Much much easier to assemble than a kitchen we got for our daughter for X-Mas, so well done for that.
Good quality, comes with several accessories for the dolls, different activities on each side and our daughter loves playing with it.
This is a super fun doll house. What kid doesn’t want a Ferris wheel on theirs? My daughter uses this with her Barbie’s along with brats and other dolls. It’s double sided but you can take the Ferris wheel off easily and put it against the wall for space saving. It’s a cute fun more compact doll house.

This a great dollhouse. It is super fun with lot of colors and a great design. I like that it is a nontraditional dollhouse with a beach theme. It is was fairly easy to put together. I did cheat a little bit and used a drill instead of a screwdriver which helped speed up the process. My daughter loves this dollhouse as well. She loves decorating the rooms, but most of all she loves the Ferris wheels. The little hammock is also really fun. It is large enough to play with many dolls, but not so large that it takes up tons of space.
i had a damaged box and thought the product inside would be damaged. My son convinced me to check the contents before returning. I could not be happier . Needless to say, CANCEL the return. I will be buying another KidKraft for easter, Lord Willing. Praise~!
It only took 2 of us 30 minutes to put it together. We did use a power drill but very carefully! Directions were easy to follow.. We did have a picture of it pulled up on one of our phones to look at while assembling it.
It came earlier than expected and the box isn’t damaged at all. My 6 year old daughter wanted a Barbie house for Christmas so I found this one and seen decent reviews on it. I’m debating on putting it together a few days before Christmas so I don’t have to fight with it on the day of. If it’s easy to follow directions and no missing pieces I’ll give it a 5 star
I put it together!! Took about an hour but I had Netflix playing too. All the parts were clearly marked and the instructions were easy to follow. You only need a Phillips head screwdriver and a good amount of space to lay everything out and stuff. I’m very happy with this purchase!!
This Barbie house is lovable! My daughter plays on both side and it is really sturdy and perfect.
If you have a barbie fan like my daughter and my wife LOL, getting this house is a dream become true.
To begin with the size, it is big. I am talking about 38 inches here, it is the same length of my 2 years old daughter. You can imagine how excited she is when she saw it assembled the first time.
Secondly, it is easy to assemble, little small parts and straight forward. Of course it needs and adult to assemble. However the effort will pay off later.
Thirdly, the colors are bright and beautiful. The furniture included is amazing. I am sure you will be surprised and amazed by the quality of this build.
Finally, the price. It is expensive but if you can get it with the sale price. It is a gift you will not gonna forget.
I had two screws break off, and the box did not have all pieces as described. (The umbrellas is missing it’s stand). I also had duplicate pieces. Because of a screw breaking during assembly, one of the bottom plastic base parts is not securely fastened, and therefore I do expect the house to come down after a period of time.
I have not yet asked KidKraft to replace the missing pieces but I will, and will update this review with their response. So far, my daughter has not noticed and has had fun playing with the house, which is what matters most to me.
This dollhouse was easy to assemble. It is well made, sturdy, and detailed. My kids love that it is themed and set up for play on the front and back sides of the structure. The front features a chic beach house for dolls to live in. The back provides dolls with a boardwalk pier in which to play carnival games and ride the rotating Ferris wheel. My kids use this with their 11.5 inch fashion dolls, and it is a perfect fit.
You will get your monies worth, my only concerned was that some pieces of furniture are plastic and brake really fast. Overall, is a great little house.
Affordable, great quality for price, semi easy to assemble, but required more than one person. She loves it!
Easy to build. My daughter loves it. She likes the fact that the front and back represent different scenes.
The ferris wheel in the back does not spin.
My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the ferris wheel does not spin, stationary when built by design. Other than that, my 8 year old absolutely loves the beach house!
This is a very well made barbie house. My kids love this. It was a Santa gift and so we were hoping it would be high quality and not junk. It does not disappoint. Very sturdy. We are in the third week and they have used it daily. Comes with enough furniture to get you started and the style and colors of the home are different than a typical house. The beachy look is super cute. The barbie hammock is a nice touch. One note, the ferris wheel on the back does not spin completely. Unless we installed it wrong?? It moves only a few inches. Would have been better if it turned a full rotation to get the full experience. This was definitely worth the price!!

The material isn’t wood. It’s heavy duty partical board. There were some areas where the screws wouldn’t go any further and are sticking out. I really dislike the material but it is durable and if assembled well and regularly tighten the screws, you could potentially have this for years.
Aesthetically, it’s beautiful. Many eye catching scenes on the piece, both front and back making it 360 play. There’s an arcade scence on the back and a little cafe, with lots of imagination it could be played with for hours. It would definitely accommodate a barbie size doll or smaller.
Was purchased as a Christmas gift so I assembled it. Definitely not something u wanna do on Christmas morning. Also the box doesn’t have a picture of it so if u just wrap the box the child would really understand it’s a beachouse inside.

Since this does need to be assembled I believe that for a holiday/gift it’s important to have this assembled in advance. It’s not some thing I would want to do when the child was very excited about getting it.
It’s large and requires time for assembly.
Another nice feature about this doll house is that it’s large enough for multiple children to play with. Not only is it large but there are two sides to play with. There is a ton of room. It comes with accessories but any accessories can be added as well. Because of the size it works for numerous types of toys. While Barbies size is the obvious choice it also works for LOL dolls, littlest pet shop, hatchimals, shopkins, etc. There’s no reason that the other little types of dolls and toys can’t be used with it. At least that’s my granddaughter’s preference. She likes to include all of her toys together. This is why I like getting the larger houses because she can really incorporate her different toys. Plus with more room she’s more likely to share.
This is definitely a WOW factor doll house. I would just have to say that for a gift it’s really best to assemble before giving so that the child can get right to playing. They will not want to waste anytime with waiting for assembly ! Lesson learned here with my more methodical building.
