Fantastic little case with 2 compartments, loads of space even tho it’s small. And combination lock on it, wheels are good and sturdy

Right size, very light and manoeuvrable and good colour. Just wonder how strong the body work would be for a plane journey but it suits the person we are buying it for.

We used it for a long weekend and was able to get everything the two of us needed into it.

I bought this as a gift for my Granddaughter and she was thrilled with it! It is really sturdy and well made and the colour is even better than in the photograph. Thank you!

I love it but it came in blue and i ordered black. Given the time it came in, it was too late to return it as I need it for my flight. I wish it was black very sturdy and easy for fast pace movements around airport. Good as cabin bag or check-in (Ryanair)

Initially purchased an Antler suitcase only for the zip to break before I even left for the airport on my first use! Decided to buy this Kono one as a cheaper alternative since the brand doesn’t always reflect the quality. I like the simple classic design, great little cabin suitcase. The zips inside did break, but after a year so I contacted the seller straight away. Excellent customer service – they have replaced my broken suitcase with a new one! I would therefore recommend and will be looking to purchase the larger matching suitcase at some point.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersUnfortunately, my suitcase cracked on its first use for a trip from the UK to Canada. I’m not sure if it was the airline being too rough or the integrity of the suitcase, but the damage was done. Thankfully it didn’t effect anything inside, but I was rather disappointed as I expected it to be more durable.

I will say customer service was very quick to respond and rectify the situation. Very pleased with the customer service, as they gave the option of refund or replacement.

Overall, before the damage, it was good a good quality case. Very lightweight and the 360 wheels make for a smooth trip.

    Lightweight, but not entirely durable

I bought the cabin case in this colour and was really pleased with how much easier it was to handle than my old 2 wheel one which tipped forward if not held upright all the time. I decided to buy the large one which seems just as sturdy, well built and maneuverable. I think I will buy a plastic cover for it though to protect against marks and scratches from the baggage handlers!

This cabin case is very light and pretty sturdy.
However I’m not sure how durable it will be.
I bought 2 cases before a trip to Malta
We noticed that the extending handles started to have intermittent sticking issues after only one use. I’m not writing it off yet just making note that it was the same on both cases. These were not expensive cases so I don’t expect to have them for eternity.

Golden Review Award: 39 From Our UsersHi so I brought this, for a weekend away in Marrakech. I booked a flight out with Easy Jet from Manchester & returned to Luton on Ryan Air. The case fitted perfectly in the cabin without a problem. No issues whatsoever on both flights. So I don’t know what the issues are.

Instructions for the lock are clear & not rocket science. Very straight forward. The case it self is brilliant, nice solid the wheels are good. Only little criticism I would have is with the handle, it’s not so sturdy, but it’s such a minor issue.

I brought another one for my family.

Would recommend to anyone. The people complaining probably put to much weight in it & had to pay a fee.

    Thank you

Generally for the price I can’t complain. Easy to carry, move about. Plenty of space. Durable. Only the lock mechanism was so easy to reset, I apparently reset the number in error and had to get the lock broken to remove my contents are the airport. Lesson learnt, buy another lock to use. Otherwise top notch.
