I think the exercise diagrams ate a great idea and I mounted them at eye level.
My core muscles improved rapidly just hooking my feet under the brace and doing 45% sit ups.
My general muscles are improving fast, good muscle memory, and just 15 minutes a couple of times a day is increasing the stability if my back and, oh boy, my lower back pain is reducing.
A good, light, sturdy, manageable product.

Works well, no issues after months of use. Supports heavy weight. Super quick and easy to assemble, and to set up and put away takes 20 seconds. Takes up almost no room to store.
Got this for my home gym works perfect. If the manufacturer reads this I would add a sissy squat, glute ham raise, and Nordic curl option. It would really be greater that.
The bench itself does sits very sturdy on the floor absolutely no problems for the paddings and stuff.just one thing to be noted the gap is 6cm ish which made me feels like a pain in the a&& when I did the incline
It’s a good bench for the price, folds quick and easily. May not be suitable for very heavy work, but then you probably shouldn’t be looking at a folding bench for that. It’s a bit high for hip thrusts.
Just bought so can’t comment on longevity but this bench looks and feels great. Bigger then I thought and feels heavy and will put together. For the price I really think you can’t go past it. It doesn’t fold as low as I like but if you took the leg rests off it should slide under most beds. I’ve just folded it and stood it up in the cupboard so I can grab it and start using it. No regrets at all buying this bench
Received on Sunday ordered Saturday , very easy to assemble and a great workout bench I ordered one that the packaging outside showed signs of damaged took a chance paid off . No problems with the bench in new condition checked it out and assemble as soon as it was delivered . Great buy and good to workout on , totally pleased with this purchase .
Si monta con estrema facilit in una decina di minuti. Gi provata: stabile, comoda e molto versatile. Appare anche piuttosto robusta, ma questo lo dir il tempo. Al momento sono del tutto soddisfatto dell’acquisto

It didn’t come with an assembly manual so I had to do it on my own but that didn’t take long. The bench is mostly assembled out of the box you just have to do the rest.
So far it’s holding up. I’m 216lb – 5″7, and its been stable for my bent over/incline rows and other decline workouts. My two single complaints are the back rest doesn’t go full 90 degrees vertical and I don’t like how the back rest doesn’t lock into place when you adjust the angle. It has little grooves that it rests on but it’s not fully secured. This makes it awkward and difficult to rotate/move/lift the bench around my workout room.
Other then that, it’s been a good purchase so far with a good variety of angles and better than my previous bench that I bought on Amazon. I hope to get a few years out of this. If it fails on me, I’ll be back to edit my review.
-the comfort is what you’d expect from any non terrible gym equipment…the cuissioning is well adapted for heavy weight without being too stiff
-the back can be set to multiple ANGLES for any kind of exercises that you could do
-it is FOLDABLE in case you need to make room after you used it….there’s ONLY 2 thick secure screws that hold it in place…not just some regular screw for a drawer or whatever…and it has some kind of BULGE near the tip so it can only come out if forced out the hole…even pulling slightly on it and wiggle it up and down doesn’t make it come out
-the foam LEG piece has pretty good COMFORT except the fact it is small ( more on that in the cons )
HOWEVER… it has 4 FLAWS for me, which one of them is related to the “foldable” side of it
-when i do back shoulder exercises, my dumbells touch the ground before i’m fully down so i have to curve the movement as i go down ( less effective ) which means the bench is too low when on the 2nd lowest angle ( flat )
-the bottom grip feets don’t GLUE well ( 2 of them needed hot glue so they stop slipping off )
-the leg piece for either stability or comfort or abs workout ( depending on use case ) is slightly too SMALL in lenght ( i have to slightly pull my legs toward the middle just so they stay behind the bars when i use it ( most the time )
-the fact it is FOLDABLE makes a SEPARATION between the seat and the back…which makes my coxys slip in the hole…and when laying on my stomach for back muscles…my BALLS often slip in the hole and i have to reposition myself…and it is ANNOYING and it HURTS almost every time i get in position
overall it is not bad…i havn’t owned any other weight bench that can be used for multiple exercises…but even with the problems i have…not bad! definitely not a ripoff
Solid bench, adjustment options, sturdiness, comfort, look, etc are good and as advertised.
They provide little feet that stick on the bottom of the legs to prevent sliding, but those feet don’t stick very well. Without them, you can also make black marks on a hardwood or laminate floor. I was able to erase the marks but if I’d scratched it harder this might be an issue. If you have something like a concrete or carpet floor this is a non issue. Potentially get some kind of glue or solid double sided tape for the feet to stick.
Another questionable design is the way they have the bolt caps for the front feet where you might put your feet. This isn’t a big deal, just put your feet a little wider, but they could’ve done better.
Overall this is a good bench to get your workout done and I would recommend.
Ich war mit der Hantelbank, vom Versand bis zum Aufbau hin ber die Nutzung insgesamt sehr zufrieden, bis mir bei der bung ‘French Press’ der hintere Teil der Kopfauflage brach.
Nachdem ich diesbezglich den Kundenservice kontaktierte, erhielt ich binnen weniger Stunden eine sehr freundliche Antwort und innerhalb von vier Tagen eine neue Hantelbank, das weiterentwickelte Modell PA500.
Dies alles vllig kostenlos und ohne Umschweife.
Zudem wurde mir versichert, dass der Mangel notiert wurde und knftig durch Anpassungen in der Fertigung behoben werden soll.
5 Sterne fr ein gutes Produkt mit kleinerer Schwche, vor allem aber fr einen unfassbar guten Kundenservice!

Es fcil de plegar y, una vez plegado, ocupa poco espacio. Es muy estable y resistente. Muy buena compra.
Mir gefllt die Hantelbank sehr gut. Sie wirkt sehr stabil. Hatte mir zuvor eine andere gut bewertete Hantelbank bestellt, welche aber nicht so stabil wirkte. Die Rckenlehne ist fr groe Menschen (190cm) geeignet. Die Einstellmglichkeiten sind vielseitig und im Bereich der Rckenlehne schnell zu ndern.
Allerdings gibt es blo vier von fnf Sternen, da ich Kleinigkeiten fr Verbesserungsfhig halte.
1. Die Standfe. Die “Entenfe” (also das uere Ende der Standfe) gefallen mir nicht so gut. Ich htte das Vierkantrohr 2cm lnger gemacht und auen mit Kunststoff ummantelt.
2. Die Bohrung der Sitzhhenverstellung. Ich htte die uere Bohrung (nicht die am Vierkantrohr, sondern die welche an den Metallplttchen der Sitzflche hngen ca. 1mm grer gebohrt. So wre das Verstellen der Sitzhhe schneller mglich.
This bench surprised me for the price. I’ve already done some heavy bench presses (100+kg) on this and it was rock solid and comfortable. Very happy.
I absolutely love this bench. It’s comfortable to sit on and I really like all the amount of adjustment spots it has. And I am also a big fan of the flat feet on the bench which makes it easy on the carpet not leaving indentations. A couple of things I think would make this amazing bench even better would be to widen the seat an extra 2-3 inches for making sit ups easier on the knees. I have an injured MCL and I can not do any sit ups on this bench as it causes me some pain from having to hold my knees together. The second would be to add some eye hooks or D rings on the feet so a person could attach resistance bands to them which would make the bench much for versatile. Other than that I think you have built a very excellent product and look forward to using it for many years to come.
Ottima panca per allenarsi a casa, ma nulla a che vedere con le panche che si usano in palestra, imbottitura buona sotto di essa troverete un piano dello spessore di circa un centimetro credo di materiale legnoso, attenzione a non caricare peso all’estremit perch si pu piegare e spezzare il piano dove non arriva il supporto metallico, la panca traballa un po sul pavimento di casa ma non un problema, volendo si pu risolvere aggiungendo uno spessore adesivo sotto un solo angolo, a me va bene lo stesso cos.
Panca made in Cina, pagata con coupon 135euro a mio parere di pi non vale.
La consiglio a chi vuole una panca buona per allenarsi a casa magari con manubri come faccio io.
I did a ton of research on benches and found most to be in 2 categories. high end/overpriced and the rest that would get the job done if I chose carefully. The length was an issue on the lowest price ones. I am 5’10” so it appeared this was the cutoff difference and required at least units that were 38″+. Stability was most critical; for reference I am 217lbs and using up to 40# dumbbells. The bench arrived quickly and I was even more impressed seeing it in person. Literally, a monkey can assemble it… only 4 cap nuts to attach. Took about 5 minutes total. It is decent quality and very stable. My only criticism is the large cushion gap (about 3″) and the flat seat height (about 20″). I knew both of these were going to be an issue as is the same with over 90% of these. If PASYOU would lower the overall height to about 17″ and close the gap by contouring the cushions; this product would easily be the best selling bench on Amazon, especially for the under $100 I paid.
First I have to say how impressed I am with the customer service. I had an issue with the bench and I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away and fixed the issue. Kudos to them.
In terms of the bench, I like it’s sturdiness, easy to assemble, easy to fold up and it is an attractive bench.
The areas that could use improvement is that there is only two decline settings. One that is too slight and the second which is way to steep. Also, the incline does not go to a 90 degree angle. Honestly, this does not bother me as there are an adequate amount of incline options.
This bench is not shorter than usual but at 6 feet 2 inches, the length is just right. If I was any taller, it may be too short.
In summary, great value for a sturdy, easy to assemble and fold bench with a company that provides excellent customer service. I am very happy with my purchase.

I didn’t want to rate this product as soon as I opened the box, because so many of the complaints about weight benches had to do with quality, stability, and deterioration. I’ve been using this bench regularly for two months, and it’s holding up well.
It’s wide enough to be very stable, and feels comfortable at different tilt angles. The quality of the materials is solid, and I haven’t seen any breakdown. It’s comfortable to use, and it was ready to use 10 minutes after I opened the box.
I do see how someone with a really long torso would have a problem fitting in the flat position, but since it’s meant to be used at flat or seated angles, it should fit most people who aren’t super tall.
I looked at a lot of these, both on Amazon, and at other vendors. This seems like a good value, and it seems like it will last.
Ottima panca , sembra fatta abbastanza bene , buona la regolabilit della sellino e dello schienale. E’ stabile non si muove anche perch il sistema di appoggio dei piedini fatto bene . L’unico dubbio che ho sar la durata, nel senso che lo schienale sembra fatto di materiali che se trattati molto duramente , non dureranno nel tempo. Ma questo si vedr poi con l’utilizzo. Le saldature potrebbero esser state fatte meglio , ma anche qui per la resa si vedr nel tempo. Per ora la consiglio davvero ottima , se dovesse succedere qualcosa aggiorner la recensione .
It looks really nice as well. The red striping is nice. It is cushioned just right. Not mushy and not too firm. The adjustments for the back are perfect as well. I could do all my dumbell lifts perfectly. It is very solid when you adjust the back. The metal finish is very very nice.
As for folding to store it. I at first found it a challenge to do it, but once I did it a few times it’s super simple. It fits right behind a chair nicely in my living room. I leave it out most days but when I have company or need the room I fold it and slide it behind the chair. Just perfect.
All the bolts and fittings are excellent.
For the price of this bench, I would recommend it highly. It is made so well and is so solid. It has made my workout so much better. A perfect purchase!

Really comfortable foam that seems to keep you warm on the cold days, but cool in the hot weather. Totally confused me how it does that to be honest.
Unfolding and erecting it is really simple, just do the central pivot first and get it into position, then pin the seat up into your required height. Pull the back rest up into place and you’re done. It’s out and up within 20 seconds. Dismantling it is exactly as easy too.
I weigh around 140kg and was worried about using a folding bench, but this thing is a beast and takes me and my weights on without a single moan.
I’ve had this over a month now with it being used every other day and it’s still just and sturdy, with no signs of changing.
I read some mixed reviews on here and quite honestly, I don’t think they’re fair. I bought this for my home gym. It’s mostly cardio equipment. I won’t be benching with a bar on this. I got it for dumbbells. I have the Bowflex adjustable dumbbells which go to about 55 lbs. This bench is perfectly sturdy for this type of work. It’s pretty heavy duty steel. It assembles in about 5 minutes and requires no tools. It collapses easily to a very compact size so it takes up very little space. It is very versatile as it easily inclines and declines. It was fairly inexpensive. If you are a power lifter, spend way more money and buy a much heavier bench. If you’re just looking for a simple home gym bench for lighter weight training, this will make you happy.
