I have had this product in operation for the last 4 months and will certainly be contacting them for any replacement filters etc .
    thanks

Golden Review Award: 17 From Our UsersWe have been using a jug type water filter for many years, but needed something much better as we live in a very hard water area with loads of chlorine added, besides, it’s not always the best tasting water.
So I decided to go for the full 7 stage RO filter unit from iSpring and am pleased I did. The equipment arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I thought it best to have as much space for the unit as possible, so fitted the unit in a cupboards away from the sink, I felt this would work as I have the pumped unit and a longer delivery pipe should work well, which it did. Installation is not really a quick job if you want to make a tidy job, but it can be fitted quickly if needed. I did experience a few minor water leaks, but hay, there are a lot of places for it to leak, and I expect I twisted a few fittings during the installation anyway. By the end of the day, all was working great, water leaks sorted, and system flushed and clear. I have checked it a few times now and all is leak proof and working as expected. I would say the 7 stage unit is a bit top heavy, seems they add the extra units without re designing the brackets, so I added a couple of small shelf brackets and a couple of cable ties to make it more stable. I also have the UV unit, but be careful to mount the flow switch away from the unit slightly because it must be sensitive to magnetic forces as it often turned on without water flow and it gets quite warm if left on. It is easy to see when it is ‘on’ by looking for a little light escape from the plastic water fittings. Finally, communication has been great between me and iSpring, and they offed advice and help freely. Remember though, you might need a different water connection than the one supplied but iSpring will supply what you need, however I did make up an adaptor with a fitting from the plumbers shop to fit my 15 mm pipe work.
Yes I would recommend this unit, and the water it delivers is great.
