It’s mouthwash, not much to report. It isn’t offensively horrible when used, and my teeth are still all there. You wouldn’t know the difference between this and one you purchased in a shop. It’s just sometimes cheaper on Amazon, which is why I purchased it here
I prefer the mild one to the normal one as the normal one is too harsh on my gums.
