As someone who’s obsessed with Disneys tangled, I had to get this to go along with endless other trinkets. It’s super easy to build and twirls around with the key provided.

LEGO products are, by their brand and reputation, of excellent quality and this is no different. Well-packaged and with clear instructions, the set is easy to put together with vibrant colours. The value for money given the size of the set and the time it takes to put together is questionable, but it makes an excellent present.

This is a lovely set. A new style that is similar to a music box with a twirling princess. It was good fun to build and looks good as a presentation set for display. My daughter loves the chameleon pasqal

After my five year old niece recently seen a couple of my collectable Lego sets she’s been bugging me to let her play with them.
So i thought i’d pick up a couple of the cheaper sets to keep here so she has something to play with when she’s visiting.

She loves everything Disney at the moment so this Disney Princess set was the perfect choice for her.
But considering this Twirling Rapunzel is one of the cheaper sets on the Lego store i was really surprised on how many Lego pieces actually comes with this set.

For the most part i just left her to build it herself, as the booklet is really helpful & easy to follow, it shows you detailed pictures on which parts are needed for each step & where to place them.
In total it took her roughly 45mins to build it & she was over the moon with it when it was all done & twirling on the key.

This set would make a really nice cheap gift idea of stocking filler.
At the time of writing this set is currently 8.99 which for the amount of Lego you get in the set i feel offers amazing value for money.
Definitely recommend getting any of the Lego sets for the younger ones as they are such a great tool for helping them develop problem solving & key skills at a early age.

Got this for my 6 year old daughter. The instructions were easy to follow and I guided her to make it. It also comes with a chameleon. The key operated rotate mechanism is quite new to us in Lego.

Also the skirt and umbrella can be made into a box. The chameleon doesn’t have a space for it on the set. Kids can imagine and play with it.

The princess collection range in Lego is good. Also for the price under 10 would make a small and a nice gift.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAt 89 pieces it works out roughly at the 10p per piece Lego standard pricing – coming in at 8.99 currently. It’s marketed as 5+ but you should be aware that there are lots of small pieces in this set and as someone who has been to A&E twice with a child who has Lego up their nose, the age limit is definitely a suggestion.

The set took me and my 9-year old under half an hour to build – with no slip ups which makes a nice change. She was quite impressed with the twirling mechanism, I suspect she may take it to pieces later and use this part on something else.

Quibbles – Pascal (the chameleon) doesn’t really have a place to sit / be attached to, so he ends up loose and is probably going to get lost. Rapunzel is too pale a blonde here. Most importantly it should definitely have been a frying pan! and not a parasol – Lego you missed a trick there and I have to dock you a star.

Overall – nice little set that should appeal to Disney princess fans. Would make a nice stocking filler / small birthday gift. But there should definitely be a frying pan!

There’s a huge range of Lego ‘Disney Princess’ sets available now. This one is excellent, and attractively priced, for Lego. It makes a perfect introduction to the ‘Princess’ range. That’s especially true for anyone new to Lego, perhaps stepping up from Duplo. because there aren’t too many parts and it offers the key-operated rotation mechanism to add to the interest. Of course, it would also make a welcome addition to an existing ‘Princess’ collection.

The ability to use the skirt and umbrella to make a diamond that houses Rapunzel’s body is clever and adds another fun element. A Pascal the chameleon figure completes the set and adds to the value. At 8.99, it makes a good buy.

This is a really lovely LEGO set for any Disney fan, it’s easy to put together, interactive and great for kids especially. The set comes as a two pack of LEGO pieces and a booklet to walk you through step-by-step of which pieces to put where.
It looks adorable when it’s finished, lovely when on display and the little key allow you to turn Rapunzel round. If you put Rapunzel slightly off to the side on the turning piece, Pascal can be stuck down next to her.

This is everything you expect from Lego with a pretty, finely sculpted Rapunzel, and Pascal, and an excellent build manual. Rapunzel can be placed on top of the box and rotated with the key which, when not in use, clips away behind the structure. It’s also possible to store Rapunzel and Pascal inside Rapunzel’s skirt with the parasol top acting as a lid. Excellent, as always and my granddaughter loves it.

This is a good starter set for moving on to proper lego. There aren’t too many pieces and it comes with a simple mechanism. There are only two bags of pieces and the “baseplate”. The instructions are easy to follow. I like the colour schemes and the rotation mechanism is a nice touch. I also think that it is a good collectable for a Lego fan.

My one issue is that while it is a Disney Princess it is not any specific princess which is what I would have expected. It does come with a frog but the princess in that movie was Tiana who was African American and this princess looks a lot more like Elsa. Lego keep making these small missteps with inclusion and gender and I think that this is another case when they have left themselves open to complaints.

This is of the usual Lego quality. It was straightforward to put together and is well made and durable. It is unlikely to be quickly broken and it looks good as well.

This Lego set would make a really nice gift for anyone who likes Rapunzel and Lego! My daughter loves both The quality is always good with Lego, and this one is no exception. We really enjoyed the music-box styling and the fact that it didn’t take long to put together before we could get playing with it. I think the price is reasonable too (currently 8.99 at the time of writing).

Overall, another great Lego product – recommended.

Lego, a firm favourite no matter which generation it appears in and as usual, the same high quality product from a great household name

This set is of the Disney princess Rapunzel gives a recommended minimum start age of 5 and I would say this is about right for this type of toy, and although not difficult to build, for a young child, this is a great means by which to encourage interaction. Once constructed, the Rapunzel can be rotated by simply turning the key.

In summary, a nice little toy which encourages the child’s thought process and at the retail price of just a penny shy of 9 quid, good value for money.

Lego Disney twirling Rapunzel and pascal set

A fab and adorable design from Lego with this twirling Rapunzel set. This is a fairly easy build, with beautiful little pieces and cute coloured pieces to work with.

The Rapunzel can go within her dress for storage, or stand on top of the building. When she’s on top, you have a key to turn the Rapunzel around, Pascal can fit on too if you push her back a little.

I would recommend it. Absolutely the cutest mini Lego set.

This is a very cute little princess lego set. The end result of building this kit is rapunzel standing on top of a music box and you can actually turn the key in the side to make her rotate on top. Quality is good as expected from any lego set. It’s a fairly easy build so should be fine for most children just be aware that there are some quite small pieces.

Both my kids are into Lego which can be quite costly especially the themed kits so i was pleasantly surprised at the price when I saw this kit although when it arrived it was much smaller than I’d realised. Nonetheless, my daughter couldn’t wait to put this together which didn’t take long and was easy to do. Once built the key turns rapunzel which is a nice touch and her dress and umbrella double up as a little diamond storage container. She also comes with a little pascal figure which is cute. There’s are different mini figures to buy making this a nice collection. I thought the price was very reasonable considering it’s Lego and the quality is as you’d expect. All in all a fab little Lego addition.

Easy for kids to build on their own. It’s part of the collectible set as well and to be fair, I think it’s quite affordably priced too. The centrepiece is functional too which is a good feature, so the Lego isn’t so ‘static’.

My youngest 7 year old daughter loves Lego and was overjoyed when I gave her this . Very simple to make and fits in well with any of the multitude of scenarios she builds . Quality is usual Lego and the sun 10 price means it would make an excellent gift for kids birthday parties etc. Very good

This is a nice little set that our five year old has managed to build by himself. Rapunzel can be stored in her dress with her umbrella acting like a lid and the box rotates the top by turning the key. There are quite a few small one blocks which very tiny fingers might find tricky, but our son managed ok. A great set for a Childs birthday party or a little set to take on holiday.

As another year roles in, so does another load of Lego sets. I checked out this, one of the latest from the Disney range, which since first appearing a few years ago has produced a large number of sets with relatable characters – such as Rapunzel and Pascal included here.

This room is targeted at 5+, helped by the simplicity of the build and subject matter, though the turning element with the key adds something different from a house type build. As with all lego toys this is decent quality and provides plenty of play-ability – there are bright colours, moving parts and figures that can be positioned. It’s a nice play on the classic music box – you can use the key to directly turn the character (no wind up) and also store them away in the umbrella as it becomes a crystal.

Overall then this is another great set from the latest Lego range that I can see younger kids enjoying.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersA decent set for a reasonable price. I’d say it’s typical Lego quality, though their bricks aren’t quite as robust as they used to be. It’s a nice compact set that’s easy for kids to build.
