Easy to use, fab effect. Only slight disappointment is the red flame is very red, I use my favourite though,soft yellow and orange, . Great value for money.

I was very dubious expensive item online, however, having read the reviews I decided to go ahead and the knowledge that if it didn’t work, I had a month to return it.

This fire is hung on my living room wall was very easy to set up. The instructions were simple. The fire has lots of different colour options as well as lighting levels and there is also the option of having the log affect or crystals. I haven’t used the heating mode, so I can’t comment on that, but it looks amazing. It really sets the living room off and I am more than happy with how it looks. It is an eye-catching piece and people always comment on it when they come into the living room.

I highly recommend it.

Purchased this fireplace and I am really pleased with it. I use mostly for the effect rather than the heater, but when I have used it, it works pretty well. I also had this installed by a builder as we had other work going on in the house, so cannot say how easy it is to install, other than the builder seemed to do this no problem. I did want to share a good customer care experience. Our remote control had a fault and I persevered for a while trying to get it to work, but it was clearly broken. I contacted the seller who was extremely quick to respond and then issue a replacement remote control which I have now received. So many thanks for this – as customer care is something I think is really important.

Dislike the fact that the black glass is not the same depth all round ie the top measurement is greater than the bottom and to my eyes it looks imbalanced. Otherwise it looks good when the fire is turned on. I have only used the crystals, not the wood effect branches.

Really happy with the fire and it looks great! I ordered the fire and the next day I noticed there was a Prime discount offer. I contacted the company and they were so helpful and refunded the difference once it was dispatched as promised. The heat fan is a little noisy when on but no sound when only using it for the flame effect. The fan stops very quickly after the heat is turned off.

Photos and videos on my old phone do not do it justice. It looks great in person. We don’t use use heat very often as it’s been too warm but when we have it heats our room up quickly. It is quite noisy when the heat is turned on but we usually only need it on 15 mins and the room is warm enough. We usually just have the “flames” on which give the room a cosy feel and my son loves the different colours to choose from. I would definitely recommend, we looked online A LOT and nothing compared for the price.

The flame effect is excellent, one of the best I’ve seen with a real nice 3D quality to them, the colour choice is great with 9 to choose from.
The logs are ok and the broken glass effect looks great.
Heat output is good but that’s not what we wanted it for and the fan is a little noisy but it’s a fan, it’s going to make noise.
The unit remembers the last temperature and colour being used but not the brightness, this resets to maximum brightness (L5) each time you turn it back on.
If I had to pick one thing I didn’t like it’s a slight noise that it makes when the lights are on, like a fast ticking but it’s not too bad.
Overall really happy with quality, build overall performance.

Never ever make reviews but considering I nearly bought a branded version of this that actually didn’t look as good I felt I had to. If you have the know how it’s very simple to install. The actual visual of this looks amazing for the price. Nearly spent 1200 on a dimplex one but glad I didn’t! I mounted mine so the mdf is flush with the glass where as I tbink usually the glass would sit on top. Found that a bit tricky but got there with some spacers. Also I didn’t leave a gap round the edge as suggested but can’t see why you’d need to. Aslong as you’re not blocking up the air intakes and blowers at the front.

Excellent value ease of remote control or touch screen (when the grandchildren hide the remote) really easy to install we use this in our conservatory the heat output is good as our conservatory is so cold.

Great piece of kit that has brightened up my living room, fitted it into the old fireplace where the flame effect does what I needed.
Only downside being the fan heater only blow hot air as it does not have a cold option, necessary in the summer to circulate cold air!!!
