Really really liking this microwave.
After the really awful, expensive Sharp microwave, I had not realised how annoying it really was.
The door that opens without dragging the microwave doesn’t drag across the counter top.
This Samsung is large enough to put a a rice steamer in without pulling the glass plate out.
Oh and the glass plate stays in place, so not having to keep fiddling around to get to balance on the wheels.
Most timers are, quick and easy, for 30 seconds hit the 30s button, for a minute hit it twice, or just keep repeating until you hit the right time, oh it starts right away after hitting it first time, so it starts cooking while you finish setting the time.
What initially caught me out was how to set a specific time, I like my porridge with 1:40 of cooking time, hit the ‘microwave’ button once then turn the dial to the precise time, easy.
I had not realised how bad my last microwave was until we got this one.
Only niggle.. when will these smart devices start setting their own clocks!! It just frustrates me to go around fixing clocks twice a year, pet peeve.
Okay, this microwave was everything I wanted, including a handle and not a button to open it. But why the hell would samsung make the inside of it a blue ceramic instead of black??? The mind boggles! Someone on their design team needs sacking! Other than that great, but had I known, I would have picked a different one.
It has a large cook area.It continues to prompt if is not switched off.Cheaper ones in
time rust, which might cause bacteria to cling.Old ones recycled.Also 1000:850:700 :range of cooking heat;also 3 beams for even cooking;not just one.
This seems more powerful than my 1000 watt microwave was! It’s easy cleaned, very easy to work and looks lovely.
