The T/Gel daily range contains salicylic acid as well as piroctone olamine to help break down the build-up of dead skin cells. They’re specially designed to start fighting dandruff from the first wash and keeps the scalp flake-free with daily use.

– Apply liberal amounts of T/Gel and massage into scalp
– Rinse

I had tried the other “famous anti dandruff shampoo” which didn’t work at all for me.
This one is fantastic and I noticed a difference immediately after the first time I used it.
It smells delightful, produces a rich lather and makes my hair feel so clean.
Yesterday, I wore a black cardigan and there wasn’t one single flake visible on my shoulders.
I’d definitely give this 10/10 and will be using it all the time now.
Amazing product, works from the first use, I get dandruff in the winter as I wear lots of hats(can’t stand being cold) and my scalp seems sensitive to drying central heating. This shampoo clears up flakes and makes hair really soft. Don’t need a lot of it so lasts a long time
I’ve suffered psoriasis on my scalp since being a child, a good 15/16 years. Nothing ever worked. I gave up and thought I’d have an itchy, scabby head forever. I used this for the third time tonight and my scabs and itchiness as completely gone. At first I didn’t think it was working, but after tonight I can definitely say it is. I’ve also been able to go longer inbetween washes. I normally have to wash my hair everyday. I’ve washed it three times in 6 days. Which for me is a miracle.

I have been using Tgel coal tar for a while but found this Tgel to be milder to skin and eyes

After using the normally “use this, it’s great” market leader for years and finding it not working very well, this worked within days.
Maybe it won’t work for everyone, but it worked for me and it was noticeable on the second wash.
This is great shampoo and it as a conditioner to which is great, smells gorgeous to, good for your scalp and good for your hair, wish it came in a big bottle
I have a sensitive scalp, but my hair tends to be greasy. This is the best shampoo I’ve used for my hair. Only need a tiny bit, so it lasts a long time. Gentle enough to use everyday, but I feel I can get away with every other day.
I’ve tried countless shampoos, all branded as “the only shampoo you’ll ever need” and all of them failed. My scalp was either still greasy or too dry. This Neutrogena shampoo is the first one that leaves my scalp just clean. Not dry, not greasy. It also smells great (to me at least) and it’s not tough on my hairs. At this price and with this quality, it’s hard not to recommend it.
For some reason I developed a very dry scalp over the past year, and I get on-off bad dandruff and itchy scalp. This shampoo removes dandruff after one wash and keeps my scalp and hair irritation-free. It works really well and is nice to use. My hair also gets greasy very quickly and this seems to improve things a lot. I use it every other time I wash my hair or more if I need.
I’m blown away by this shampoo. I have very oily skin and so even washing my hair every morning, my hair was always greasy by the end of the day. I also suffered with a very embarrassing case of smelly scalp for years – I am a very clean person so this was extremely frustrating!
I tried every clarifying shampoo going and I was just about to book an appointment with a scalp specialist when I saw this shampoo. I thought I’d give it a try. Since day one of using the smelly scalp has completely gone! I’m about a month into using it. My hair now lasts a good 2 days without needing to wash which is huge for me.
It hasn’t dried my hair at all and it smells lovely and clean, not medicinal at all as I was expecting.

I tried this shampoo and now it is all I use. I can go a couple of days between washes and my hair still smells fresh. For me it has been brilliant and I thought I’d post this review in the hope that it might possibly help other smelly heads out there!! It’s definitely worth a go, because although I joke about it, I was really self conscious until I started using this shampoo. Hope it works for you too x
Have been suffering from painful spots on my head making going to have a haircut a stressful time. Bought this shampoo and from first use there was a noticeable difference within 5 or 6 days pain free a couple more days and all spots have cleared up. 100% recommend this product.
I used to wash my hair every three days. After 3 washes i can say that this product works really good on my hair/scalp and now i can wash my hair a day later.
I have greasy scalp(and before to buy this product i had dandruff too-but not anymore).
The only thing that i don’t at this product is the fact that i have to use a litle too much shampoo.
I have tried clarifying shampoos, those designed for greasy hair, and honestly, they either do nothing or make it worse. Then I read about this. THIS is a bit of a miracle for me, even from the first wash. It doesn’t lather well, so it sometimes feels like it’s not very economical, but it’s worth the cost as it makes my hair look and feel normal. Like, no sign of grease until the end of day 2, which is standard for me. It is a little drying but nothing a little conditioner can’t fix, and it’s better than the oil slick I am otherwise dealing with.
I really cannot praise it enough and it will now be a staple in my hair routine.
I have been dealing with bad dandruff for a long time and have tried so many different products and home remedies that have never worked that well. I am in awe at how much better my scalp looks after using this shampoo for about 2 weeks. It doesn’t make the dandruff disappear but my scalp hasn’t looked this good in months and even during winter which is the worst season for dry skin.
Have had a seriously itchy patch above ear in hair for a couple of years. Have tried excema treatments etc. This shampoo didn’t work at first until I tried applying it in the bath and leaving it for ten minutes. It’s too quickly washed off in the shower. I could feel it acting when I left it on and the patch was 80% better in one treatment this way, so I would suggest that every three or four applications, it’s left on for a while.
