My two kittens kept kicking the cat litter all over the place with an open tray so I ordered this one and it stops that happening. The door can be flipped up to keep it open when they are smaller and now they are older, it can be put down to contain those inevitable smells. The only thing I would say is that if you have a huge cat, like my 10kg maine coon boy, it would be too small, as he can’t get in it but he goes outside for the toilet. It is purrfect for my smaller cats.
Nice little tray. Only my kittens have used it so far. You need to encase the whole unit in a bin bag to empty completely or some falls out the side of the bag. Other than that it’s easy to clean. There is two tags at the back of the bottom unit you need to slide the wedge from the top unit into before attaching the two parts together. This secures the unit as a whole.
The only downside I can see so far is that the door has been put on back to front and it cannot be resolved without breaking it. This leaves a gap between the unit and the door, essentially rendering the carbon bit useless.
Pickle, is a small cat (for her age) and she can’t push the flap open to get inside, so I’ve taken the top off for her.
It’s wide, it’s deep, she’s very good but would recommend it even for little puppy dogs. It’s a little tray, it does it’s job
My large cat struggles to use this as it’s a bit difficult for her to turn around inside, it is a nice tidy litter tray though and fits discreetly in the corner. No issues with quality.
This is a great litter tray, very robust and all you have to do is clip the top to the bottom. It’s easy to clean and the lift up flap and scoop make it easy
We really love this product, its easier to clean than a square or rectangular one as the lid just tilts up to clean, or to fully empty the whole lid lifts off.
The only down side is you cannot buy a replacement scoop that fits into the holder (inside the lid).
Easy to clean and spacious enough including headroom for our medium sized cat who took to using it easily. The swing door is a nice touch as is the carry handle. Unlike some reviews we find the clip latches that secure the sides easy to use. Snagglepuss is very pleased with her posh new litter tray!
