I use these in my kitchen and car. They arrived promptly and in sensible packaging. What I really like about them is the visual condition indicator which has a green to red dial showing the lifetime of the extinguisher.
Hopefully it will do the job if it ever needed.
The Amazon ad’ says it is guaranteed for 5 years but from when? I contacted the manufacturer to ask and was referred to small black coloured numbers on the side of the canister. The numbers are jumbled but the manufacturer was able to tell me that it was made in September this year and an Amazon receiept could be used if there was ever problems within 5 years……hope that is useful info’.
This is compact enough for my car/small campervan, won’t get in the way too much, but will hopefully do the job. Hopefully I will never have to find out!
Came well packed. Haven’t used it but it’s something I was required to have I’ve got this for home use. It’s ideal for child day care, foster carers and families. Would be also ideal in a craft workshop/small business space
i do some dangerous things in my study. using microwave oven transformers to drive jacob’s ladders, playing with powerful laser diodes, making a tesla coil, using a home made x-ray machine; all my nerdy hobbies could set my home afire. it gives my wife, and indeed myself, peace of mind knowing we could make a futile effort to fight the inferno i may make. cheers.
