Hula hooping has always been part of my exercise routine, but this delightful creation took it up a notch. Unfolding it, I found the soft rubber nodes on the inside, which truly worked wonders during my exercise. With the weight adjusted just right, the hula hoop stayed put, allowing for a smooth experience. The intriguing bit? I didn’t just feel the burn in my waist but the subtle massage was surprisingly soothing too. And the icing on the cake was the digital counter that kept track of my exercises. Easy to assemble and disassemble, storage wasn’t an issue. In all honesty, it’s not just about the exercise anymore, it’s become something I look forward to every day.

At 29.99 I feel like this is a little overpriced but understand it’s so expensive due to it being a TikTok sensation. I found it a little tricky to set up but once done it feels really sturdy. It’s hard to get going and the hang off and is noisy! It also pinches the waist when going even with a little padding on which kind of puts me off using it. After seeing the results on TikTok it does make me want to continue using it but the skin pinching puts me off.

It’s a bit tricky to start with getting the weight and the string right but after you’ve managed that it’s the actual motion to get it to work!
You need a clear space with no interruption from children or pets. If you’ve got that then this is great. We now have a competition of how many spins in a specific time in my family.

Picked this up for my girlfriend after she saw a few videos of these online somewhere & wanted to give it a try.

Inside the box you get the main hoop that comes in four sections which allows you to easily snap it together to suit your waist size.
There’s one section that has the BMR counter on it which helps you track your stats as you workout.
Plus you get the weighted ball which you can adjust the length & the weights inside of it to make the workout easier or harder depending on your fitness levels & goals.

We found it all went together really easily & was pretty straight forward to get started, although both my girlfriend & my niece struggled to get the hang of this to begin with so i did look up a video on YouTube to get some tips & see how others were doing it & i actually had it working pretty well on my first try to their surprise.
They have both since had a little practice with it & have got the technique dialled in so can now keep it spinning like a pro.
My girlfriend is now also following some weighted hula hoop workout videos she found on YouTube & over the last couple weeks of use has said she’s been really happy with the results so far & finds it way easier & more enjoyable than doing regular cardio.

I’m quite a big guy & was around a 44 inch waist at the time of me first trying it but with all four sections connected i had no issues getting it around myself to be able to use it & even had a few inches to spare.
I think the max waist is around 47 or 48 inches with the four sections connected.

Overall we’ve been pretty happy with this.
Its mainly my girlfriend that’s using it but she’s doing it around 20mintues every night & so far has been enjoying it, which is the main thing.
I also thought it was a really good way to burn some calories without having to do any high impact exercising like jogging that can put a lot of stress on the knees.

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to put together, good low impact exercise to burn calories.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis weighted hoop was satisfactory. Its adjustable and I found it easy to do this myself. The BMR calculator kept switching on and off which was frustrating.

Other than that and once I got used to it, I find this a good form of exercise and fun too! Takes some practice but I’ve had it a few weeks and have got the hang of it.
It’s a little noisy but not sure what it compares like to other weighted hoops.

It’s really helpful! Took me a few goes to get the hang of it but got it in the end. Runs smoothly. Only downside for me is the little massage pads nip even with a shirt on, but apart from the nipping it’s brilliant!

The hula hoop comes in retail cardboard box and inside you’ll find 4x hoop pieces, weighted ball, screwdriver, and an instruction manual.

The hula hoop pieces are made from plastic and have 6 segments and are fixed together with two pin hinges. This allows each segment to have a little bit of movement. The inside of the hoop’s pieces has a rubber square which is designed to be against your body, and they can bend and flex with the movement which makes it more comfortable. There is an electronic counter on one of the segments which is powered with the preinstalled battery. The weighted ball is in two halves and is held together with a screw, which is in a recess, and then a wide rubber band is wrapped around the join line. It has a bit of weight to it which makes it easy to move properly when using it.

The hula hoop is easy to put together as on one end of each segment are a couple of holes. You pull them apart slightly and put the holes, over the pins of the adjoining piece and they hold together. You don’t need any tools to put this together, you just need to remember to put the runner of the weighted ball into the hoop before you close the final segment. There is a screwdriver included and this is used to adjust the length of the string connected to the weighted ball. By the side of the electronic counter, is two black buttons which can be slid back to quickly release the hoop if needed. If found them a bit stiff to move though which is good in a way as it doesn’t come open on their own but also a bit of a pain to release the hoop once finished.

The whole completed hoop has in internal diameter of 35cm across to give you an idea of its size. This means you need a tummy or waist of 110cm or less to wear it comfortably. In use, it is really straight forward as you put on the hoop, throw the ball to one side to start the momentum and start rotating your hips to keep the speed of the ball up. For my first couple of tries, the ball started to slow down quite quickly, and I had to throw the ball again. On my third go, I figured out that you really have to swing your hips around to keep the ball going and that’s where I found the knack so it’s easy to pick up to start exercising with. The runners on the ball roll around quite easily so don’t hinder you keeping the momentum going as the wheels run freely without snagging on the segments of the hoop. The counter works extremely well and counts up by one, each time the ball runners slide past it. It was accurate and kept the count so it can be used to see your progress as you start to get fitter.

I’m quite impressed with this as you can quickly put it on and even take it off when you’re finished. The hoop pulls open to a fair width as you put it on. I really love the fact I don’t have to bend down and pick it up when I fail to keep the speed going as it sits securely wrapped around your hips and the hoop didn’t move on me, it was only the ball that moved round, so the hoop remained in the same place throughout.

I like this Hula Hoops Ring, 24 Attachable Weighted Knots for Fitness and Massage, 360 Degree All Round Auto-Spinning Ball, Workout, Losing Weight.
Very easy to assemble and adjust not so easy to use when you don’t know how to hoop, however, very good tool for mild weist exercise in addiction of learning new skill ( hula hooping!).
I am very pleased with the product.

I nearly threw it in the bin, convinced it was rubbish, no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t keep it spinning. Then from some you tube videos and my 10 year old niece I cracked it! And it’s great! There’s definitely a technique to get it going!
Knocked off a star because the weights were hard to get into and a pain in general to take out / put in.

This hoop is much better than others I’ve tried. This one feels more comfortable around your waist and it doesn’t slip all over the place when your moving either. I like how it has a little counter which counts how many hoops you’ve done, calories burnt and time spent. It’s a bit tricky at first to keep it going but once you get the hang of it it’s quite easy.

My Hula Hoop days were long over when I saw this to try.

I used to be able to do it back when hula hoops were a thing and had an18 inch waist!
Oh dear. Anyway, this was fun. I had to take out a segment to start as it was a little large and I found that giving the ball a swing first got it going and then I could try to pretend I was a teenager again and swivel the hips.
Ikept it going for about 4 swings the first time but gradually got the hang of it again and now it is a daily routine

It does make quite a racket and I was so paranoid about the ball flying off and smashing something that I now use it in the garden.

The neighbours find it amusing but one of them is going to buy one, so bonus!

Easy to put together and to use – after a bit of practise!

The hula hoop ring came in 3 pieces, but took me minutes to put together once I read through the manual. The manual is in colour which makes a huge difference when following the instructions. The links are quick to remove, especially when yiu start to notice yiur waist getting smaller. There is also a perdominator to track your timing and calories. The ball is also adjustable to your desired length. A fun way to do exercise and loose weight. I can’t wait to get started. Very good value for money.

It’s heavier than I expected and it’s quite noisy. It’s quite simple to put it together but the clip is quite stiff.

On a positive note… It does give a good work out. The following day after using it the first time I could feel the muscles it had worked in my sides and abdomen. I have confidence that with regular use it will tighten my stomach muscles and hopefully trim an inch off my waist

    I’m not sure it’s worth 30 though

    This was interesting to use.
After all the hype I was excited to use it, but practicallywowit’s harder than it looks.
Assembling it wasn’t hard, it’s clipping bits into place. It has a counter and the weighted ball just slides into place.
There are several bits you can add in or take away to get to your waist size, but even after several hours of trying to get one rotation by using my waist, I was unable to make it go any more than 4-5 rotations.
I kept going by propelling the ball first and then trying to keep it going for allegedly quarter a kilometre according to the read out, while I didn’t feel as though I achieved anything, the following morning everything hurt, feet, legs, hips, and waist.
I am trying to use it daily just now, but will impress upon everyone, it takes a lot of practice and getting going.

Perfect way to exercise at home

It’s quick and easy to set up – just click the pieces together until it fits round your waist, but not too tight or it won’t move.

It takes a little while to get the right rhythm as it’s a different movement than standard hula hooping but it’s like riding a bike – once you get it right your body remembers what to do.

I’ve got osteoarthritis and find exercising difficult but I was able to do this, which gives a good cardio workout without any pain as you’re basically moving your hips and I’m not putting any stress or strain on my joints – it feels so good to be able to exercise without being in pain

So pleased with this – I use it every day

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    Easy to assemble and adjust.

like the fact it counts the number of turns.

not very quiet so turn up the music

Me and my daughter are trying to use this but its going to take alot of practice as not as easy as expected it gives us a good laugh at each other trying to keep the ball going. Hoping this will help with our tummies but only used once at present but we are going to do on a daily basis. easy to assemble and easy to remove sections of the rings for different size. The counter is accurate as counted myself aswell. Easy to read instructions with picture examples.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI ordered this item for my wife as she wanted to find a way of training at home without jumping up and down, getting super sweaty and taking a huge amount of space.

The device comes with some, not very clear instructions on how to mount it. The ring is straight forward and fully adjustable in diameter.
The weight is 290g but it can be opened with the screwdriver supplied in the box. Inside there are four 55g weights fully detachable. My wife is fairly fit but didn’t want to strain her back so until she is proficient using the hula hoop the video is with half of the weight.
The length of the string is also fully adjustable so you can decide what works for you.

It takes some practice to use it without swinging your waist and hips in huge circles. We found that you need to place it just above your hips rather than just under your ribs. Hold the weight and swing it to help start the move at speed. Then wiggle to get it going fast, after that you need to just maintain the momentum so smaller movements are required. Try to keep your upper body and knees relaxed.

The ring comes with a handy counter with two buttons. The one on the left let’s you select if you are counting miles, km, calories or reps. The one on the right resets the count.

It is definitely a thorough workout of the middle body, it is transportable so we will take it with us on holiday and requires no further equipment or preparation. Really pleased with it.

This arrived well packed and was easy to put together. the only frustration I had was getting the weight apart to check the ways to adjust it inside. There is a screw driver included to do this, but you feel like you are getting nowhere until the ball then falls apart. Inside the ball are four separate metal weights that you can take out if you wish. I decided to keep them all in, as it didn’t feel too heavy, and I wondered if more weight could actually make it easier to keep going (like a weighted hula hoop). I am not a hula hooper – until I discovered the weighted hula hoop I could not keep one up at all! I have trouble with the weighted one too, so I though giving this a go would be a good idea. So, on my first attempt I had no luck – but I was being daft in that I was trying to get it going from nothing. If you start it off by swinging the ball with your hand, you can then keep it going with body movement. I’m not sure about the counter, as I’d done 6 revolutions before I’d even started according to that – however, you can use it to see if you are improving even so. I can’t comment on the effectiveness of the exercise as I am at the beginning of the process, but it is a satisfying feeling to be able to keep the thing going without all the picking up of a hula hoop!

4.0 out of 5 stars Ok so far, though I have not got into a routine. Easier than a Hula Hoop!

Love this weighted hoola hoop! its actually really so much fun it hardly feels like exercise which is great ! My stomach muscles were sore after a week and my core strength has improved and less back ache. It is also easy to use and adjustable. Good quality and portable so you can take it to the park or beach too. Really improves the dreaded “love handles” – just put on some music and hula – great item !

This hula hoop is better than I thought it would be. Its quite easy to adjust the hoop to your size and doesn’t take long to do. The hoop is comfortable to have around your waist and is easy to use, i thought the ball thing was quite heavy at 1st but its ok when you’re using the hula hoop. I have to admit I’m not healthy at all but I find this hula hoop to not only be fun but to be relatively good for a beginner like me and I’m not sure if it’s my imagination or not but it feels like I can move my hips etc abit better after using the hula hoop. Me and my kids have had lots of fun using the hoop. I would recommend it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is my first time with a hula hoop since I was a child. Funny how you don’t forget the movement.

I ordered this for myself as I was interested in the claims online that it would help me burn 700-800 calories in 30 minutes.
I have to say I was skeptical as an hour of free weights flat out only gives me about 270.
However I would be happy with a reasonable amount as people of different fitness levels and body compositions burn calories at different rates so I set my watch to track mixed cardio ( hula hooping is not an option!) and off I went.

There’s some great work outs using these hoops online and it’s good fun and a refreshing change from my normal routine.

The weight works well and it takes time to get used to it. It does get your heart pumping and you do have to work consistently hard.

The hoop is easy to assemble and use. It’s comfortable and portable. It’s a little noisy but smooth.
The rep counter and the adjustable weight are great additions, it’s comfortable and the massage is very good.
In my opinion it’s good value for money and well made.

Whether you want to loose a few pounds or build core strength, hula hooping will do the trick.
When done regularly, it can tone your abs, arms, legs and glutes while relieving stress.
It seems low impact and so I do think that this would suit many people who might struggle with other types of exercise.
I worked out that I burn roughly 160-200 cal in around 30 mins and I’m happy with that.

I hope you find my review helpful.

This is multi sectional and hula hoop that comes in pink and turquoise. The sections can be added or removed as necessary, so it can grow or shrink with you. The weight means it takes up much less space than atraditional hula hoop and can be packed away neatly. My daughter finds it easy to use and is enjoying it. The added bonus of course, is that it’s fun while exercising!

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersBought this for myself. My husband who tried it first can do it . It does take a few goes to get it going, buy once you’ve got the rhythm then just keep going. It’s easy to fix together. A little hard to get into the weighted ball though. The counter works great.
It is quiet noisy but apart from that, me and my husband over it and use it daily. Highly recommend
