A good hairspray:
– Nice fine spray
– Doesn’t make your hair look or feel wet, heavy or sticky
– Pretty impressive hold – keeps hair in place the whole day at work
Even though this did take a little time to be delivered, it’s a great quality hairspray, good hold that lasts and washes out really well, slightly expensive, but good product.
Put my hair up for work – 12hr shift, held it all day, went straight to bed when in and had a home day the next day – didn’t have to redo my hair once!! Then brushes out with ease even after all that time. Not sticky, loads of volume in a bottle. This stuff is serious!!!

This Hair Spray is very strong and really helps my hair staying in place.
Other, similar products, might be good for a few hours, this hairspray really freezes my long, unruly hair.
When I make a ponytail it usually goes everywhere at the side of my head. Since I use this Matrix spray the hair stays where it should be and doesn’t move until I change my hairstyle.
I am very happy with this product and I gladly recommend it to you.
This is a decent hairspray. It has a pretty good hold that should be enough to hold your hair through a normal day or through an evening if used before going out. The spray is quite fine and doesn’t leave your hair looking greasy or feeling crispy.
My teenage daughter has really long thick hair which she curls using a wand. Before heating each section she sprays it with this and then styles. We’re both really impressed at how long the curls hold using this spray, but it doesn’t feel sticky or leave a residue. It brushes out well at the end of the day too.
Really impressed with this brand – its one of the best I’ve used and well worth the investment.
This is my favourite hairspray from Matrix, it sprays a fine mist and due to triple stray design it’s very convenient to use. My hair doesn’t feel or look greasy after using this product and it brushes off really well. Performs really well in Scottish weather, excellent value too as it costs half price from my usual favourite hairspray.
Again this hairspray took over four months to arrive and to be perfectly honest I had completely forgotten I had ordered it. However this is worth the wait – a fabulous hair spray that holds my fine flyaway hair in place and brushes out easily at the end of the day.
Not sticky or cloying – a salon quality hairspray that does a perfect job of keeping my hair in place all day. Five stars for quality and effectiveness.
This holds my hair without making it feeling crunchy and “Lego helmet ” .
It has a nice fine mist so covers my hair evenly without thick patches and it dries quickly.
It’s great for keeping my style in all day and brushes out without too much bother.
This hairspray is so lightweight I could hardly tell it was on but it held my fringe and light curls really well. It’s a 300ml can which does seem to hold a generous amount of spray. The fragrance is pleasant and quite fresh.
It’s got such a strong hold and doesn’t leave your hair crispy and looking dusty after use which some hairsprays do. The distribution of it is easy and the spray gives you a fine mist. I used it a few days in a row and it didn’t affect my hair or scalp as some other brands gave me dandruff before. I was so impressed that I experimented a little with a new style that I could never pull off without this spray. I’ve tried lots of brands over the years but none were as good as this.
This brand has to be one of all time favourites for hair products and I am so pleased to have discovered this hairspray. I highly recommend it.
Made in France, Matrix Vavoom Triple Freeze Hairspray would be perfect if you’re looking for a strong hold that lasts and gives fullness. Suitable for all hair types, this dries ‘ultra-dry’ so you can sashay away right away. It feels soft on the hair despite incredible hold – no stiffness or brittleness – and will brush out later leaving no residue. Free from silicone, this is a very good hairspray and good value for 300ml.
Don’t need loads. Sprays from 3 holes covers a wide area in one spray.
Holds well but if styled cam still have a bit movement.
Brushes out mostly however to get it all.out properly you need to wash your hair.
My daughter has long thick hair and her curls always drop out quickly. She tried this spray and the difference was fabulous – it held her curls in much longer than normal so that they would last the whole night.
I thought the triple spray button might make the jet too wide but it is well directed and comes out like a fine mist. It’s not ‘wet’ at all and doesn’t make your hair clump or sticky at all.
At the end of the night, it brushes out very easily without that horrible white dust that you get from cheaper brands.
It is more expensive than her other brands, but this one actually works a lot better so it’s well worth the extra couple of pounds.
Second bottle of this brand and don’t think I would change now to be honest. Easy to spray and holds all styles In place well. Easily brushed out when finished with and doesn’t leave hair really hard when applied. Thoroughly recommend
I have tried two more sprays from this brand and this one is my favourite, as it keeps even the most intricate styles in place. And yet doesn’t feel like you have glued your hair in shape. Brushes easily and I like the scent. Can recommend.
