Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought for a family holiday – provided some amusement, but it rather lacks detail and information to make it thoroughly entertaining

I played this with my nephews and niece and we all absolutely love it. It is really easy to learn and it isn’t a game the lasts for hours (like monopoly!). We laugh at all the scenario’s and are shocked when we get the questions wrong because all the scenario’s are so bizarre it is difficult to tell which are true and which are a false! It is definitely so much fun.

I would definitely recommend to a board game loving family that loves something more on the quirky side!

Fun little game played by the whole family from the preschooler to the grandparents. Some needed to be simplified for the benefit of the littler ones. But all in all an easy family game.

A good quality and interesting game. The only issue I have is I can see it becoming boring and repetitive fairly fast. I’ve only played it a couple of times so far because it’s just not a game I’m reaching for. I would say it’s likely better as a party game after you’ve had a few.

A brilliant family game. Great for kids who like horrible histories or even if they don’t. It’s a fun game where the whole family can join in and maybe learn more about historic figures and quite funny

Played our first game of this on Thursday & we really enjoyed it. It is easy enough to understand the the rules but some of the cards are quite hard to read for the younger kids. We enjoyed it though

We really love this game. It’s loosely based on the Stupid Deaths segment on Horrible Histories which is why we bought this as our boys both love that show. Have to say it didn’t disappoint. Really good game, easy to play and doesn’t last too long but long enough to kill a rainy half hour or so. Not sure what the negative reviewers were expecting but it is pretty much exactly what it says it is. Fun, silly but interesting. My kids age 13 and 8 loved it as did us adults!

We love this game as a family. We have played it the last two nights and im sure we will play it a lot more after. It comes with three packs of ‘stupid deaths’ cards which will last a very long time so new cards every time you play. Its very easy to understand and so funny. A different winner every time too which is good for the younger players. Glad I purchased this.

This is a hilarious board game… my sides split and I died! No but seriously, it’s very quick & easy to play with friends either face to face or, if you use a bit of ingenuity, over Zoom or FaceTime or Skype (other video call applications also available). I would highly recommend pairing the stupid deaths game with a mighty drink as this game lends itself so well to drinking games it’s almost unreal!

if you want a laugh it’s a great game to play, if it take more than 10 minutes to finish you are doing well. pretty much anyone can play, less knowledge the better!

You’ll be hard pressed to end up having a family fight over this product. So in my book that makes it a good game, it’s easy to understand and play and if you’re into triva/history you may also have a slight edge.

This is surprisingly easy to learn and it will keep big parties of people occupied for a while. Don’t expect to spend too much time playing it as it can get tiresome after a few rounds unlike other games which are harder to learn. The box that comes with it really stands out. BE WARNED it is a LOT more fun if you are 4 or more players. That is because the only way to get eliminated from the game is to have your pawn reached by “death” and if it is 4 or more people this is more likely to happen as he has more chances to reach you and that bit of the game can be a lot of fun because you start to worry more about not getting eliminated or getting eliminated last more than actually winning.

Has to be my favourite game of all time. The questions are brilliant, and very ambiguous, their rea;;y have been some buzzer deaths! rules are simple, its a great game to play if your having a dinner party or friends around, as its simple true or false, we played it just as 1 on 1 and it works super well, especially if like me you hate having to wait your turn.
