I have had connection issues whereby the helmet wouldn’t communicate with the remote control despite my best efforts.
Livall have, to their credit, refunded me the full price of the helmet, it may be that I had a faulty remote with mine. It is a nice looking and comfortable helmet in use and I do like the flashing red lights and the ability to listen to music through the app.
I may try purchasing a new remote to see if that cures the connection problems and report back!

Received the helmet and charged for the recommended 3 hours before use. Super easy to set up and pair the helmet to the controller and to pair to my IPhone. If in doubt, YouTube has lots of setup videos.

I am not a earphone wearing cyclist as I think that is dangerous, but listening to the music from the helmet speakers, as long as you don’t have them on full volume, you can still here traffic noise and be safe on the roads. Speakers are good and when using the telephone function, are quite impressive. Microphone is in such a position that when on a telephone call, there is very little wind noise heard by the person you are chatting to.

The controller fits to the handlebars and operates the turn signals, answers the telephone and adjusts the speak volume. If you have an android phone, you can use the very handy group chat function. Sadly, Apple have removed this function for IOS users. There is also a button to take a photo if you have set your phone up. Useful in an accident if you see it coming and are controlled enough to take a picture rather than jamming the breaks on and shouting!

I cycle around 140 miles a week and this is a very comfortable and useful helmet. Longest ride so far with the helmet is 72 miles in just over 4 hours and battery life was just under 50%, but I did have the music playing and taking calls the whole way.

I love the helmet and bought the wife one as well. So pleased we have IOS phones 🙂

I wanted to get a helmet as I enjoy cycling on my own, but wanted the safety that if I fall or have an accident, someone will be notified and given a location to find me.
So now on to the helmet, it is stylish with a nice black and red pattern.
The lights are bright, and visible during the day, indicators are also bright, and I often use them along with hand signals with turning.
The speakers are alright, nothing great, but nice to be able to hear music but also to be aware of traffic, which is an improvement over using earphones.
Battery life is decent, even with ,using and lights, and charging is done via magnetic charger port.
The helmet is weatherproof and I have used it in the rain.

This is a really good helmet works well with iPhones, Bluetooth seems to be great, music is what you would expect from tiny speakers but it is a lot safer than having earphones when riding a cycle Really happy at the moment with i
