The shower head is an excellent product. Well deserving maximum star rating. I had a few questions about its specification which I submitted by email to which I received a response within an hour or two. The customer service of this company is outstanding. From a customer service background, I haven’t seen its equal in many years. It is an excellent product, the best shower head I’ve ever used.

I was surprised at the size of the head its bigger than I expected so really pleased,it’s very light,and quite flimsy but for the money it is fine,it is a good shower.Just needed to get a new braket for it as mine does not hold it up,but that is the brackets fault nothing to do with the shower.

After having problems with old unit this was with me inside 2 days. After initial inspection I fitted it and used it immediately. Perfect.
Great product best I have had each setting is really different not like some.
I would only add one comment which could have improved the product for me personally, to have some part of the handle without polished chrome. It would make it easier hold especially if your grip is not the strongest.
We are super happy with how much more powerful this shower head makes our showers! It’s amazing, can’t believe how much better showers are now, the water now blasts against your head instead of the previous dribble. Well worth the money.
Got this to try and increase pressure in my shower.
It has several different spray types which were good and there’s more than enough for what ever you need.
This would be amazing on a power shower but mines electric and caused us to get a leak from the shower unit so had to put on a manufactures one, but that’s not the heads fault, like i say this would be amazing on a power shower but for my electric not grea
Did what it promised to do. Water pressure went up quite a bit after installation, so overall very happy with the end result after installing the product.
Problem was the installation as the manual was quite bare and did not show the tape included. I ended up needing the pliers to create a drip free seal in the shower. Also the included hose was not ideal as it only has two little cut ins for a wrench.
It’s a perfectly decent shower head – a good weight, solid in use, gives a nice range of sprays. It’s certainly better than most, a little overpriced for what it is, but hopefully will not be replacing it any time soon.
A lot of shower heads make grand claims about boosting the effect of low mains water pressure, and this one is no exception. And like all the others I’ve tried, it doesn’t really achieve that. But this one does have an extra mist setting that I have not tried before, and which is rather impressive. It really is a fine mist, rather than the usual varieties of spray, and I think it’s going to be very popular when the summer heat comes – which may make the purchase worthwhile after all. However, it also has an “off” setting at the other end of the control lever’s range, which I suspect is not a good idea – it would probably trigger the shower’s thermal cut-off if the flow of water is stopped like that.
The shower head seems to be good quality. It is nice looking and the different settings are good.
The provided hose seems good quality however I have not been able to stop it from leaking at the shower end. The head end is fine.
Overall good item, just check your existing hose end against the information provided before purchase.
