Very happy with these and the fact I can change the temperature of the plates. Nice design and I like the lock feature. Nice to have a travel bag although sometimes a bit of a squeeze to get the lovely long cable in it!

Really easy to use the what settings are great too especially if you don’t like them too hot and the heat resistance case that comes with the straighteners is also a great add to the purchase.

I am quite surprised with how well these straighteners are. Coming from myself who has been a GHD and then Cloud Nine girl, these hold up very well! I purchased them in the spring sale as my current Cloud Nine’s are being fixed so needed a spare pair to tide me over. They straighten very well, and dare I say, my hair feels slightly softer than when I used my Cloud Nine’s! If you haven’t got the budget for more high end ones, I would highly recommend these!

I have naturally curly hair and now over the years it’s more frizzy and dry. These straighteners are great to turn from curly frizzy hair to soft straight hair. Best ones I have found and believe me I have gone through a lot! Even the big brands!

I bought these as opposed to GHDs due to their lack of temperature control. These straighteners work perfectly for me at 150 degrees which means less damage to my hair.

Temperature controls easy to use and straighteners look really good. Hair is left really smooth and shiny.

Only issue is that the plates don’t meet fully at the base end. I don’t find this causes an issue with straightening, but it makes it difficult to curl my hair as the hair doesn’t always stay locked in the plates whilst turning them. Might be okay with thicker hair, but not on thin hair.

It is a super fast device. It looks really nice? My wife’s valuable possession, although I am pretty sure a 20 pounds device would do the same job just as good. Do I recommend? Yes I do.

The straightener is light weight, heats up quickly,it’s very easy to use, seems quite decent quality. Rather safe to use – I didn’t burn myself with it and it also cools down quickly. The straightening effect it’s alright.

Just a warning if you plan on buying this as a gift for someone in your household, the package arrives just in the product’s box with a big shipping label stuck to the side so they will obviously see what it is. Ooof.

I never thought I would change from GHD but my hairdresser said the GHD’s had seen better days through 10 years of daily use and suggested I now use a variable heat as the GHD’s are now too intense for my aging hair. You will not be disappointed. There is a lock to
them keep closed when not in use. A lovely bag useable whilst straightening and they are hot to put them down and then for storage. The PRO+ setting ideal for my hair. Glides easily and nice size in hands. The controls are well placed as I found with another make it was easy to accidently switch off whilst in use. Only needs one glide not repeated to get nice and straight. Auto cut out if accidently left on. Very very happy, lovely design. Nothing not to like!

Brilliant ceramic straighteners. Used GHDs for years but getting sick of how quickly they break considering how much they cost. Gave these a try and wow!! They’re just as good, if not better than GHD’s and they cost next to nothing in comparison. I would definitely recommend and will be sticking with these in the future. Easy to use, come with a bag that they rest on when hot. Best value for money on the market in my opinion. Thank you!

Having been a GHD user for many years, I was a bit one eyed about other straighteners being as good. But I used a remington at my gym and realised GHD may not be where it’s at any more. These straighteners heat up fast, give good even heat and leave my hair with a nice finish. I have very think hair so I like that they’re a little wider, I can fit more hair in each time and that makes the whole job much quicker. I also used these to achieve waves but because of the extra width, kinking can be a problem. It might just be me having to get used to them. At first I was a bit concerned that they don’t beep when they’re hot but I got used to the silence quite quickly (it seems everything beeps these days so it’s nice to have a silent appliance for once). Honestly for the price I’m recommend you give them a go.

I have just received and used these for the first time. I have super thick, curly, frizzy, unruly hair and alot of it. My first impression is that they look stunning and would quite happily have them out on display. They look expensive and really high quality not cheap plastic at all. The pouch that it comes with is super cute but could do with being just slightly bigger as it can be a squeeze to get the cable and plug in. But it’s great for travel. They have a decent length cable which is good if your sockets are in a hard to reach place or located away from your mirror. They are super easy to use and turn on and the buttons feel sturdy and good quality and in a location where you don’t have to worry about knocking them when you are using them. They have a good clear easy to read display. They don’t beep when they are at temperature but it’s easy to tell from the display. They heat up pretty quickly and the temperature stays consistent after they reach your desired temperature. There are several temperatures to choose from so you can get the one that’s right for you. I found their recommended temperature of 180 worked well for me even with my super thick hair. They are comfortable to hold and glide through the hair. Didn’t snag at all. They straightened my hair pretty easily even on the first pass. I had to use no more than 2 passes on each strand and they coped well with large sections of hair at a time. They left my hair feeling smooth and shiny and not dry looking at all. I can’t comment on how long the straighteness lasts in my hair as I’ve only just used them. So far I am impressed with these straighteners and would definately compare them to ghds, however i think I actually prefer these and they are a fraction of the price. Well worth a try. Will update if my opinion changes or I have any problems but so far so good.

One problem though was the packaging which wasn’t a problem for me as they were purchased for myself, but if you are buying as a gift for someone that you live with, they arrived in clear plastic packaging making the item inside clearly visible. Something to keep in mind in case the person you are buying them for receives the delivery.
