How to use this balloon tying tools?

Place tool on hand and use 3 fingers to hold balloons against it with thumb

With a load of balloons to blow up and limited lung power, I opted for these hand pumps. I was surprised by, firstly the size of them and their quality. Their size meant there was no furious pumping required: just a few and each balloon was done. I rather thought that once the balloons were inflated the pumps would probably have given up the ghost, but not so: they have now been put away for use the next time we need balloons, cushions or anything else blown up.

These did the job I bought them for – blew up some balloons for paper mache project at school! They require some muscle power in the arms so don’t think I’d use them for anything bigger than a balloon!
