My 5 YO has been asking for an RC monster truck for a whole year. So come his birthday we looked for something he might like and my goodness this does not disappoint.
The music will irritate the life out of every adult within a 5 mile radius and delight every child equally as much. The songs it plays are ‘Astronomica’ and ‘Lost my love to you’ and one other I don’t recognise.
Anyway.
He’s played with it tirelessly – comes with two batteries which is good because you need them.
We had an issue with one of the wheels – the axel snapped sadly, but I was astounded by Amazons response.
I told my distraught son that it had gone to be fixed – which made him happy it was going to be ok (we tried but couldn’t fix it ourselves) – meanwhile they arranged a refund and the replacement arrived so quickly he’s now over the moon again that his favourite toy is back.
I can’t thank you enough for this.
Yes occasionally minor faults and weaknesses happen, but this was dealt with so quickly I’m speechless.

This toy is amazing value for money. With lights, smoke and music it’s brilliant.
After buying it as a birthday present for one of our grandkids I was so impressed that I bought a second one for one of the other (even though it wasn’t his birthday)
Bought this for my 6 year old nephew and he wouldn’t stop playing with it!!!
1. Build quality
This thing is built like a tank and can surely take a beating! The truck has been driven indoors, outdoors on grass pebbles and a even on a country path. Just refuses to even get scuffed!
2. Features
Comes with some cool features such as music and a steam generator. Although, the steam generator on the truck I bought stopped working after 3 weeks of intense use.
3. Battery life
This is another stand-out feature. The truck comes with two batteries. The battery life is simply amazing! On one occasion, the truck was used almost non stop on a country path for close to an hour and was still running on its first battery! Amazing battery life.
I’d strongly recommend this truck.
Had an issue with delivery but that was the label cutting half of my name and address off. Got here literally the night before my sons birthday he loves it.
Bought this for my 2 year old boy who loves monster trucks. Also secretly I used to love RC cars and racing when younger. It’s better than I expected, tough enough for my boy to just play with as normal car, but also sophisticated enough to intrigue him, especially the adding water/smoke function. I’ve never seen that before and think it’s brilliant addition to keep a kids fantasies going.
It’s fast enough for him, but try to keep it on a flat clean surface or very short grass, it does struggle a bit in the longer grass as you might expect.
My son loves it. We took it to a local woods and it goes well over visible tree roots and uneven ground. He loves the music even if it is a bit to repetitive for me. The lights look really good and in the dark the mist looks red when the car lights are on.
Amazed at the level of control over some good distance. Battery easily lasted over 40 minutes. Remote has control over Music tracks, lighting and steam. Drives on Grass too, My 4 year old Grandson loved it. Well done great product.
The car is fast, easy to control, has music and smoke you can switch on and off. The steering broke on my first one but got a replacement no hassle at all.
This car is brilliant, it’s fast, has lights and the mist feature is very cool. It has two batteries so you can play as long as you like by keeping the spare charged up. The charge actually lasts ages anyway. This was a present for my 4 year old son and although he hasn’t mastered turning yet he absolutely loves it. It works on grass and carpet as well as hard floors. Being 4 as you can imagine it has already had to sustain several bumps and bangs and falls but it shows no signs of damage as yet. My only negative would be the music, i find it very loud, repetitive and annoying so I could do without that feature but kids obviously love it and you don’t have to have it on obviously. So impressed in general and would definitely recommend!
This is the second one my two year old has had. Unfortunately the 1st one stopped going into reverse so was sent back for a refund. A new one was purchase and so far it’s working great. It’s easy for kids to control, although a volume button would be great as the music is very loud indoors! The smoke is a great feature, my kid loves it. Great little car for kids to get them introduced to RC cars.
5 yo loved it. Wouldn’t leave it alone. Very robust, which is good as he kept on crashing it. He was able to perform a variety of stunts with it. One small drawback, it can play tunes. Grephew found one and kept playing ad nauseum. Became very grating after half an hour. All in all, a fantastic toy.

Absolutely fab remote control car, easy for them to use, has water coming out the back which is coloured, plays music too, it was one of my 7 year olds favourite birthday presents
I bought this for my grandson’s 9th birthday. He is totally obsessed with it. Battery life is very good. He is most impressed that r/c has suspension. All his younger siblings are fighting over it. Great price for a great toy.
The first one broke strait away, the steering didn’t work (steering cog teeth stripped) seller replaced quickly and the 2nd one is still working well 6months later. My son loves the sound effects unfortunately.
My 4 year old son absolutely loves this remote-controlled car. He finds it very easy to control and loves that the big bouncy wheels enable him to drive it across all kinds of surfaces inside and out. The smoke feature is a really nice extra touch too. We have found the seller of this car to be extremely helpful and friendly – when we had a small issue they were very quick to get it sorted and communication was very easy. Would definitely recommend.
This is a really fun toy, and the features are fab. However we only had it delivered yesterday afternoon, and it’s 10am the next morning and we’ve noticed it’s peeling all over, as in the plastic body of the car? This is really disappointing.
