Structurally this item is strong a little bit unbalanced and you definitely need to wait it down with something by the feet otherwise it keeps falling over in any form of wind.
The lights themselves I find they work well especially if you’re in a sheltered area but you can’t see them at a distance.
Lovely patterns the solar light produces on the floor or walls this is a nice item and so far the battery’s last most of the night from solar charging during the day.

Overall I can say this is a nice item

I already had preconceived ideas that this solar garden light was going to be naff. It’s not. When it arrived I still thought it looked cheap. It was easy to put together and came with a cheaply made hammer to knock the posts into place. The hammer was rubbish the head kept falling off. Still it did the job. Once put together I placed it in the garden and used it to display a couple of plants. This transformed it into a plant stand and the solar light in the evening was a bonus. The light comes on automatically when it gets dark and lasts until morning. We have short nights at the moment so I’m waiting to see how long it lasts during long winter nights without much sun in the day. Having said that we won’t be out in the garden all night on cooler nights so it won’t really matter. I was shocked at the price of it but the solar side of it does seem to work better and longer than other lights I’ve tried. Much better than expected. So far in our month of rain it’s continued to perform and hasn’t weathered.

This large garden light is 25cm square by 81cm tall. It comes in parts with a lamp section, intermediate and lower tray sections and eight leg sections that slot together. The fitting is quite tight, and a plastic headed mallet is provided to help assembly: note that these are a (very) tight fit, so it is unlikely that it could be easily dismantled.

The bronzed metal finish is of decent quality, and the butterfly and bird-shaped cut-outs around the upper portion do cast these patterns on the ground close to the light or on a nearby wall if so positioned.

The solar-powered lighting unit is a conventional type that produces a warm yellowish light for 4-5 hours after a reasonably sunny day.

I think it looks great, the light output at night is really nice & calming, the design from the pattern is definitely unique, it does take about 8 hours to charge on the first day for it to work the full night, love that I can put 2 plants of the stand to add some weight to the light, the assembly was really easy & so far it’s been very durable with the weather.

I need to get some smaller pots and plants to go on the shelves – and I’m still moving it about the garden deciding where it’s going, but it really is stunning and let’s off a lovely light effect.
My mum now wants one for her garden – they really are lovely.

This solar lantern looks amazing in my garden. There is some very basic self assembly required, but it’s simple and quick. It took me around 10 mins to put this item together – the package even includes a small rubber mallet.

The lantern is two tiers, so you can put small planters on each shelf. The actual lamp is solar powered so it’s easy to place anywhere within your garden, just ensure you get a decent amount of sunlight on it to charge the batteries. Of a night it comes into it’s own, the small single LED is bright enough to light up a small corner of my garden and it projects humming birds all over the decking area. It look amazing – the review pictures don’t do it justice.

Construction wise, i feel this lantern is made well – i am hoping it lasts the winter months, however i may remove the solar light as these in my experience tend to break quite easily when the temperature starts to drop and they don’t receive much sunlight.

If you are looking for a very stylish solar lantern for your patio area then i would not hesitate to recommend this product to others – i love it!

The end result of this little solar cabinet is good enough. There’s a distressed look to the metal which gives it a nice rustic aesthetic and the solar light is set nicely to give a soft glow when the sun sets.
The construct should be easy to put together, however, the mass produced nature of it means the little pieces don’t slip together easily, hence an included hammer. However, the head of the hammer wasn’t glued in place meaning one hard hit sent the head a distance, so caution that you don this with plenty of space and away from fragile objects of heads.
Once put together and with enough hammering, the whole construct is very sturdy, although if you’re unlucky, you could get a finished product that rocks unevenly due to potentially unequal lengths. I didn’t get that issue and I’m happy with the ned result, but for 69.99 I’d want a little more certainty hence knocking off a star.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI like how quick it was delivered.
came in a nicely decorated box, not just a standard Amazon box that I normally receive.
I put it all together in about 30 min, I’m pretty useless at putting things together so proud I managed that step lol
things I was a bit disappointed with was, it didn’t shine and light up my garden as much as I hoped! it’s fairly small I got it discounted over half price, had I paid full price I think I would have felt disappointed.
Even on a sunny day,it’s been fairy light for hrs and when I looked out in the evening I could only make out about 3 butterfly’s reflecting on my grass. thought it was gona fill the garden and walls with an array of butterflies and lights.
not quite what I had imagined but nice all the same, glad I didn’t pay full price.
