I have to say that I am impressed with this product, it’s easy to use and it’s fairly priced especially if you shop around, I tend to use it one in every 3 hair washes and it’s nice not to have to bugger around with dyes.
A bottle lasts just over a month for me.
Bought this for my hubby who only has a few grey hairs – it’s absolutely amazing! He loves it, very natural colour that blends with his natural hair colour too.
From the first wash this got working daily use not necessary because of its efficacy. You’ll almost want the results to fade sooner because for me, my hair’s never been softer than after using this witchcraft! Plus a little goes a long way!
Fair play to the creator of this.
Full disclosure – no matter how much you try, it doesn’t work on pubes, beards or my neighbours cat.
I only had a few greys coming through the fringe but they were starting to come through much quicker so tried this. It doesn’t completely get rid of them but it makes them hard to notice and seems to have slowed them down so I’m pleased with the results.
I have dark blonde hair as well so I didn’t think this would do much as seems it would be better for brown/black hair. It does stain fingernails so I use gloves and also make sure to wash it off the tiles and curtain after. Good price so I will use more when it runs out.
The product works well on hair… Unfortunately it will stain everything else in its path!
Towels, the bath, the floor………
You have been warned
Best hair colour and dye. Easy to use and can be left inhair or beard longer for better results. Clean easy to use and no mixing required. Can be stored and reused. I probably get 8 to 10 applications
My partner has been using this for years. Its so natural, you wouldn’t even know.
Wear gloves!!
I like this product because it colours gradually, you don’t end up with a shocking mop of jet-black hair. Perfect for the salt and pepper look!
My husband has used this for a long time and his hair looks good. It’s allowed him to keep his “natural” brown colour. It doesn’t look at all like he uses hair dye as he does have a little grey at the sides etc but I suspect that without it he’d be very grey by now!
It does mark the shower tiles but come off with a good scrub. It’s also stained a couple of pillow cases but not all the time, so I think that’s maybe from not rinsing properly.
Overall very good product that works well to give a natural resul
used 3-4 times a week over 2-3 weeks it slowly darked the hair. Seemed to work better on the top of the head rather than the temples but overall balance is good and doesn’t draw attention that you are dying the hair.
Seems to work the more you use it.
I would buy again.
This works as it says and dyes the grey in stages, only thing I found out was it also dyes your hands, nails ,cuts and lines on your hands which ain’t easy to get back off so highly recommend wearing rubber gloves or surgical gloves or you might get more parts dyed than just your hair.
The old formula would provide my desired 90% coverage after 4 washes and a bottle would last me a year. The new formula took 6 or 7 goes to get about 80% coverage and I’ve decided to stop.
I’ve noticed the new one leaving brown marks / drips much more obviously in the shower and on the floor too, a few hours after rinsing. As long as the product wasn’t neat on the surface and has been rinsed thoroughly straight after your shower, these drips and marks just wipe away, but it’s a bit frustrating compared to the old which didn’t seem to do this. The clean up goes on for a few days, with staining appearing once puddles and drips dry.
Unlike the old one I’m finding stains on towels much more likely, so use a dark colour towel and dry thoroughly. Any drips will likely be brown a few hours later, so watch your bedroom carpet!
Overall it’s good and manageable once you’re learned the tricks. No orange hair for me or brown fingernails (use your palms).
