I got this cover instead of the more expensive amazon one, and I have to say it works perfectly.
It fits and it looks nice, I haven’t had any issues so far. I am very happy with my purchase
The kindle fitted perfectly, it appears to be good quality and you can turn the cover back on itself to make it more convenient to read with one hand. The cover when closed tuns the kindle off and wakes it when opened.
Just bought this case for my 3rd Kindle, ‘Amazon’s Choice’ so thought it would be good. Fit in case is not as tight as other makes bought for my previous Kindles (4th gen and 8th gen) so not sure if device will be secure in use, only time will tell.
I love this cover, it looks so good, and it has a non shiny cover that means you won’t lose your grip on it. It’s built to last, and my friend who has had a kindle for year’s didn’t recognise it as being a kindle, so it looks like a book.
I also bought the kindle, which is fine, does kindle things, but it’s not easy to get to the home page, or manoeuvre round, but other than that it’s really good for travelling.
It works and does what it should. When you open it the Kindle wakes up. Shut the case and it switches off. No pressing buttons. When you open it you are at the point where you stopped reading previously
Its as heavy as my kindle, looks great i found something similar but more expensive however i decided to go with this one which was cheaper, i was worried about the quality before receiving it but it was great so worth saving money.
Looking for a cover to protect my very flimsy-feeling Kindle in my weekend bag, but didn’t want to pay the ridiculous price for a branded one. I can’t imagine what more you might want from a simple cover. The fit is very good and the auto sleep mode when you close it works as described. It suffers from the same problem as all folding kindle and tablet covers in that the ‘spine’ means it doesn’t fold completely flat against the back of the kindle so you are aware of it when you hold it in one hand, but that’s really minor and probably also true of the more expensive alternatives. I’ve only had it a few weeks so I can’t comment on durability but I don’t see any quality issues.
This case protects your Kindle well – I have already dropped it whilst dozing off in bed and there was not the slightest damage to the Kindle or case. It’s light but strong. The cover is rigid and not at all flexible. It makes the Kindle easy to hold with one hand and I love the way it puts the Kindle to sleep when you close the cover and automatically switches on again when you reopen it. You have to swipe once to reawaken the Kindle but that’s no big deal. The one I got is a lovely shade of green as well. Recommended!
I have just bit the bullet and purchased a new Kindle – I’ve justified that by saying it has 16Gb memory and my Fire isn’t the best for reading on, but that’s another story.
I take my Kindles everywhere. Always have. And I don’t like the idea of getting them scratched or damaged so a case is pretty essential.
I’ve purchased Moko cases before for my Fire tablets and they’ve been good quality and really durable. This one is different in that it doesn’t look like plastic and vinyl like the other folding cases, it looks harder and metallic with good microfibre lining. Even so,it’s lightweight and works well. The wake up function is great – open the cover and you’re into your book. It fits really well too, with plenty of space in the cut out to access your USB-C port for charging.
Good quality, looks great. Fingers crossed it’s durable!
