Weak light but for 20 pound get you out of trouble
Need to carry out work in loft. Great versatile bit of kit that does the job
would be nice if it was brighter but for the money I cant really complain, had a spare 5 amp battery so put that on it at has taken a good month of using every evening 6 days/week to use 1 bar of battery
The bare torch was inexpensive ish, putting in a large M18 battery fully charged i would have liked a much stronger/ brighter beam. Its stable if put down on a flat surface. Out of ten I would give it a 7.If buying the Torch and then a battery and a charger, it’s too expensive for the light it gives out,if you already have a M18 battery then it’s worth a purchase.
You don’t realise you need it till you’ve got it, really handy and the moveable head, so simple but brilliant.
Well made as expected from this maker but the light pattern would be better a little wider and more diffused. Still a useful addition to my toolbox.
As expected, outstanding quality from milwaukee. I used for 2 days before charging batteries. It also comes with a built-in hanger which I didn’t expect.
Beam isn’t anywhere near as bright as I thought it would have been.
Not as bright or adjustable as my Parkside(Lidl) equivalent. 4 times the price too. Was expecting a much brighter light.
Got this at a Great price was a bargain, great quality from a great manufacturers
Brought one for my friend and myself. For the money paid it’s brilliant. I live in the countryside so regularly use it while outside at night as well as working on car. It does a great job.
A good alround torch, well made an robust if not a little heavy. I have the 5.0 mAh battery which is probably too big so I may invest in a lighter battery. All in all a good torch.
Not a bad torch but not great value or indeed not very bright compared to others on the market. For me I had other tools so bought this as I already had the suitable battery. Would be good for walking the dogs or for other diy situations but for close up mechanical work there is better on the market for much less
The torch was a good price. Purchased due to the dewalt one being twice the price at the moment. It works very well, the rubber button is well sealed but stiff. Nice that it’s LED light but not as bright as others I have used. The adjustable head works well..
Overall it’s is a good value torch as long as you already have the rechargeable batteries at hand..
In a nutshell the ergonomic design and efficacy of this torch matches it’s aesthetic appeal. It is a really Coll looking piece of kit.
It’s bright illumination is impressive and the swivel head for use when standing on a workbench is a master stroke. It also uses the same battery as my other Milwaukee hand tools. It just exudes quality.
So, it may not be the cheapest option, but in view of the quality I think it represents really good value for money. Basically you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend.
This product is great! My partner is an MOT tester and mechanic it was like him winning the lottery when I gifted him this torch! Its helped him loads in his job
Brought this as I’m on the 18 volt platform and thought I would make use of my spare battery, I really like compact inspection/ area lights for plumbing so at the price point I thought I would give this a go.
I already own the Ryobi and Makita inspection lights so in comparison to them, this Milwaukee is probably the most ergonomic to hold & most robustly built but has very limited use with the lamp only being able to pivot upon its verticle opening hinge about 45 from straight up to straight ahead, has one light setting that lights a circular area with the work light being dimmer then the ryobi and the makita(although I prefer the soft glow as suppose to the blinding white of stronger lights and can be replaced) and has a fold out fixed plastic hook in the handle, which again, because it’s fixed in one direction limits its usefulness.
If your on the Milwaukee platform and want a basic supplementary work light, this wont disappoint but there are much better, versatile and much more feature packed lights at a even cheaper price point such as the Nebo tino and workbright etc.
Using this on my m18 batteries is a bit of overkill but i have no other batteries as yet ..Seems like a nice hand held torch and works well enough …Beam is wide enough at 10 feet to walk anywhere with ( beach ) Torch is well made and the head swivels so you can place on the ground and point it at where you want …5 star for sure
Great product, does what it says,
handy for all sorts of applications with the battery attached it stands well on its own so you can point it where you need it and be hands free to work
