Nice mouse it worth the money, highly recommended, doesn’t make too much noise when clicking and I hope it last however it can only be used on a smooth surface or a mouse mat as an alternative

I bought this as a stopgap between replacing my expensive Razer mouse with a similarly expensive mouse, but I don’t think I’ll bother now, this mouse is perfect. I’m not a heavy gamer, so can’t comment on lag etc, but this is perfect for light gaming (e.g. Sims, Minecraft) and office work. It doesn’t feel cheap and tacky like I expected (I expected a generic office mouse), the plastic feels much more premium than the price and the shape is way more ergonomic than my previous 120+ mouse. Probably going to buy a second one for the office.

I’ve used various wireless mice for years now, but recently decided to try a wired mouse to see if it would overcome some minor, but annoying problems of jumpy scrolling – it has. I find this Logitech B100 very smooth and easy to use. Great value and good mouse.

A perfectly functional full sized mouse without any unnecessary bells and whistles. Seems to be sturdily built and great value for money. I don’t play games so cannot comment on its suitability for gaming.

i have owned lots of Logitech devices and like them this mouse is great. This mouse is more of a budget option but still works very well, tracks great and offers great value for money.

This is a basic mouse, but works great. It does not have any fancy features, but does what you need a mouse to to. It seems quite robust so far, it is pretty comfortable in my hand and works very well.

All in all, for this price, this is really supe

I bought one of these in early 2020, and it’s still working in late 2023. I bought a second one as my first lives on my desk and I wanted one to carry with me. Would recommend.

I was asked by a software developer (whose software I do beta testing for) to test something using a wired mouse. I normally use a wireless Logitech MX Master, which I am very happy with, and I have a box full of unused old mice (is that the correct plural) in the garage – all of which are wireless. I wanted something cheap as this is probably the only time I will ever use a wired mouse.

In use, I found the mouse to be noticeably more ‘jumpy’ and less accurate than the MX – an unfair comparison, of course. It also felt a lot cheaper, less solid and lighter in the hand. The scroll wheel was rough. I certainly wouldn’t be happy if I had to use this mouse all the time, but as a cheap standby, it’s fine.

One positive that I noticed (and this is more to do with wired v wireless than the mouse itself) is that using the wired mouse gave me less glitches. The wireless mouse sometimes hangs for a fraction of a second, which can be a nuisance. I’m not a gamer, so this isn’t a major issue.

If ever I decide to go wired again (unlikely) I would spend the cash and get a much better quality mouse than this. As I say, it’s not bad, it’s just I am used to something significantly better.

It’s a basic USB mouse at a reasonable price. It’s fine for office work but I wouldn’t use it for gaming. As a developer a mouse I can plug into anything and as long as basic USB is there it will work is sometimes useful. This is good for that job.

Arrived next day and it was super easy to unplug my old faulty one and replace it with this Logitech one.
A useful red light underneath shows that it’s connected.

At the time of writing this review, Logitech’s B100 has been on the market for about 13 years.

I’ve used this mouse previously for extensive periods during it’s lifecycle, and it’s an affordable mouse that I recommend regularly. Despite the price, the mouse is built to last – it’s simple design and ergonomics make it a common sight in both workplaces and households.

While there is certainly nothing stopping you from using this mouse for gaming (I certainly used it for that during college!), it lacks some of the functionality present in a number mice more tailored towards gaming.

Ultimately the B100 is a brilliant 3-button mouse that has been a staple of affordable computer peripherals for the past few years – It isn’t going anywhere any time soon.

What to say? It is a trusted brand. It does what it says on the box and as a wired mouse it is easily retrievable. If I knock it off the armrest, none of this scrabbling around on the floor hunting for something that has managed to go as far under the sofa as possible. Just pull the wire and it comes straight back to you

This Logitech mouse is a basic mouse, as I wanted. A left button & a right button, scroll button in the middle. It works well, a bit clunky but does the job. Ideal for me.

I’ve used it for gaming for almost 22 months and the LMB is only starting to degrade now. It’s not the most ergonomic or comfortable, but it’s good enough, especially for the price you’re paying. I’ve had more expensive Logitech mice last a lot less of lifespan but they had more functionality/were more comfortable for gaming. 4/5

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI was after a mouse to use for my old laptop which has a broken left click-pad button. So obviously the best place to go is online where i searched ‘mouse’.
What came up was a list of computer mouses (is it computer mouses or computer mice?) in all different shapes and sizes. Some had random buttons, keyboards, switches, lights etc. You name it theres everything.
If you want a mouse for gaming then there probably is better designed for your needs but if you’re like me, someone who just needed the simple standard mouse to use on the computer for work or browsing. Then stop searching elsewhere and just get this.

The size is perfect, it nestles comfortably in the palm of my hand and has the slightest of curves or an oval effect to really feel just right in whichever hand you use. The packaging was a bit boring to be honest, was just a plain white flimsy box so i would have liked something sturdy with photos, writing etc. Doesn’t matter too much though, I’m just weird like that.
It does work straight out the box though, plug the usb in and you’re good to go. Its movement is solid, no lag at all so very efficient and its accuracy and response to your movements is just what you would require for doing work without the frustration of a run away cursor.

The buttons do make that distinctive ‘click’ sound which i like but if that really irritates you then i don’t think theres much you can do about it. Whilst on the issue of the buttons, they too are very responsive and the pressure required to push them is also ideal. Comfortable enough to do it effortlessly but not so responsive that they’ll click just from the slightest of contact. For the use that ill get out of this mouse, its going to last me a long long time (unless theres some fault with the optical light). The only real parts that could be affected are the buttons and again, i would only imagine that would be down to gaming use with repetitive striking on the button.

Its a great price for a brilliant item which does the job faultlessly. What more can you want? Also comes in two colours, black and white which i think is nice as i always see this simple style mouse in black. From the photos, the white version looks pretty nice as well.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this mouse to anyone who needs it for work or just browsing. Logitech know how to do things right!
