I absolutely LOVE these socks! I needed them more for keeping my feet warm as I have very bad circulation! It’s amazing that you have the gel pads on the sole of the feet as well as another gel pad for the toes! I warmed them in the microwave for 30 seconds and they worked a treat! Not tried it will cold yet but imagine it would work really well! Absolutely love them! Definitely would recommend!

You need to heat this up in the microwave, but I’ve had to keep increasing the time and it still doesn’t heat up sufficiently. A hot water bottle is better.

This is a great idea. Walk around with a heat pad on your back. Yes it may be heavey for some: it needs to be to retain the heat. Tuck it in your pants and you won’t feel it’s heavy. The heat retention is very long lasting. Don’t understand any negative reviews . Quality is good and it’s well made. 5*****

Very good product. The only difficulty is that you are told to lie it flat in the microwave. You would need a very large microwave to achieve that but it does heat up OK folded.

I liked that it is nice and soft and covers a big area. I don’t like that the tie is not very long so for those with bigger bellies it would be a struggle to tie around, and that it only stays warm for about 10/15 mins. That’s with heating it up for more than double the recommended time.

It’s a very handy shape as my injury is around the shoulder socket and hard to get a pad to “wrap around” the right area. Heating it for 2 minutes achieves a good hot temperature but fades to warm after around 5 minutes. One tip is follow the instructions when first using, heat for 40 seconds and build up the heat by 10 second increments until you get to around the 2-minute mark.

I have been having lower back problems for years ( sciatica: piriformis). The product is such a relief. I’m satisfied with the quality and the product. I have used it just as hot pack and has worked wonderfully for me along with my physio. I could feel the comfort when using it. I would definitely recommend it. Delivery was quick. Thank you Medcosa.

I have cervical Spondylosis and know it cant be cured but this is the best one of the neck items ever.So well.finished and soft .Helps take the edge away .Very well priced .I really like this item .Would have given five but know it won’t take all my pain away.

Unfortunately with this heat I’ve been struggling a lot with my health. I’ve found this really helped me cool off of an evening & reduced my headaches & cooled me down before bed without paracetamol. It even reduced my dark circles under my eyes which for a vain guy, is a win win!!

This is a great heated eye mask. It’s so easy to use and really effective. The one thing I would say is that after washing it and using it a few times the fabric starts to turn yellow/brown which could be because of the clay beads inside or the type of soap I use.

Great product only issue I have is material is a little thick for me between ice pack and foot. This means it doesn’t cool as efficiently as id like. So I put the ice pack in like a sole instead and it works perfectly. I also have very small feet so they could do with being tighter.

This is well made, with plenty of filling which enables it to stay warm for quite a long time.

I’ve used it on my lower back, and sometimes wrapped around my knee. The soft straps help keep in place, and the soft material makes this really comfortable.

It’s well worth the price paid.

A little large…only just fitted into my large microwave. Plus 1 minute on advised instructions gave good heat. Will use it whenever my old back is playing up; very effective for pain relief.

I’m extremely happy with this wrap which has provided much relief, particularly as the temperatures drop. Simple to heat up in the microwave, safe and generates warmth that lasts for hours. Excellent choice in particular for lower back pain relief

This is great, I normally use wheat bags, heated in the microwave to help with my pain. I am a Chronic pain sufferer, which is difficult to deal with. I don’t want to take too many high strength pain killers, and heat has been the biggest help with my chronic pain.
This lower back wrap is superb, I have a 900w flatbed microwave and fing 1.5 to 2mins in winter to be about the right amount of time, 1-1.5mins the rest of the time. It is comfortable to have on and I can walk around with it on, unlike wheat bags. So I would highly recommend this. Also my wife loves how soft it is so heats it up and wears it on her neck. Really Great product.

Brougbt this item for my partner as he suffers cold in his hip. The item is made to a great quality, and is perfect size to place over the hip. Fold it in half to place it in the microwave for 3 – 4 minutes and it holds its heat for well over an hour. Helps bring pain relief, easy to clean with a damp cloth. Would recommend

his is supersoft and comfortable, but I would have liked more back coverage (height) and it takes quite a while too heat up and cools down fast which is a bit irritating, Perhaps this is the nature of the beast. Much prefer my electric heated jacket – just wish it was portable.
