last phone was a moto with no problems, this one had Bluetooth connection issues it sucked. Screen was sometimes unresponsive on swiping open.Maybe I just got a bad one but would not buy again.
Very pleased with this and to be free of that annoying Samsung!!
Pretty happy with this phone especially include storage. It’s noticeably snappier than previous models I had. This would be the seventh or eighth Motorola we had in our family and probably the best one
Had Motorola phones last decade. Very pleased with latest model. Easy to use and navigate.
Had a few Moto phones and they always had great batteries and prices, so chose to stick with them again. Moto g 82 has a great screen, amoled very vibrant. After a bit of equalising in the Dolby Atmos settings I’ve got the stereo speakers sounding really good and loud which is a big reason I bought it for podcast and music at work. Camera is great in good light, couldn’t tell you about selfie camera I’m not a narcissist .
very good phone easy to use delivered on time well packed battery life good only had it few days so not used all functions yet .
My S22+ after less than a year had terrible battery life, and was already starting to slow down, even after factory reset. Screen was also scratched (Gorilla Glass Victus scratches very, very easily as it’s soft compared to previous glass on phones so it doesn’t shatter, but it’s as scratch resistant as chocolate).
I got an A53 5 G, but it was slooooooow. It reminded me of an old LG G6, was like going back 10 years.
So, picked up this moto G82 as it was on sale, and I was wanting a phone with a ‘real’ fingerprint scanner. I am very pleasantly surprised.
Screen is good, as good as a Samsung A series in normal use, but unfortunately doesn’t boost its brightness in direct sunlight like a Samsung. Not a deal-breaker.
Moto’s software is basically as minimalist as it gets, it’s even lighter than a Pixel, so everything is lightning fast, everything works much, much quicker than the A53, and is pretty much on par with the S22+. Note I don’t game, just very light social media and mostly productivity and home automation apps.
Battery life is excellent, I’ve seen 2 full days of use with 4-5 hours SOT, playing podcasts, an hour of YouTube, and only had to charge it morning of the 3rd day. Charges from 10-90% in about 60 mins.
Camera is fine, I only use it for snapshots but it’s adequate, you won’t be entering a photographer competition with the results, but pleasantly surprised for what it is.
Would highly recommend this phone if you’re not stuck in Samsung or Apple’s ecosystems and just want a phone that works and works all day.
Comes with 33w charger, cable and decent quality condom case in the box.
I decided to donate that phone instead, where it can be refurbished, and buy new.
After looking around, I decided to stick with Moto and buy the G82. Am very pleased with it. Most times, I am getting two days out of the battery, and it is nice and fast, with a good screen.
The ability to use two SIMs was handy also, as I was changing my supplier and wanted to try the new one before porting my number.
So in total for the price you certainly get a high end product for less money. Excellent value for money.
