Great fit and replacement for my old style Karcher Washdown gun that also comes with a new C clip that was definitely required as the old clip was damaged and had to cut the old gun to allow removal of the hose

After almost 20 years the old trigger gun sprung a leak, this is a quick and easy solution.
Instructions are on the back of the packet, pull out the c clip, push in firmly the hose then reinsert the c clip. Job done.
had a one of the very first karchers a k2.87 , not made anymore
after many years the gun sprung a leak , i pondered on a new one or replace the gun ?
in the end , found a replacement gun on amazon ,
old karcher is up and running again , actually it seems to be more powerfull , suppose thats cause no leaky gun now and the presure can now build up agai
The pressure washer is perhaps 25 years old and this replacement unit works fine on it . it only lacks the pressure gauge that was on the original . It is good to see that a manufacturer is saying with the original fitting.
The quality is as good as the unit it replaced
I purchased this gun to replace the leaking one on my pressure washer. It is a slightly different shape and it is better that the one it replaced. Very good value as I bought a ‘used’ one. It was only the packaging that was damaged the gun was OK.
I bought the wrong item thinking it was a click fit, it turned out to be push and twist. I sent it back and was refunded very quickly, hence 4 stars for customer service.
Exact replacement & at an ok price. Doesn’t have the little pressure gauge built into the top of the handle but it’s not a big loss. The plastic is very light and quite flimsy feeling though and i wouldn’t want to drop it, as it would almost certainly crack easily !
What a difference, no leaks,less pulsing from the machine but more than this the delivered pressure has gone up both from the lance and for the Patio Racer. I can’t explain why but there is no doubt the machine is delivering the sort of pressure it did when it was new.
Additionally changing the attachments is easier and more secure due to a redesign of the front end with additional lugs to stop attachments rotating and therefore blowing off.
Early days but very pleased so far. I will write again if I run into problems.
