Unbelievably impressed with customer service as stated above watch didn’t work because it was out of timeframe for return . I binned it . But they picked up on my feedback contacted me and offered full refund . Now that’s customer service . I will be watching carefully to see what you bring out in the future 10/10
Cannot get any life from it.
The reason I am leaving a five star review is due to the fact that, despite the watch packing up, the company has arranged, without any hassle, to send a replacement.
They were very apologetic about the demise of my watch and agreed to send out a new one within days of my message informing them that the old one had died.
Brilliant customer service. A rarity in this day and age.

Perfect little watch, lots of great measurements including steps, heart rate etc. Big problem though is the strap! It’s got a popper that easily comes open and you risk the watch falling off your wrist, happened 3 times already to mine
Dislike that despite walking for nearly 30 mins did not auto record activity where my FITBIT would record after only 10 mins Though it us much cheaper and actually good value for money
Excellent value, does everything I need it or want it to do, on the downside it has made me realise how unfit I am. On the plus side it can only get better!!!
You can’t see the display outside in daylight. I’m not sure how long the strap fixing will last before it is gets too loose and it is difficult to close with one hand.
Never had a fitness tracker before so didn’t know what to expect. Great features, love that is syncs to my phone so I can compare different days. Great value for money
I would really recommend this product. It is super easy to use and such great value for money. The only downer is that the strap is a bit tricky to fasten, rather than a buckle it has a stud but probably get used to it in time.
