This is a very attractive and sturdy mat. I bought it on the basis of its great reviews and didn’t disappoint.
Great quality mat. Easy to store and flatten for use (no more struggling with rolled up mats!). simple to wipe clean section by section, robust but soft and comfortable at the same time. Great noise / impact absorber, definitely recommend!
Item arrived quickly, my step daughter loved it as it was bright and colourful, she uses this in her dance class and is the only person with the various colours, the others all want to borrow it !! Well made and gives a decent amount of cushion for her.
I needed some new tumble mats for my home gym so I decided to give these PhysKcal 5-Panel Folding Gymnastics Tumbling Mat with Carrying Handles a try. They are really thick padding mats that are suitable for gymnastics and MMA. The mats are great quality. They have Velcro strips on each edge so they easily join together for a larger workout area.
The mats are really easy to keep clean, you just wash them with warm, soapy water and then dry. Each mat is 75x39x2.8cm and when they’re attached together for storage, they are 14cm high. The handles make them so easy to carry and I much prefer this design to the jigsaw style mats that I have used in the past.
They’re really good quality but I mostly use these for MMA training so if they rip or the quality deteriorates then I will update this review. So far, I’m really pleased with these mats. I would definitely recommend them for quality.
This is a colourful and strong kids’ mat and is simple to use.
It is comfortable and has good protection, I like the variety of colours and the way that is easy to fold.
Is practical at home and can be moved easily but is a bit heavy obviously. It is nice and feels very strong to me.
This is a great mat for my daughter to practice at home, the colours are fab & it folds up nice and neat!

This is a really good kids playmat. It is really big and colourful. It makes playing super safe and you can attach multiple mats together if you want it bigger.
They are a good thickness, large, but actually still lightweight. They are easy to move around and super easy to clean as well.
I recommend them.
Nice bright coloured gym mat. Our grandchildren have been having so much fun on this mat, they think they are at a play centre. It has 5 different sections but all together so when they stand on it it doesn’t slide apart. The mat have nice thick padding. The cover is nice thick pvc which makes it easy to wipe down with a damp cloth or wet wipes. It all folds together so easy to put away. It has velcro on each end to so you can attach more mats to it. Very well made and would recommend.
If you have the space then these safety mats would be perfect for the would-be gymnasts. It offers suitable protection for tumbles and cartwheels. It’s easy to clean too. Wipe down with a soapy cloth and dry.
Another nice touch is the mat’s ability to connect to multiple mats to create a large protective area.
Although not cheap, the quality does shine through. Just make sure you have the space.
Easy to use easy to carry and folds down small for storage. It looks great with a bright rainbow pattern. Perfect for use at home or in a sports hall.
I love them. They are lovely vibrant colours and can be used for many things. Exercise would be main but my children love playing with it. Jumpibg, rolling on it or building ‘bases’. They have velcro on both sides which allows you to connect more maths if needed. Very comfortable and very easy to store as it folds down and can be put behind sofa etc.
This is a really nice mat, a lot better than I was expecting. The quality is excellent with thick and supportive padding and the colours are lovely and bright. The different colours enable the child to position him/herself when exercising. Would be great for adults doing pilates etc (though less portable than a roll-up one) and I’m tempted to borrow for when I work nights also
This may is definitely worth the cost, takes up little space when folded up but creates a large tumbling mat when unfolded, padding is super soft and comfortable to roll o
I think this mat is a good size, it allows for a range of exercises and provides good protection.
It has a nice, thick and quite firm yet absorbent filling. It is covered with a strong and easily cleaned pvc type material. Each section is strongly stitched and allows the product to fold up when not in use for easy storage.
I reckon this is a nicely designed product that if looked after will give long service. I also like that if required, more can be attached via the velcro fastening, so adding to the usability of this item.
This is a nice mat set and comes with the added benefit of folding away into a portable carry set. The mats themselves are solid and durable and easy to wipe down. Great for multiple uses although maybe a little slippery for dynamic yoga.
I’ve been using this mat with my 3 year old nephew and its done a superb job. The mats are very well padded and offer a thick, robust surface for toddlers to roll / exercise / play on. The mats are also connected as brightly coloured individual sections which allow it to be folded up and stored with ease. When not in use, there is also a very handy carry handle too, and the set is not heavy to carry either. When used they fold out to create one large, long playing surface. The mats are easy to wipe down and clean (If needed).
Overall, this set is a bit pricey, but you are paying a premium for a high quality product, which I feel is totally worth the rrp. Recommended!
This mat is brilliant! My little girl is 5 and has just decided that she intends to be a famous gymnast! (!!) She has started going to classes, so having this mat at home means she can practice forward rolls and things without hurting herself. It’s thick and padded (and even her older brother does cartwheels on it when no-one is looking!) I love the fact that it folds into 5 and can be stored away easily, yet easy enough to pull out for the children. it’s certainly as padded and soft as the mats we used in general PE lessons (if not better). We have wooden flooring at home and it has taken the risk factor away from her acrobatics! Would recommend this absolutely.
i find yoga mats super uncomfortable for me as i have wooden floors throughout my house so i’ve been looking for something thicker than a yoga mat and this works perfect for me!! the velcro is super strong and holds very well together. the foam inside is very durable and thick. and i love that i can clean it after use as it’s waterproof!!
all in all, regardless of what you require this for, i would say it’s perfect for all use including kids!

This is a well made 5 panel folding exercise mat. I will admit the main reason for acquiring this was for my hounds. They are giant breed & as such, their joints need protecting. Every summer, they love to join us on the decking but finding something that was suitable for them to lie on & protect the elbows etc wasn’t that easy. This fits the bill as it folds really easily & as it has a waterproof cover, can be stored in the shed. Well, that was the intension. However, my husband has stolen it to use for his yoga! He’s very pleased!
This is a good quality mat that folds perfectly and has carrying handles. Velcro at either end to allow you to attach another mat to extend. I use this for exercise, I have mobility issues and need to do exercise but be protected from hard surfaces, some mats can be too thin but this is exactly as described, firm and cushioning. Wipe clean and surprisingly lightweight to carry this is perfect for me needs. A friend came over with her 6 year old and he loved the mats, the colours and the way it folds up, I think he really liked being able to unfold it himself and just get using it. At the time of this review 49.99, a great price for a great product.
This is a nice size and thick enough, great for workout, yoga etc, or for the kiddies. Has velcro on both ends so toy can add to the mat longways. Reminds me of the old blue school mats for P.E
This for adults is pretty good as exercise mats go, easy clean and easy to store, but I have to say it’s pricey and not as easy to carry around as the roll up variety, so this is not the kind of mat you might take to the exercise class and more keep at home, can’t fault the mat just the cost of it so a star off.
I like it .This five panel is easy to fold unfold and secure .Great product for home base amateur gymnastic activities.This mat is fitted with soft carrying handles.This mat is medium thick but is doing the job just fine .My opinion is :worth the money .
Very thick padding my little one can play safely on this, I did think that they panels came apart but they don’t it’s one strip. It folds away so doesn’t take up much room. Lovely bright Color’s. Multiple use mat but I’ll be using this outside in the summer for sage playing. Very good
