Excellent price for 50 litres have used it before and will again delivered to the my doorstep cheaper than starting the car to drive to garden centre
I am getting mature and I find this amount of compost easier to lift. Delivery means I don’t have to lift it in and out of the car. Everything I have planted in it from raspberries, onions, potatoes (I use the partly emptied compost bag to grow potatoes) to annuals, roses have grown in this compost. What more can one ask?
My plants in the plant pots.
In the garden patio
Have ordered this before and find it does what it says.
I haven’y used it yet, but will be used for plants in containers as I don’t have a garden.
This is earth, if you plant stuff in it , plants grow ! It so much better than cement or bricks cos plants need food and cement don’t have any . This earth has food in it it’s grea
Only bought to save me going to the shops to buy it. Same as any compost.
Worth the extra price, far superior to cheaper supermarket brands which are really only pot fillers. This does promote good growth.
I wanted to use a peat free compost and this medium works very well
It is good fertiliser, economical and effective. Clear instruction and easy to use.
Arrived on time and is good for my container plants
I like this didn’t expect it to be that big, but it’s made me last for a long time, first time growing things but yeah deffo worth it 🙂
Love this stuff and so do my plants. I’ve ordered 6 bags so far and 8 for my nan and they’ve all arrived in perfect condition. One thing I would say, is shake the bag up before opening as my nan thought there were no feed balls in a couple of bags, but when she got to the bottom, they were all there. So a little shake should help.
I’ve used Miracle-Gro for years now, and always loved the compost – it’s good value for money and my plants love it. I’m not a massive fan of the peat free variety, even though I know it’s good for the environment and there’s pretty much no choice now, as the peat containing products are being phased out.
I’m not 100% sure if this is peat free or not to be honest. The bag doesn’t “blare out” that it’s peat free, but I’m guessing it might be as this compost does dry out quite quickly. I’m having to add some water soluble granules to this compost to try and retain water a lot longer, and also top dressing my pots with mulch, which I never really had to do before.
All in all I will order again because it’s a brand I like, but I haven’t give 5 stars as the quality just isn’t the same as before
I have only given the product 4 stars as the one bag was split, right down the back. It is still te same good quality product.
