Yo me compr el chaleco de 10k y cuando me lleg no era capaz de entender como ocupando tan poco daba el peso seleccionado, es realmente cmodo y el diseo tambin es una pasada. Es ms caro que otras opciones, pero realmente merece la pena!
This vest is super awesome. I wear it so much i actually forget that i am wearing it. There are even times where i go to take it off and i dont even have it on. Sits nicely on the body distributing the weight accordingly. Straps stay locked and in place. Haven’t had to wash it due to sweat or stains but, the fabric looks like it will easily be clean with a few wipes.
This is the best vest I have ever had.
It fits excellent, it doesnt have that annoying sand and it can be cleaned very well and dry out very easy. Me and my wife are workout out non stop and from what it seems is durable.
Die Weste gefllt mir insgesamt ganz gut. Jedoch ist sie auf Spaziergngen auf Dauer recht unbequem, da das Gewicht auf den Schultern und der Brust (bei Frauen: auch auf den Brsten) aufliegt. Das Gewicht wird dadurch nicht von der Hfte getragen, wie dies bei guten Ruckscken der Fall ist. Logisch, ist eine Gewichtsweste. Dadurch ist der Krperschwerpunkt jedoch im Oberkrper, was beim Gehen zu ungewohnter Belastung in den Sehnen und Gelenken fhrt – nicht wegen dem zustzlichen Gewicht, sondern weil die Stabilitt sich ndert.
Als Frau finde ich es nicht so angenehm, dass die Weste recht gro ist. Sie liegt dadurch zum Teil auf den Brsten auf – das ist nicht so schn. Wenn man sie weitermacht, schlackert sie zu stark. Auerdem schlgt sie beim Gehen immer leicht in die Seiten/Nierengegend. Zumindest bei mir, ich bin aber auch nur knapp ber 1,60 m. Meinem Freund mit deutlich ber 1,80 m passt sie besser.
Fazit: Das Material ist super, die Weste ist weich und in der Hinsicht recht angenehm. Fllt aber GRO aus und ist eher fr Mnner bzw. Personen ohne Busen geeignet. Trotzdem sicher eine der besseren Alternativen fr Frauen. Die meisten anderen Modelle sind noch schlechter geeignet.

Ottimo giubbetto per allenamenti casalinghi, in base alle vostre necessit ed esperienza badate bene a non esagerare nel peso o rischiate di farvi male,prestare attenzione sempre al lavoro con sovraccarico.
Risulta perfetto e per nulla fastidioso per esercizi statici.
Nient’altro da riportare se non 95 nonostante l’ottima qualit siano un po’ tantino forse un 10 in meno sarebbe perfetto, detto questo lo riacquisterei un altra volta
P.S Molto divertente quando vi arriva il pacco, se acquistate come nel mio caso la versione da 10kg una confezione in cartone pesante, fa riflettere sulla quanti siano realmente 10kg
He comprado el de 10 Kg para caminar, y la verdad es que, aparte del peso, no se nota ni molesta para nada, es sper cmodo y se cie como un guante, supongo que porque no lleva pesos sueltos sino que es el propio material de relleno que es blando. He hecho caminatas de 10 km a paso rpido. La nica pega s el precio, comparado con otros de la competencia, pero repito que es sper cmodo.
Due to the nature of the vest though, it only comes in one size, so if you have a really small chest/back, then this might be quite uncomfortable to wear. Similarly, if you have a VERY large chest/back then you might not be able to wear this at all. I have a 46 inch chest and I’d say that it’s pretty tight on me (not uncomfortably so).
There’s only one clip to hold it in place, but it does the job perfectly. If you’re a big person, then the vest should stick to your body so you don’t need to worry about it moving around. This makes it perfect for someone like me, and it’s been incredible to use when doing my sprints!
I’ve also sometimes just worn this around the house to strengthen my back, but be careful to have perfect posture otherwise you could actually end up damaging yourself!
The other important thing to mention is that this is obviously a very heavy vest (I got the 10kg one) and you shouldn’t leave it lying around on the floor. I left it on the floor once and my girlfriend lightly kicked it thinking that it would go flying and she ended up hurting her foot. This is especially true if you’ve got children running around!
Overall, I think this is a brilliant weighted vest that will serve you well! It’s well priced and I’d highly recommend it!
This PROIRON 10kg weighted vest is fantastic in my opinion. I prefer this one over my Opti 10kg weighted vest. This is much easier to put on andbring to the gym. I use it when I’m on the treadmill, cross trainer and cycling. It has two front clips to fasten the vest and waist strapsto adjust the fit. I find the fit to be fairly snug; there is some movement, but this does not bother me because of the practicality and quality. This vest is more expensive than others, but I like the design and look of it. The product is beneficial for increasing strength and stamina.
This is a great quality weighted vest. If you’ve been looking at any of these you will realise they are an expensive item. This isn’t the cheapest available, but it’s not far off, the quality is good though.
Comfortable to wear with various parts of the design that aid this. It has a reflective material on the outer layer, offering up visibility for when your out in the dark. A mesh pocket on the back gives you storage for any items you want to take with you. It is also fully washable and quick drying, so easy to keep clean and fresh.

Now this vest is the opposite! I ordered the 8KG version, which is the perfect weight for me. It’s heavy to the point where you know you’ve got it on, but not heavy enough to be an instant strain. Everyone’s perfect weight will be different for them.
It’s made of a soft, almost silky fabric, which is super comfortable and easy to clean (it can be hand washed).
The weights are not sand, they’re actually a soft iron, meaning it’s perfectly balanced and there’s no chance of any leakage.
I’m a 5 foot 11 male and my girlfriend’s 5 foot 6, but it fits us both really well. The adjustable straps are great to get it seated corrected.
I’m yet to use it for road running, however, the pattern is reflective, which is a brilliant design feature.
Although this vest is not weight adjustable (the only downside), the design features and general quality of this product make it a step above the rest on the market.
At 59.99, it’s not the cheapest on the market, but you get what you pay for and I’d definitely recommend.
Fantastic weighted vest feels incredibly heavy handling but once on such a comfortable fit (for me) you barely know you have it on (until you start activity but that is the entire point)
Training on runs is comfortable with no noticeable bouncing around which is an absolute must as a previous one I have tried would bounce in time with the step, just takes a little time to get used to the unbalancing nature initially of wearing this hard to describe but you do not feel quite so stable until you have worn it a few times
It’s easy to be a bit macho and go straight for the maximum weight straight off (as I did) which is not always a great idea – I’m finding that to start off with even just walking with it is a bit wobbly – the weight sits quite high up and unbalances you a bit when you lift each foot off the ground as you move forward. However it would turn out quite expensive to progressively purchase increasing weights in turn as you improve. It will depend of course on what exercise you want to do while wearing it as well as your size and strength.
This weighted vest actually looks good – I previously tried one that had pouches for plates, etc, which couldn’t fit a 10kg plate and made me look like a Call of Duty cosplayer.
This appears to have weighted gel filling the back and front straps, meaning it’s slimline and actually looks good; if you want to know what having bigger chest, trapezius and back is like, wear this vest. There are net pockets on the front and back if you need to store anything; mine also has a purple speckled design, which looks nicer than the one on the product description page.
It has two clips on the front to fasten the vest and straps by the waist to adjust the fit.
In use it adds another dimension to anything where you are moving around – press-ups, burpees, bear crawls, pull-ups, running, jumping, skipping; I reached failure faster wearing this.
If you need to remove it quickly, the clips mean you take it off like a waistcoat rather than lifting it over your head like other vests, though at 10kg, it’s easy to do either.
I did find it bounced around a bit, even when snug around the chest with movements where you get up off the floor, but for more sedate movements like running, it was fine. I would have liked a strap around the waist to stop it bouncing, but that’s a small drawback.
Whilst there are cheaper 10kg weights vests, this one actually looks nice – I was tempted to drop the rating because of the price, but I think this one is actually worth it if you go out running.

You barely notice you’re wearing it – except for the added weight it gives.
I already have a weighted vest but at 20kg it’s bulky and not great for running or rope climbs. This pro iron vest though is sleek and nicely balanced. It sits nicely on the shoulders and is easy to fit together.
The fabric design of it is really good especially for running. The whole fabric is iridescent so it reflects really well in the light, there’s also extra reflectors added to the shoulders.
Now there is a couple of design flaws to it which I will go through here. For women with the larger chest is doesn’t sit too well and will take some moving around to find the right position, my wife tried it on and it basically squashed her boobs together. The second is if you’re on the skinnier side it may not be tight enough, i.e if you’re a runner there will be a lot of movement.
Saying that I can’t give it less then five stars because for me it’s a great vest.
