I am really pleased with the bag. I would really recommended it for the price value. The only thing to bare in mind that when purchase this to get a luggage cover as it my little luggage got scratched quite bad and it very visible. But really happy overall.
It helped to prevent back pain and it is smart looking for someone to travel for work! Excelle
Easy to unpack delivery quick did make it to Australia Perth but some damage only because this airport has reputation for damaging suitcases but all in all ok
I was very pleased with this purchase, excellent size, lightweight, manoeuvrable and sturdy thoroughly recommended.
We bought this for our son on his school residential. It’s sturdy, spacious and came home in one piece (considering g a 15yr old was dragging it everywhere ) is a good thing!
This is a nice little case very handy and looks really nice. Bit stubborn at times when wheeling it through a train aisle but I really loved the zip lock feature. Very happy happy with my weekend case.
I ordered this just to take a few things for a weekend away. I found it nice and light, wheels very manoeuvrable , my stay only involved travelling by car, I think if this got chucked around in an airport it might not survive, its not the sturdiest but for the price and for what i wanted it was fine.
The luggage body and the zippers are quite sturdy enough. Looks like they have put on real emphasis on the zipper. Very high quality.
HOWEVER, the wheels on this things is made of cheap plastic.
Too bad, if they had better wheels this would have been a very good luggage.
Update: The customer service team contacted me starightaway after the review and it was really refreshing to see sellers taking in insights of the customer feedbacks and promised to work on the wheels. Asked to send a replacement straightaway. Could not be more happier with the seller.
Reasonable quality for the price that I paid through Amazon. At first was very happy as it was the first hard shell suitcase that I have bought but I have only taken one holiday with it (therefore 2 flights – there and back) and already one of the corners has been badly dented which leads me to worry how long this will last.
I was able to fit quite a lot into the suitcase and was impressed with the lock for the zipper as this saves buying a separate padlock etc.
Cute little suitcase! It’s really roomy and sturdy! I’ve been wheeling it around back and forth for a while since I travel a lot and the wheels are still fine and outer shell is still good as new! The inside separator is a little flimsy but it’s still working and well put together! Nothing has broken yet and I’m still using it well so I’m happy! The little zip padlock is a reassuring feature too!
For the money this is s decent suitcase, its a sturdy shell, wheels well and is relatively lightweight…
However, the zip on the inside partition is extremely weak, much too small for its purpose and mine broke on my first time zipping it closed after packing. Also the lock mechanism built into the suitcase is not brilliant by any means. I would much prefer be able to put my own padlock on the zippers.
In hindsight, id probably have spent a bit more and get a better suitcase
