The pump is great except for app connectivity. Most of the time I don’t bother to fuss with it (no time) so I just enter it as a “non-smartpump” session in the app to track milk production. It is pretty quick and very quick, I use it for 5-7mins and get what I want from it. It’s great, but for the price I would expect the app to work. The previous version of the pump is so much cheaper and I wish I’d gone with that one, but maybe this one is much better and I just don’t know about it.

I do find the app really useful for tracking nappies and feeding, but for some reason it needs to use internet to display what you’ve recorded.

Great pump that’s really easy to use and extracts loads of milk.

This product started to become handy around 4 months post pregnancy to increase supply and get a freezer stash going. On first glance it seemed a bit of a faff, however it is simple to assemble and is really effective. I would say a pumping bra is essential as otherwise you are stuck holding the pumps in place, which can be difficult whilst looking after baby. Overall a great product if looking to pump a lot quickly.

This is a really easy to use breast pump. You simply turn it on and away it goes. You can control all the functions using the soft touch buttons around the screen. You can also connect it your phone to keep track of the pumping sessions. Downloading the app was easy enough and connecting it to the pump was as simple as scanning the QR code on the back of the machine. Once connected, as soon as you turn the pump on it starts tracking the session. When you’re done and you turn it off, it gets logged as a completed session in the app and you just input how much milk was extracted. The app also allows you to track a variety of other metrics for your baby that go way beyond just breast milk so that’s really nice to have. I did take a star off because I did have a small issue with the app which was really annoying. At the start, you have to create a profile for your baby but I had issues being able to select a date. Initially I thought it was broken but after selecting the date, you have tap the date again to bring up the selection calendar. It’s an annoying bug that almost made me give up on the app. Besides that issue though, everything else worked great so I really hope they sort that out.

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use pump that works well, app connectivity flawless.

I really liked this pump, before this one I’ve been using the manual one and also a simple electric one! But always got disappointed! My electric one didn’t have good suction and my breast hurt while using it! However this pump is something els!! I loved it! It is expensive a bit but you don’t regret it!
It is sooo comfortable and the cups fits nicely on your breasts!
The pump itself is really compact compare to what I had before which was really big and bulky!
It has different modes and level of suction! From stimulation with short fast suction to longer ones! And the great thing that I’ve never seen before is that you can save your suction program which is amazing! No to set each time!
In terms of noise it was the same as other pumps I think not that much quiet that I become impressed however not also loud! Just fine for a breast pump!
The assembly is reallly straight forward which is really really important for a busy mum! And cleaning the different parts are easy!
I didn’t use the app as I’m now pretty expert in breast feeding and pumps! However I think If I had this pump when I was a new mum it was really really helpful for me! So highly recommend the app for new mums
Highly recommend it and I wish I had bought it a bit earlier when I had lots of feeding challenges with my breast feeding!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis pump is really useful when you are breastfeeding.
The pump is really efficient as it has stronger suction than most on the market.
It is a really good set and there is everything that I need in it.
The pump comes with two sets of different sized breast cushions, which is great as you can pick the right size for you.
I like that after pumping I have a lids for the bottles so I can store them in the fridge.
The pump is easy to assembly and the parts of the pump are easy to sterilise after use.
The pump is not really compact, but it works well.
The pump comes with a storage bag and there is a pocket inside with additional insulation for one bottle of milk.
There is a nice looking purple colored bag and reusable ice pack for the milk.
The pump is very quiet, which is good.
The pump definitely helps me when I need to take out the pressure from my breasts and it is doing it really gently.
I have used a manual pump for some time and I can say that there is a big difference between a manual one and this electric pump.
The electric one works good, doesn’t hurt my nipples, it has better suction power and gives me comfort when I am using it.
This pump has a 8 suction levels and also 3 pumping styles so you can choose the best one for you.
The display of the pump has a light so I am able to use the pump at night without the need of bright light in the room.
A really big plus is the the app, which can be used with the pump.
The instructions that come with the pump are 2 separate – one for the whole set and one only for the app.
    Recommend it!

Hopefully my review was Helpful for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Everything that I need in one bag

A very comprehensive set with a premium build quality and excellent performance. Much more stress-free and efficient than a manual pump. Can be mains or battery (6 x AA) powered and with both the performance is the same — no loss of power with battery usage. Easy to use and clean and has a very good suction power. The app to be used with this set is brilliant — well designed and works as it should without lags or crashing. I found it to be quiet when compared to other pumps but not very quiet and I found the battery indicator to be wrong a few times showing empty battery when there’s still some pumping power left. Both are not issues worth deducting stars for as this set is excellent. Not quite sure that it’s movement friendly as although it’s lightweight I feel I still need to carry the pump with one hand when using. Comes with a travel bag which is good quality. One of the best pumps on the market and I would be happy to recommend.

As mum to an extremely premature baby I’ve had to express all of my milk with a pump until she is big enough to start feeding orally. Which means I’ve used a lot of different pumps.
As a static pump I think this unit is great. It’s small and the interface is really easy to use. At the start I would have liked a couple of lighter suction settings but now I’m quite established I’m finding the middle suction strength is perfect. The stimulation phase is so important to me and it is really good on this device. I do find the suction style quite slow (even on the fastest setting) when compared to other pumps. I would like it if it was a little bit faster.

The set up of the bottles and boob cup is really easy to do and you can clean all of it really well except for the middle of the diaphragm. I sometimes find that a bit of milk has been sucked upwards underneath the purple membrane cap but it is pretty impossible to clean this pathway- the best I can do is flush it with water. It does all get sterilised but it’s nice to know you’ve got any residue cleaned off. The cup (that goes over your boob) is really comfortable and the nicest of all the pumps I’ve tried. It doesn’t dig in as the shape is quite open and it has a softer rubber around the trim. I have found that with the two bottle diaphragms I have to use the exact same parts with each bottle or one doesn’t have enough suction. It’s fine but I just put each bottle and it’s own side of the steriliser. You can buy replacement diaphragms for 25 a pair but I wouldn’t really expect to do this when I’ve only had the pump 4 weeks.

As a portable pump – I don’t really find it that portable. To move around you have to be holding the device in one hand which rules out a lot of activities. I’ve used it while driving which works well as I can set it up before starting my journey and switch it on when ready (with a pumping bra) but I have found the battery life indicator to be completely useless. It told me after two battery uses that the batteries were empty but since then I have used it on battery around ten more times – it still says empty but still works.

I haven’t really made use of app, I downloaded it and there are some handy tutorials for when you’re first getting started but I haven’t really felt a need to use the app. The memory on the pump is really useful once you’ve figured out what works for you. It means you can switch it on and try to ignore it.

One last thing, it says whisper quiet – I would disagree, it’s a very loud whisper at best but I have to turn the volume up on anything I’m doing while I use the pump.

This is a great piece of equipment if you want to try breastfeeding, and it is better than many others out there because there are two breast pumps and not just one so it saves time, effort, and is just overall better.

Everything that you need to get started is included, including multiple breast pads, bottles, and bags, etc… You can also power it with batteries if you like, or just plug it in, and it provides the UK plug.

You can download the app to go with it, which Is very simple, and your device is found just by scanning the QR code. It is also easy to get started with it.

The app has general advice, and demonstrations to get you going. It also explains a lot of different things, like let-down for example.

The actual device itself is a good size and is easily portable. The smart pump remembers your settings, and the device is quiet and not noisy at all.

I hope this review helps other people looking for this item or other similar products on Amazon.

This SmartPump 2.0 Double Electric Breast Pump is an amazing pump after using a cheap one with my fist I can really tell the difference. With hospital strength suction levels it makes pumping effortless.
It has an LCD screen and large buttons to control the variable suction speed and pumping style.

Its lightweight and has a carrying handle, which makes it’s easy for you to take it to work or out and about.
It connects to the Lansinoh Baby 2.0 app and tracks your pumping sessions this makes it so much easier to remember times ect. .

The breast pads are so comfy and fit so nicely. This has made expressing so much easier and has made us feel so much better about it. Would highly recommend !

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing pump, makes it stress free and simple.

My partner is now at the end of her breastfeeding as we are weaning onto proper food and also using formula from the early stages she exclusively used her medala pump, that was around the same kind of price as this however she was never 100% comfortable with it and said in certain circumstances it could be a little uncomfortable. She has been using this unit now for a few weeks and has decided that overall even though her milk production is lower she seem to have better results from this pump unit and also overall it was more comfortable when in use. One of the big drawbacks of this unit is that it needs to be powered by an adapter or alternatively traditional batteries which can be really frustrating if the batteries go during the cycle. The other unit had a rechargeable battery which was a lot better as you could have confidence when you took it out or away from home that there will be more than enough power for a few feeding cycles. I would say that is the only drawback comparing the two pumps and I think for the price point it is that it really should be rechargeable.

We both agree it’s hard to tell which pump is better at recovery but she did make a point that she hasn’t had any real soreness since she’s been using it even though there is less milk available so that would suggest this is a more comfortable pump overall.

The Bluetooth app to be honest was a little bit of a gimmick and not really necessary, it may be more relevant if you are struggling to express the correct volume, as my partner’s goal was simply to recover what was still being produced it didn’t make any difference.

I have tried 3 different pumps is the past few months, one from Elvie and one from Medela but and is by far is the best. The suction is very good, allows you to choose between multiple suction settings, featured with timer to let you know how long you’ve been pumping and it comes with a tote storage bag that is surprisingly roomy and makes it easy to carry this pump with you anywhere.
We had a good clear before first usage, as we are bacteria freaks and avoiding them as much as possible. To save a little time, keep pump parts in the refrigerator between uses so you only have to wash them once at the end of the day. The built quality of this unit is high quality all the plastic part are BPA and BPS free. The breast cushions are comfortable and its not hurts when the pump is in operation thanks to the soft rims. The capacity of the bottle is 160ml each. The main unit is featured with a LCD display which has a backlit, it’s easy to read in any light condition and gives you all the basic information such like suction level, time or battery level. It comes with an AC adapter but it can be used with 6 AA battery. To be honest this was the only disappointment for me as I would more likely prefer a built-in rechargeable battery to make it more hassle free when we travel. The pump itself is not quieter then other pumps it makes a lil noise but not enough to wake my baby up. Has 8 suction levels and 3 pumping styles. To get out the most of this pump I would highly recommend to download the Lansinoh Baby App 2.0 which connect the Breast pump with your phone and allows you to track the pumping sessions, breastfeeding, nappy changes and so much more!
If you’re considering getting this pump, it is very much worth it.

A big standout feature is that this can be used wirelessly by using 6 AA batteries this makes it great for mothers who may need to travel and will not always have access to a plug outlet. Much less effort than a manual alternative and extracts more than enough milk for a single feed in under 15 mins easy to set up and works well with ample suction power the user did not use the app that this pump connects to but this could be a helpful feature for those who like to keep records however this is not essential as everything can easily be done from the unit itself another thing worth mentioning is the different pumping styles which it saves for next time.

My wife has been impressed with this electric breast pump from Lansinoh. In fact, it is there latest iteration – Smartpump 2.0 no less, and it is quite a pump.

It is quiet and works in the background pumping away while freeing your hands, it isn’t actually silent and there is a slight humming. so unless you are in a dead quiet room you will hear the motor pumping away. In your day to day routine with children running around and the TV in the background, you will be hard-pressed to notice it expressing. The other reason for this is the suction cups. They are indeed comfortable.

You can use this breast pump either by battery power or use it from mains powered. Both have the same level of power while the mains powered option just limits movement.

Lansinoh pumps are a premium product and you can see where the investment has gone into. It’s lightweight, easy to assemble and clean as well.
There is also an intuitive app that you can use to track all the metadata regarding pump sessions, output etc etc etc. The smart capabilities are probably one of the best out there. But it’s still the basic expressing capabilities that I turn to first and this breast pump works brilliantly in that department. The pump even remembers the last setting you used before taking it and resumes where you left off.

My only real gripe about this breast pump is that it isn’t discreet. It’s comfortable and effective, but not discreet. The collection bottles literally protrude out like you are being milked, so while it’s portable you can’t really leave the house with them on.
Rival models have designs that can fit breast pumps within your bra thus allowing you go shopping for instance.
This breast pump doesn’t allow this. But, I guess this pump is designed to give the maximum output and comfort opposed to aesthetics that are generally not as efficient.

A very good breast pump that does it job well with a no-nonsense attitude.

This is a big upgrade on the last breast pump we owned. It is very good at draining milk and is gentle on the nipples and it works very well and we are pleased with the results.

So far we like the portability of it. You can use it without looking to sit next to a wall pliug, if you have to feed on the go you can. I can take this away for the weekend and our routine will stay the same. Always take extra batteries and extra bottles.

Being compact it is easily stored or you can fit it in the small cooler travel bag. People always asks if it’s painful when using it, this is something that might be different from person to person but using this machine makes it feel a bit like a massage, no pain at all. In fact it is a relaxing process. The flanges have soft silicone edges that make them very comfortable, and the pump has adjustable suction and different modes so you can find what works best for you

Support is good for the product, the parts are easily available to buy. The smartphone app lets you track everything. I had issues working on a beta version of iOS but the update worked fine so if it closes straight away you might need to update the app or firmware.

The screen is useful on the machine especially if pumping at night or in the dark. I get about 5-6oz of breastmilk from this pump. A great, convenient, easy to clean pump which ticks all the boxes.

I think the standout feature is the app integration as we can now track sessions with the Baby 2.0 app, build quality is top-notch but you expect that from Lansinoh and this one does not disappoint. The pump itself is very quiet and the backlight makes it easier to express in darker rooms even where the baby is sleeping, the cool bag, tote bag and ice pack are nice inclusions that show this is a very comprehensive kit. I am no expert on them but this is by far the best I’ve seen yet and I imagine you will be hard pushed to find anything better or more comprehensively thought-out than the Lansinoh Breast Pump Smartpump 2.0.

It gets top marks from me, highly recommended.

This came well packed in a good looking retail box which kept everything in good shape during delivery. Included is the pump and everything you need to use it, instructions which are nice and clear, and a carrying bag. It doesn’t come with batteries which is a little disappointing considering the price, and the fact that you need 6 AA batteries, but to be fair you can always just plug it in.

Using the pump is really simple, and it’s great to have a double pump as it literally cuts the time spent in half. Although everything is quite small and light so if you want to move around you can do that (but you’ll need those 6 AA batteries if you want to go far) but for me I’d rather get it over with, and this really helps there. You can set different strengths which is nothing unusual, but it is super convenient that it remembers the setting between uses. The app is a nice to have addition.

Cleanup is not too bad as the cups hardly leak back any milk at all, and even though you still have to take everything apart and deal with a few bits, its relatively easy to do.

Overall this is really just the best kit I have ever seen. It does have a price to match but it’s the best design, the best quality and it looks like it will last for years. Highly recommended.

An unmissable purchase for any mother who wishes to breastfeed.
The Lansinoh brand is synonymous with trust and assurance, it deals with products that are of excellent quality and absolutely safe.
It is one of the most expensive extraction systems, but it is also the one that takes the greatest care of the well-being of the mother and child, every penny spent is worth the expense.
The cost might discourage at first glance, but considering that it will be immediately effective, you can think about saving time and trying to find the right model.
I had a great time right away, comfortable and not at all annoying. Practical, quick, efficient, ultra-manageable, ergonomic and quickly disassembled
It’s super intuitive, you don’t even need a manual.
It has a backlit electric led display for easy reading. The buttons are great.
The suction with adjustable phases simulates the way in which the child feeds and I can choose between different rhythms and different intensity of suction.
The ability to replicate the different stages of sucking allows for better milk production effortlessly and naturally.
You can adjust the power for the stimulation mode as well as the pumping mode, which is available in different choices.
Useful built-in memory, which remembers the previous level of suction and pumping style.
Ultra quiet allowing you to pump even when the baby is sleeping.
Ingenious closed system design, preventing milk from flowing back into the tubes.
Easy to clean and the individual parts can be washed in the dishwasher.
I use it with any nursing bra, so I have my hands free and can do more.
It can be used with an electrical outlet or batteries. It is ideal at home and on the go thanks to its small size.
It comes with a wide range of useful accessories.
There is also a suitably sized travel bag for storing everything.

5.0 out of 5 stars It is far superior to any breast pump on the market. Cost range: high
