You get 3 characters from the film; Else, Ana and Olaf and a few building facades and activities to play with. It’s not too pricey (when on sale) and has provided many hours of play in just a week.
If you’ve a child obsessed with Lego and Frozen, then this is a bit of a no-brainer. Has been much enjoyed in our household and was fairly easy to put together. The minifigs are really great, too. For the price you don’t really get a great deal of Lego but I guess with the movie franchise you’re paying a bit of a premium.
Lego is always the best building blocks to work with, instructions are always clear and it dosnt fall apart while building.
This is a lovely little set but has loads of little pieces and will need supervision but always a good excuse to build yourself.
Abig on the dear side but lasts for ages.
It is very easy to make, but lots of small pieces, watch children carefully to avoid them putting in their mouths. This is the 2nd purchase of this item ( 1st one brought from another site ). I had left the box out to wrap for a friend’s daughter, but another friend’s daughter saw it and had to have it !!!
Bellissimo! L’ho regalato a mia nipote che ne rimasta entusiasta!
I pezzi sono tanti e molto piccoli, perci non semplicissimo da montare ma ci sono le istruzioni e con l’aiuto di un adulto si riesce tranquillamente.
My Daughter still has the older version of this set in her bedroom and we have the other Frozen sets including Arendelle too. This is a lovely set for children who are too big for Duplo but perhaps aren’t able to build full Lego sets by themselves as it includes a few larger pieces (all still fully compatible with all Lego) to make the builds slightly easier.
The set includes 4 builds to do; the main castle part, a slide with hidden treasure underneath, a sleigh and a frozen playground. There are also 3 minifigures; Anna, Elsa and Olaf along with 3 Snowgies.
There is a see-saw for the Snowgies to play on and a revolving dance floor inside the castle for everyone to dance on. I’m not too sure if this is the best design of Olaf we’ve had as to be honest my Daughter finds his mouth a bit weird and so plays with the other older Olaf’s more.
Next on the Frozen hitlist for our collection is the new huge castle which my Daughter hopes Father Christmas will bring her.
The princess castle from frozen was such a fun build with my daughter 8. She loves the process, could follow the instructions easily and with a little help had the model complete in an afternoon. It’s a really lovely’s set and well worth the money!
‘The set includes an ice castle, 3 smaller builds, Disney’s Anna & Elsa minifigures, Olaf + 3 Snowgie LEGO figures…Join Disney’s Anna & Elsa in a sparkling ice castle! Enter the castle and take a spin on the revolving dance floor. Visit the icy peak and discover hidden treasure. Climb up into the tower and find out how far you can see. Take the slide down and hop into the sleigh for a snowy ride with Olaf, then have some wintry fun with the Snowgies on the see-saw!’

Aimed at the younger builder (4+ box guide), the 3 sets of picture instructions that correspond to the separate bags of bricks, numbered 1-3, are suitably straightforward (just be sure not to turn over 2 pages accidentally!).
~ BAG 1 makes the SLEIGH
~ BAG 2 makes the ICE CASTLE (assembled measures around 23 cm high x 13 cm wide)
~ BAG 3 makes the TOWER/PLAYGROUND

~ 2021 RELEASE
~ 154 PIECES
~ AGE GUIDE 4+
The set is presented in a colourful cardboard box, measuring roughly 26 cm x 28 cm x 5.75 cm and opens where indicated.
3 pieces are loose in the box:
~ the sleigh base + the arch/base for the ice castle
The back of the box shows the physical contents.
Accessories include an ice chair, a lantern, a bell jar & a treasure chest with a crown & diamonds.
There are not so many ‘spares’ left over at the end in this set, but one is a crown if you want both Anna & Elsa to don one. A hole in the top of their hairpieces is provided!
Some observations in play:
OLAF can be reluctant to stay put on the back of the sleigh so may need a wiggle to position!
The SNOWGIES tend to shoot off the bottom of the slide…good for a giggle or two, especially if they get a chance to roll out of sight!
Some of the accessories are small.

This is a lovely basic set, with premade bases and walls which make this set perfect as an introduction to Lego for younger builders. The colour scheme is perfect for snow theme- white, transparent blue and very pale blue but also includes some iridescent bricks too. This set uses the Lego Friends style minifigures- I much prefer the ‘normal’ minifigures. This includes a castle area, with a twirling circle for Elsa to stand on (apparently a dance floor but it didn’t look particularly like this) and a balcony upstairs. Included are Ana, Elsa and Olaf and also 3 mini snowmen which have a white Lego head brick as their body. There are two play areas- a see-saw area that can be used by any of the characters and also a small slide area, with a hidden treasure area underneath. The slide is curved and perfect size for the minifigures, but the mini snowmen do roll about a bit. It also includes a skimobile and snow ramp. There are plenty of gems and flower/leaf parts and an amazing snowflake in blue transparent colour- this would have been even better if it were in iridescent. This feels like it has a good amount of different pieces to play with for the price (34.99) and I would recommend this set even for non-Frozen fans.
This is an easy to build set, that makes a feature-packed little play set.
The instructions are very simple and easy to follow, with the sequence broken down in to smaller steps than the average Lego set. It’s by no means the very simplest standard-sized Lego set, but I would say it is aimed at children around 6 to 9 years of age, depending on their abilities.
There are some smaller parts, which could be fiddly for littler children. There are plenty of larger parts however, which in a more complex set would be built using smaller parts. This makes construction fairly rapid and shouldn’t take much more than half an hour.
When completed, you get a main castle building, two smaller buildings and a sledge. There are plenty of play features, including a slide, a see-saw, a turntable and a treasure chest, amongst others. There’s plenty of details and decorations, so, despite the simplicity of the build, it looks quite effective.
What a fantastic set for a frozen fan!
Its very clearly a frozen set, elsa, anna and olaf are clear as day and you can definitly tell that they are them.
The builds are so very clearly explained , I would think the younger children would need help on some parts but its all very clear and fun to do.
Great imaginative play once its built too!
I brought this for my 9-year-old niece as she loves Disney, but especially frozen!
I must say, I didn’t think I would have as much fun building it too!
The instructions were laid out in a very simple fashion so she could follow along and build it with little help from me, although I was more upset about this then she was haha.
There wasn’t a lot of small finicky parts, in actual fact, some parts were rather large such as the castle arch. This came as a surprise to me who is used to the smaller Lego with 100,000,000 pieces, but my niece seemed to rather enjoy it and came as no shock to her.
It didn’t take long to build, around 30-40 minutes, give or take and for me and my niece this was perfect amount of time; she didn’t lose interest and nor did I.
Overall, I think it’s a great set for a child or an adult who loves Disney as it’s not time consuming or space consuming, it now takes pride of place on her bedroom shelf and she could not be happier and proud to look at what she built all by herself!
My little one has very little interest in Lego and since we do have Frozen movies and know the characters, I am hoping this will trigger some interest in construction at some point. For now, it’s just the mini figures and running up and down the stairs.
To me, this set is more of a lazier version of Lego set. One still has to build things and has to spend time on it, but it’s definitely not the busy Harry Potter level.
It turns out quite aesthetically pleasing and feels quite sturdy for a toy made of many pieces. And I like the difference in density of the blocks and the transparency of the elements.
It’s slightly pricey but it’s a nice toy of good quality.
This really is a beautiful lego set with great attention to detail. I love the fact that there is quite a few other Frozen Disney lego sets that compliment and add to this one! I fail to see how anyone would fail to fall in love with this gorgeous frozen set!
This is the sort of thing that I would gift to someone else, rather than buying for my own child. There’s not a huge amount to assemble, so to be honest, it doesn’t really need to be lego to begin with…. As the fun is in the assembling!
If your child doesn’t have much lego, then I really wouldn’t recommend getting this as a standalone piece. But if they already have a fair bit of lego, then I suppose this could be a nice addition and they can add plenty of different pieces and characters together and have some imaginative fun!
It would obviously make a great gift, because it’s frozen… Which little girl says no to frozen? Overall, I would recommend this more for gifting purposes than for your own child!
I built this set with my 5-year old. With a little help they were able to follow the instructions themselves (albeit with a tendency to race ahead). The instructions were well laid out and simplified for the age group they are aimed at, they didn’t involve using too many bricks at a time and I think it was always clear which bricks were needed.
Most of the build was straightforward but the castle part is a little fiddly especially on the delicate bits. A couple of times (on the arch parts) too much force from little fingers meant we had a build collapse and had to rebuild. There are also clips in a couple of places where I had to help, even with the tricky bits we managed to complete the build in about an hour and a half. This is my five-year old on their own with minimal help. Our Lego Minecraft world now has a Frozen section. I think the set once completed does have some playability.
We did have a few spare pieces left over but not many – a spare nose and hair for Olaf (Bag 1), a spare cookie and a spare pink ice flower (Bag 2), a spare jewel and tiara for the treasure chest (Bag 3).
The age range seems about right. I’d say 5-7 is perfect, younger children can do the build with some help and older children in that range will be able to follow the instructions themselves. For much older children (unless they are real Frozen fans and completists) I think they will find the build too easy.
Overall – good Lego set for 4+ Lego and Frozen fans.
My 6 year old grand-daughter, with little previous experience of Lego and a marked reluctance to following instructions, had this set up and running in minutes. There was a lot more to it than I expected; she is delighted to be able to re-enact scenes from “Frozen”. The usual Lego build quality, so this will last so long as there are children in the family who are interested in the film.
This is such a great set for the step up to lego from duplo.
It’s a great set for any frozen lover, it’s got all the main characters.
And lots of extras
It’s the Lego quality you expect.
A really fun set easy to assemble with great instructions.
The LEGO Disney’s Frozen set is a perfect toy for stimulating youngsters’ imagination.
This contains 154 pieces, packed with characters and different details to ensure a creative play experience for youngsters. Each bag in the box contains a complete model to build and its castle building toy for girls and boys 4+ years old has a Starter Brick base with a big wall that can be easily built.
Furthermore, using this LEGO building instructions guide helps younger builders feel like master builders since it will be in a real-life process.
My daughter is delighted with this product and has spent hours playing with it daily and is starting to get better at building herself without so much support from myself.
All in all, this set can be enjoyed not only for kids but also for the parents and it creates good communication with the children whilst having fun. As for its price, it is reasonable.
This Frozen set is nicely pitched at the youngsters – it really encourages creative play and is a playset that happens to be made of Lego, rather than a Lego set that you can play with. Construction will require a little parental help, but once done the set, and the three characters included, really invite you to create stories or reply scenes from the animated movies.

The Lego 43194 Disney Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Wonderland Castle is amazing. The price is expensive for the number of pieces you get, but the set is super special. I was sure that my almost 4year-old would need help assembling this set, but I was wrong. There are larger pieces that helped her to put them together independently.
There are 154 pieces in this Lego set and you also get mini figures too (Disney’s Frozen Anna, Elsa and Olaf). The castle is not huge, but it was a great learning experience for my little one. She enjoyed playing with the set afterwards.
This is an adorable set that is totally doable for a four year old. The instructions are so clever, with each step illustrated clearly in the manual.
There is lots to build, four sperate builds. The castle, the sleigh and ramp, the Frozen playground slide and seesaw.
The Palace / Castle is great with a spinning platform that the minifigure can slot into, so Elsa or Ana can twirl and dance. It has a proper Princess balcony. Also, on the ground level is a frozen throne. The colours are spot on and there are lots of sparkles so it makes for a really effective ice palace.
The sledge has one seat and one standing room area. So both Lesa and Ana can use it together. The ice ramp is a nice touch.
The frozen playground is great fun. With a slide and seesaw. Under the slide is a secret ice cavern where a treasure chest can be stored.
The minifigures are spot on. Not the traditional Lego minifigures, more like Lego Friends. Olaf is uncanny. Ana and Elsa are a bit Lego-used yet they’re unmistakable characters.
We love this set and glad we got it.
There are lots of brilliant reasons to buy this set. I feel it is good value for the four different builds. There is lots to do with this set. Imaginations will run riot. My three year old daughter loves it. She was too young for the build. But loves playing Frozen with it.
In terms of quality, it is the usual high standard from Lego. No missing peices.
As with all Lego products, the quality of the bricks and the easy to follow instructions make it a joy to build. I’m sure my children are more than capable of building a lot of their Lego kits themselves, but I just can’t resist getting involved as It’s so much fun. This particular kit features a mini Anna, Elsa, Olaf and three tiny snowmen in a cute ice castle. For a Frozen themed toy it is very reasonably priced too. Highly recommended for all Frozen fans!
A great Lego set for ages 4+. The outer packaging is attractive and inviting making it a good gift idea.
The item comes with instructions and all the pieces to allow the construction of the design on the front of the box.
The completed set had small figures from the film to accompany it.
Everything is well made and magical. All you would expect to find with a frozen themed set. Our daughter loves it and can’t stop singing along whilst she’s playing with it.
Everyone loves LEGO. Even more so if it’s based on something you also have an affinity for. Fortunately, Frozen is one of those things. Elsa, Anna and Olaf are joined by three snowgies, a revolving dance floor, a seesaw (and those of a certain age can remember jumping off the end at the lowest point so the other person crashes to the ground), a treasure chest in an ice cave and various other bits in the 154 pieces. Oh, there’s a sledge, too.
Watch them play and they’ll make up their own stories. You won’t have a clue what’s going on but they will, which is all that matters. And don’t be surprised if rockets and other assorted animals, etc. make an appearance. LEGO and Frozen. What’s not to like?
This set is ideal for very young Lego builders. The back of the box has the words ‘learn to build’ on it and the builds are simple with larger Lego pieces. With adult supervision the various components can be assembled by a child in a matter of minutes, however, older and more advanced builders will find some interesting pieces in this set. The various clear plastic ‘ice’ pieces could be used in combination with other sets, from other themes, and may be useful in custom builds. There is also a chest and some small pieces that resemble jewels. As a beginner’s set, I think this will appeal to both boys and girls, and the price point is reasonable considering how many rare or unique pieces are included.
I had great fun putting this together. The absolute best set of instructions ever! Each book is numbered 1to3 with the corresponding bag of Lego. 1 was the quickest to put together, through to 3 which took the longest. Total of about 45 mins to build the whole lot. . Lots of little bits of activity for the kids to play with. I wasn’t too keen on the little jewels that just get left in the chest. I can see them getting lost. I couldn’t fix the tiaras to anything, but the Gem’s I was able to add to the buildings. The snowman on the sleigh isn’t very stable where he is on the back. Everything else is quite sturdy. Big improvement on the last lot of Lego I put together, that fell apart too easily when picked up. Still a little costly but if the kids are into Frozen, they will live it. Also received a spare carrot and stick head for the snowman, ( which I found places to store them both, on the building with the telescope). This is also a nice toy to display on a shelf in the kids room, especially if they like collecting the Lego themes.
Lego seems to be moving away from its classic look and feel in some of the kits they are bringing out and this new set seems to be a clear example of how they are adapting their approach to appeal to a wider market. Rather than everything having to be assembled from fairly standard looking parts, this has much larger pieces, such as the castle arch. This makes it simpler for younger children but would likely appeal less to the purists collector. The change is also very clear in the mini-figures, which have abandoned the standard design (two legs, two arms, upper and lower torso, head and hair/hat). The main characters in this set utilise the same arms and faces, but otherwise appear completely unique, as does most of Olaf.
There’s plenty on offer for the kids to play with though, such as the see-saw, sleigh and slide. Overall this is a good design and it has the usual level of Lego quality and consideration to make it as close to the original Frozen concept as possible, whilst still retaining much of the classic Lego look.
At 35 the price is high considering the number of pieces. Any Lego collector will know that a rough guide of 10p a piece is the maximum typical cost, and with this set coming in at 154 pieces it’s priced well over double what you might expect to pay. But some of the pieces (the previously mentioned arch for example) and way larger than a typical piece, and in a set designed for older children and adults would probably be made up of many more individual pieces. I suspect that the Disney link also pushes the price up.
Overall, I think this would make a fine Christmas gift for a Frozen fan of maybe 6 or 7 years old.
SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN 4 YEARS AND OVER, ANNA AND ELSA’S FROZEN WONDERLAND LEGO GAME. COMPLETE WITH MINI DOLL FIGURES, CASTLE AND VARIOUS ACCESSORIES. IN TOTAL 154 PIECES IN THIS LEGO SET. HOURS OF FUN TO KEEP THE CHILD BUSY AND LEARN WHILE PLAYING.
This set from Lego and Disney is aged at 4+ and has super simple instructions for budding new master builders to start to follow by themselves. Our three and a half year old couldn’t really manage this build by himself but he went nuts for Olaf and the mini snowmen, with them all going for slide after slide. Its verging on the expensive side (35) for a set this big but then Disney is going to be taking its slice of the pie and there are some specialist bits of scenery that I haven’t seen before. Great playability with the see saw and the little cookie jar which we quite liked too, who doesn’t love a treasure chest and slide in the snow as well? Happy to recommend to any frozen fan for a build they should be able to mostly do by themselves at 4+
My grandaughter is very specific about things and she loves Frozen in that she’ll have anything about it.
This set has been very welcome and built with the help of adults. I added some battery LED lights that are blue to create a more dramatic effect for her.
The usual high quality of Lego. Follow the instructions (and, as precaution against loss, go to the Lego website, click Support and download the instructions to keep safe).
The set makes up as shown in the photos. Pretty good value, I think.
