Despite the first headset I brought was faulty they quickly sorted me out a refund; ordered another one and everything was perfect. Great quality of sound, well built and looks great!

Oh my God it’s so good for gaming I’ve been using it for ps4 and sound quality is fantastic, not so easy on the instructions
I bought a new headset due to the material on my other one peeling. I love that the headset has great sound quality, comfortable fit for surrounding the ears and that I could change the colours, mute the microphone and control the volume from the switch on the cable. The colour is great and my cat ear attachments from my old one fit these lovely. They aren’t fully noise cancelling but they do the job well.
Definitely recommend these as they are a good price and a good headset. It’s a plus that the microphone has a foam covering too (doesn’t pick up on my breathing when on discord).
Mic quality is superior but the sound isn’t that good and to be specific the bass is a bit to weak for my likings, but overall for the price you pay they are awesome.
People online said they could hear me much better using this headset and have asked what make/brand it is.
The audio output is just as good as the input. I have absolutely no problem hearing the slightest noises ingame, whilst the noise cancellation from my surroundings is suitable enough to not be distracted but also able to listen if I need to.
The customer service of the sellers is amazing. They issued a replacement headset due to some faulty parts. This headset is perfect for the price your paying. Audio is capable of reaching very high volumes whilst still remaining clear. The general build of the headset is actually quite sturdy and very aesthetically pleasing. An overall solid headse
This is the best headset for the price with stunning sound. The product is versatile as it can be used on many different devices out of the box, the one drawback with this is that if you’re not using it on your PC then you won’t get the 7.1 or the control panel for volume and muting as that cable requires a USB connection. Would love to see it added to the 3.5mm jack conection too.
Had a small issue with the cable as it stoped working but the issues was resolved withing days and a new cable was shiped free of charge. The customer care was amazing, being very patient and understanding.
Overall its an amazing budget headset that delivers stuning preformamce and with a support team that will answer any of your complains. Could recomend it more!
This was a nice headset. Noise cancellation was good but in turn made me dislike them. I like a little noise cancellation but not as much as these. Sounded great, people said mic was good. I did have a faulty ear though (headset ear not mine) so had to return I’m afraid.
Had issues at the start couldn’t hear 1 minute then kept having to mess about to get them to work but they did in the end and now have 1 very happy child just doesn’t understand how loud he talks with them o
The audio quality and also mic quality is a lot better than the products I have purchased before, couldn’t ask for more, especially for this price range! The seller is also extremely helpful and friendly!

eally great headset for the price, i had an issue with the sound cable with the first one i got but i had contacted Amazon and they sorted it right away and gave me a new one. i’ve tried more expensive headsets and i think this one is better!
Personally, I’ve had this headset for a few months. For its price, it’s actually really good. The first thing I want to talk about is the microphone. For a headset microphone, the microphone is really good. However I noticed some issues a few months down the line but managed to solve it with redragon support. After a few months of having the headset, I noticed there was some noticeable bleed. Skye from redragon support was very understanding and gave me simple solutions with pictures. However, these solutions didn’t work but instead they sent me a brand new headset. This one obviously works good as new. The third thing I want to go into is the comfort. I could go several hours with this headset on and almost forget the headset is on my head. The headset is lightweight and can adjust to many head sizes. Also, the microphone is detachable incase you have your own microphone. Finally, the sound quality is just about what you would expect from a gaming headset. Overall, I have no complaints and truely believe redragon is an amazing company with quality products.
So had a little issu with the usb-axux cord cable, and it was really stressful as i couldnt send the headset back as i needed it so the company has refunded me some money to buuy the cable else where, they would of taken a month to deliver the new cable, and the aux-aux cord is not something i can use in my situation. Had a problem,they were super helpful! Would recommend buying from them , any issues they ill help!!!
Very pleased with the headset for the price. Good sound quality, nice style and materials. Unfortunately I had an issue with the USB cable after about 9 months, but received very good customer service to replace the cable under warranty.
After a while it started to make crackling noises and started connecting and disconnecting. But after my complaint they have sent me a brand new pair of headphones. So its all gucci.
Good quality headset for the price. First headset came with a faulty wire but the support team sent a replacement quickly after some emailing about the problem. The replacement is working well with good microphone quality and audio quality.
Was unlucky as the microphone didn’t work so I had to get it refunded. I really liked the design and feel to the headset so I have ordered another pair and this time it worked as expected. I am glad I gave them another chance.
Bought these for gaming and could not be happier. Good sound quality and I’ve had good reports on mike quality. Nice thick ear padding that is comfortable and cuts out a lot of background noise. The mike is removable when not gaming. All in all, a great headset.
The headset worked well for 5 months before the microphone stopped working. The seller was quick to respond and sent a whole new headset. In operation the unit works very well. Possibly too well as its very difficult to communicate (shout!) to the user while they are wearing it 🙂

Great sound, good durability, very flexible and deep bass, not ear rattling but deep enough to scare the crap out of me when a zombie starts stalking me in 7 days to die.
This is a good value for money headset, however, dont expect noise cancelling (you don’t want it any way because it detracts from the audio quality).
It is really comfortable to wear and the sound for the 3.5mm aux is great. The only problem is that I use it for my Nintendo switch, but the USB cable makes everything sound tinny and echos so much. Maybe it’s just my headset but that’smy only issue. Feels great and the cables are lovely. But if you want to use the long USB adapter, maybe not the best on switch
For people complaining about the driver, you can get it from the manufacturer’s website (I can’t post a direct link, as Amazon rejected my review initially as a result…). Once you’ve installed it, right-click on the speaker icon and select “7.1 Virtual Speaker Shifter” and then check the “enable” box. Easy when you know how (which I didn’t, but absolute full marks to Red Dragon support, who responded to my email in 45 minutes…).
Be aware that the default ZIP file contains non-English characters, so you may need to rename the top-level folder (anything will do, just not “* (**) -2018-11-28”, which is what I found as a default!).
Headphones arrived today, and I was so surprised that this is one of the best headphones I have used. The sound quality is very good, butv for those who like heavy bases, this might not be suitable for you. I have bought a red dragon mechanical keyboard before and I was very pleased with that keyboard. So, I made a jump to buy this headphone when I am looking for one. Once a again, red dragon products is a no joke when it comes to quality and feels like an expensive ones. Their prices are a lot cheaper than those bigger brands and does not compromise the quality.
All about deal is correct. My purhased headset is Christmas gift for my grandson and at the moment I can’t test it but I hope, that all will be fine!
Easily connected to my pc (though settings and sensitivity needed adjusting, obviously), the wire is more than long enough for me to sit comfortably with them on, after adjusting the top bar, and I was told my mic quality was great in my Discord voice chats!
Comes with small thoughtful additions such as a carry bag and sticker.
Would definitely recommend this headset, perfect for online gaming and music and certainly worth the price!
