Item as described, new with all contents as expected. Pokemon Go expansion celebrates the launch of the Pokemon Go mobile phone app. It’s always a good expansion when you play to Gen 1, although this expansion has a limited amount of cards to complete the collection. 78 if memory serves me right, but still good 🙂
I bought this as I am collecting the Pokemon GO master set and I need a couple of Mewtwo VSTAR cards to complete a deck I’m working on.
I did not find those Mewtwo cards I was after. However, I did hit phenomenal pull rates, getting a few alt arts, a hyper rare trainer card, and a Ditto Spinarak.
By no means will you hit the same odds I did, I had a 70% pull rate averaging across the 10 packs which is severely above the norm.
Although, If you want to buy this box, I’ll assume you’re doing so to collect the Pokemon GO set as there’s realistically no other reason.
With that being the basis for my purchase, I very much enjoyed opening this box and I genuinely think you should get this while It’s on sale.

Should you buy this over other ETBs?
Only if you want to collect the GO set, otherwise It’s pretty useless other than a few stadium and base cards that you may want for a deck.

I think that’s a pretty good selection and I’m pleased with it. Some great cards to add to my collection. If you’re a MewTwo fan I would recommend it.
MewTwo is one of my favourite pokemon to play. I’ve also just purchased the MewTwo V battle deck so the MewTwo card sleeves from this trainer box will be perfect for keeping that deck in tip top condition and I will add the MewTwo cards that I have pulled from this box to that deck.
I would like if it was a little cheaper but it’s Pokemon TCG and that’s always a bit pricey. But I do think it’s worth the 45 I paid for it considering what you get.

I think this is the best trainer box I have had, pulled 2 vmax cards which usually I get 1, got a mewtwo and melmetal and radiant charizard better than the trainer boxes so was worth it.
First one I pulled 2 radiant cards and 3 full arts.
Second one I pulled the chase card Mewtwo V alt art and numerous other great pulls, 2 dittos too. What a great pull rate!
8 packs and the Mewtwo promo are worth the 43 I payed for each of the boxes!
Make sure to always order your Pokemon cards through the legitimate Pokemon card store on Amazon to avoid fake packs!
Normally I don’t bother with ETB’s but when I saw this on offer I decided to pick it up. It was good value considering there were 10 packs rather than 8 but it was the same price as a regular ETB. The promo card is pretty cool as well, which made up for my poor luck with the packs.
Bought for my sons collection, each booster pack had at last 1 shiny card, and a few holos. He was ecstatic that he got another Mewtwo card which was different from the one you get in tue box standard, he also got Venasaur, Blastoise and Charizard all Holos which he was thrilled about, for what you pay you get a great selection of pokemon cards
