Use regularly for phone and video calls for work, clarity is good. I can hear people fine and they can hear me…all you need really! Comfortable to wear for short periods
Excellent sound, mic and noise cancelling.
Only thing to watch is the rubber ear cushions as they are very, very flammable.
I had to buy a replacement set after the first came in contact with a candle for a fraction of a second and went up like an inferno. So I’d be cautious if you smoke or have candles on your desk/work table, and even moreso if you have children!
Great value headset, I use it for work about 6-7 hours daily. Never had any issues, I bought one a year ago that got damaged after 12 month so for the price that I paid and for the extensive usage I’m happy to get a new one every yea
I struggle with the noise in my office as there’s always other people on the phone. These are great for blocking out the chatter so I can clearly hear my custome
I am using it for 1 month, usually in Teams meetings and I am very happy with this product. This product purely focuses on noise cancelling on your microphone and it is cancelling the unwanted noise from your background effectively. I asked my colleagues to rate my voice and asked them if they hear any background noise and they confirmed that they do not hear any unwanted noise. Sound quality (for business meetings) are definitely okay.
When you listen music with it, the sound quality is poor but this is fine for me.
It is “on the ears” type headphone but it is not fully covering your ears. If you don’t want to hear surrounding noise from your office, it is not very effective. It still cancels noise passively but there are some noise leaks near the cushion. Also the tightness is well balanced. It is not squeezing disturbingly.
This is a really good product if you compare with its price. Good job Logitech.
Being a person who wears glasses, I found these a little uncomfortable on my ears and ended up purchasing another pair with a bit more softness around the ear part. Other than that a perfect edition for work teams calls. Will keep these to use as a spare pair.
On first use was able to adjust to fit, sound good and only wore for short periods as felt a bit tight. Didn’t realise the lead was so long but all seems absolutely fine for short term use. Not sure they would suit someone wishing to wear all day though as felt tight.
These were cheap and I didn’t expect much – I didn’t get much – but they work (actually quite well) they are a little uncomfortable to wear for long periods – but bearable. Remarkable value for money.
I make a lot of phone calls per day and I needed something that is comfortable and has good sound and mic. This headset is perfect for this. I’m very happy with how soundproof it is, I always have music on the background and people on the call cannot hear anything apart from my voice. I don’t mean loud music of course! They are also very steady on my head, my only complain is that my left ear suffers sometimes, it hurts from time to time but this might be because I have them on all day. So this is an incredible headset and very cheap for its quality.
Checking before opening the seals as I’d wondered if a headset this cheap really could be ‘noise cancelling’ – there is no mention of such a feature on the packaging, nor on Logitech’s website page for this product.
So, no, it’s just a conventional headphone & microphone – which will do for what I need, but not what it says in the description.
There may well be better products out there but for this price can’t go wrong. I would say that if you have to where them constantly maybe invest in some better ones with more padding. However, these do the job for me and the sound quality is good.
This was an urgent replacement for my previous headset (different make), which died mid a counselling session. Excellent for what I need it for, (as in frequent zoom and conference calls). Lightweight yet robust enough and certainly value for money. Has all the basic features I need. Excellent speedy dispatch and delivery. 4.5*
