Absolutely love it! I saw it on a YouTube video and I can’t not wear it every single day. It helps a lot with the pain on my hips (that goes to my legs). Love it
(I have sciatica and hips problem)

This is the right belt for sacroiliac joint pain relief. The main band is comfortable but not stretchy, so when the stretchy side tabs are tightened it gives great support.

A Physiotherapist on a YouTube video recommended this. I did a search and found it on Amazon. It’s an excellent product. Have been wearing it for the last few days and have really felt the benefit. Make sure you watch a video for correct placement.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI saw this belt reviewed on a YT video for relieving back pain (specifically SI joint pain) so thought I would give it a try without high expectations. I have suffered with lower back pain for over 20 years, been to lots of specialists and have learnt to just “live with pain”.

You wear the belt lower than a standard belt and it fits tightly under clothes, I wear suit trousers for work and you can’t see it.

The results whilst not 100% alleviating the pain for me, makes a SIGNIFICANT impact. Far greater relief than I expected from such a simple device. It helps greatly with my posture and keeps me a lot more upright.

If you do suffer from back pain I can’t recommend this enough for the low cost. I have been wearing it every day since buying it and am really amazed by the results. I am not in anywhere near the level of discomfort. If you suffer from lower back pain, buy it!

This is my 2nd belt the original is still in use 5years after purchase I use it gardening and walking in the winter – quite hot for the summer. It was suggested by my physio.
This one is for when the other is in the wash. They do loose stiffness after a while but still do the job.

So I tried two cheaper belts for an si injury from rugby, but they were both uncomfortable and didn’t give long term relief. Everyone recommends the serola so I got it. I didn’t think much of it to look at but wow the difference! I mean it still gets a little uncomfortable after a day or two but, don’t bother trying to save money this is the belt you want.

Bought this for my dad to replace his old one that he’s had for over ten years! He uses this for his back pain. He’s tried some cheaper brands before but this one was definitely the best. You do pay for quality with this belt.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFollowing an injury to my right hip nearly two years ago, my left hip became incredibly painful as, try as I might not to overload the uninjured side, it’s inevitable. My pelvis keeps tilting due to posture adjustment and stresses the sacroiliac joint causing an immense amount of pain. I wasn’t even able to sleep properly. After repeated visits to the osteopath and a large amount of money spent, I found these. This belt supports my pelvis and enables me to sit, walk, stand and most importantly for my mental health, continue with my physio and some of my fitness regime. On a bad day, I even wear it to sleep. It’s easy to fit and there are innumerable Youtube videos if you’re having trouble. I don’t always have it at the same tension, sometimes I need more support than others.

I did consider the cheaper options available but decided in the bigger scheme of things, my health was worth the extra cost and went for the product that is recommended by professionals. I now have two of these so I always have a clean one. I’ve had these three months now and these things have made life tolerable whilst I wait for treatment on the other hip.

The Velcro is incredibly strong and is still showing no signs of wear and tear. When washing, I have the belt loosely done up so all the Velcro is connected, put it in a washing bag so it doesn’t come into contact with anything else and wash without fabric softener. This is easy for me as I never wash any of my gym clothing with fabric softener as I find that fabric softener seems to hold the sweat smell in.
All in all, I highly recommend these. If you are in pain, it’s worth every penny.

This belt certainly helps. It allows me to be more flexible. It hasn’t allowed me to be totally pain free, but the pain is manageable. No more jabbing pain or spasms, which is very much a step in my recovery.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersEvery one has an SI joint and lots of things can aggravate it. Being pregnant is one of the major causes and so its marketed towards pregnant women but men can also get SI problems from a wide range of things.

My symptom’s are a muscular ache across the width of my lower back that burns more and more as I walk or lift things. After about 10 minutes of work I had to stop and rest my back. If that sounds familiar then do some research on the SI joint and see if you may have the same problem. The belt stabilises and supports the back muscles and so the effect is instant. It does not take all the pain away but it means I can work pretty much normally again so its worth its weight in gold. Better than pain killers.

The belt is well made and I have worn it for a month now and it looks like it will last. If worn properly it is hardly noticeable except for its beneficial effect. You can wear it all day and as it goes under your clothes, no one will know. It goes a bit lower then the normal trouser belt level. It does have some thick edges on the Velcro but if you line it up properly they wont touch you as they should be in the middle of the belt. Line them up badly and they will dig in so don’t just slap the belt on, put in on properly.

Look up SI joint problems as it has some different symptoms that I don’t get. If you think you have the problem then this is a very good belt to help you carry on with work.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersHonestly, I was going to give this a mediocre review because I didn’t think it was that good. It makes me itch because I have to wear it over clothes because it rubs my skin off otherwise.

That being said, without this belt, I would be unable to walk. I accidentally left my house without it to go to a popular Scandinavian furniture store, I walked through the first section and had to sit down every 10 steps because the pain was so bad. Wearing this belt means I can walk, do housework and live a relatively normal life with minimal discomfort. It’s a lifesaver!

I have had SPD 3 times and have tried everything; this is the only thing that has helped. Worth the money, get one, try it, spend a day without it, notice the difference!

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI had been searching for some way to ease the pain of walking and trying to sleep with the pain in my lower back and hips due to SI (Sacroiliac joint pain) After research online I found the website of Serola that made a special belt to compress the hips (for men and women) With the information on their site I tried to order, but the process was convoluted! So I came straight to Amazon UK and confirmed the information and price and ordered without any problem! I ordered on Monday 05 January 2020 and it arrived today 08 January 2020 Thursday, at midday without any additional cost- normal shipping.

Needless to say, I followed the instruction leaflet and fitted the belt positioning on my hips and against my skin. Although the feeling was strange momentarily, as I started to walk and bend and crouch I realized that the pain had diminished, although I had been walking like the Hunchback of Notre Dame for several months. With the aid of a stick I started to practice walking upright, phew, what a relief. No, I did not start running, and jumping. Later, I took our two dogs for a walk, still with a walking stick with far less discomfort than before! I just needed to adjust the position of the belt slightly and now after 8 hours of continuous use I have forgotten about my hips and the additional Belt.

In case you are wondering why I had not received any medical treatment for SI? It is because the condition does not show up on an X-Ray! I still have Sciatica, but that’s another story!

I’ve had an interesting case of getting crippling symphysis pubis dysfunction 8 weeks into pregnancy which left me unable to sit up from a lying position, stand up from a sitting position, let alone walk on my left leg. On certain days, the pain is worse than others. Fortunately (hah), I had sprained my foot about 2 months before getting pregnant so I had crutches. This, paired with crutches, made me mobile on my really bad days! Works great and feels like it’s holding everything together, keeping my joint from becoming too dislocated and providing support when needing to walk.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought this on the recommendation of my sister as I needed something to support my lower back when I exercise. It’s robust, arrived promptly and feels supportive so hopefully it will help. She swears by it. I’ll use it for those times when I need extra support during yoga and weights. it’s to help prevent problems with my lower back and hips which seem to be particularly prone to strains or over extension.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI suffered from hip pain during my first pregnancy, to the point I could only sleep for an hour at a time as lying on my hips was too painful. A physio friend recommended this belt to try this time. I was 6 months pregnant when I first got it, and hips and lower back were starting to hurt. I started off wearing it during the day, but my main problem was lying on my side at night, which it didn’t help when worn during the day. So I then switched to wearing it at night only, and what a difference! I haven’t been wearing it too tightly at night as it can be uncomfortable to sleep in if it is too tight, but it is easily adjusted with the Velcro tabs. I have gone from waking hourly to only waking a couple of times a night, and not due to hip pain. I’m now 7 months pregnant and seeing a physio too, but think that the belt has made the biggest difference. Honestly transformed my sleep which is vital when I’m looking after a toddler and so exhausted from being pregnant. Highly recommend.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThanks to the other helpful reviews I chose this belt.!
With existing hip and back injury my 26 week bump is feeling heavy.
Ive recently been diagnosed with PGP.
This belt is fantastic, the inside fabric of the belt is very soft and does not dig into my bump. (this was a major concern when researching belts.)
I could wear this under my clothes or easily over trousers with a long top.
The Velcro is covered well so no snagging to clothes so far.
The size is a perfect fit thanks to the measuring guide.
The belt can be tightened with the rear Velcro straps adding more support to hips and back.
I got this belt this morning, via next day delivery, which made my day, as soon as I fastened the belt the pain minimised and I could bend and walk without my hips being overly clunky.
I’m really pleased I paid the price for one belt rather than two cheaper belts, as whilst wearing the belt it feels as though someone is applying pressure and realigning the spine and hips, reducing pressure on my coccyx.
I would definitely recommend to others although it doesn’t take all the pain away, whether your pregnant or suffering with lower back pain, it definately minimises the pain increasing your independence.

Bought this as I have Sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
I struggle to get around and walk any distance, and I struggle with my right leg.
This support belt means I can walk that little bit further, and I wear it while making bracelets so I sit in the right position. I’ve also worn it in bed on bad days.
I still get a lot of pain, but as soon as I put the belt on, I can feel a definite difference, and the belt is worth it just for that.
Been using it for a while now, and it’s still as good as when I bought it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersReally helping ease the pelvic girdle pain I’ve been suffering during pregnancy. I notice a large difference between walking around with and without the belt in terms on how much pain I suffer. I don’t think without it I could have continued at work the last 14 weeks. Hopefully it’ll help get me through the last 4 weeks at work and help with recovery after my baby is born.

Would highly recommend as the belt isn’t too expensive and for me the reduction in pain has been very significant.

Belt is a little fiddly to put on the first couple of times but becomes much quicker and easier after a couple of goes especially if you watch the video on their website.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersLove it love it love it. This has saved my life and my sanity. For fourteen years I suffered severe back pain which through the years got to the point where I thought I would need a wheel chair. Now – I’m walking around the park with my dog and enjoying it. It’s a miracle. Also being an author I need to sit for hours on my PC but my writing was threatened, Now I am sitting for hours again and loving it.. This little belt has changed my life so thank you Wonderful, highly recommend this s for all back sufferers of sacral ilieac source. As for the pain killers – out of the window, except for that little twinge now and again. God Bless

This belt is comfortable and easy to wear on top of trousers and under a tunic. It’s not bulky and doesn’t make your back get hot and sweaty. My only negative comment is that it didn’t come with instructions, I had to look for a You Tube clip on it. It has a Velcros strap to do up first, sitting just below the belt line and then curving towards the pubic bone at the front. Then you have 2 short straps attached at the middle of your back, those you have to pull around to make a snug fit over the first strap. It seems to help my back not have a debilitating ache, and getting restless legs from irritated nerves due to contested discs in my spine.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usershis certainly reduced my sciatic pain when doing active/manual work.
However, subsequently, I have had lessons from the physiotherapy dept. at hospital which have improved my lower back core muscles strength. This has removed my sciatic pain except for odd occasions. Whilst this belt will undoubtedly help I suggest you look at ” lower back core muscle exercises ” on the web or ask your Doc. or, probably, any lady who has had children assuming she is a close friend & prepared to discuss this with you.
Basically it involves clenching the muscles which stop you peeing or ****ing yourself when desperate. You can do this anywhere sitting, standing or on a bed. A few weeks reasonably regular such exercise made a world of difference to me & its so easy.

The SI belt helped to stabilise the SI joint and has enabled me to walk with less discomfort. I do the main belt securely, but don’t fasten the side parts of the belt too tight, or they can put too much pressure on the SI joint and cause more pain when there is a flare up. I’m still a long way from recovery and still need to take painkillers and anti-inflammatory pills, but this belt has been helpful to me. There may be badly damaged ligaments in the joint which need firm support in order to heal. Difficult when you need to keep walking a certain amount. If you don’t walk, then the muscles will atrophy. I have found that I can cycle without too much problem, so I try to keep fit this way.

I developed a problem with my left sacroiliac(SI) joint. I used to go jogging regularly. It started as a slight ache in the hip but gradually got worse. Eventually I could not bear much weight on the left hip and needed crutches to get around the house. There was nerve pain coming down through the hip and pain around the SI joint itself. The left SI joint seemed very unstable.

This belt did what I expected. It has made my sacroiliac joint stay in place when doing physical activity. I did also initially see a fabulous physio who recommended the belt .

I initially bought it thinking here we go another piece of equipment I will probably buy and not use but this was not the case.

Don’t get me wrong I hate having to wear it, and I don’t all the time now only initially , but when gardening or keeping fit or doing activity bending and twisting even hoovering, if I wear it, it prevents that feeling where the joint is loose, swinging and giving muscular pain. So yes for me it works . I am not under any illusions, I believe this sacroiliac joint will always need managing .

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAfter a nightmare of back pain and at the point of depression we bought this belt. The thing it has done is moved the pain all over to the dimple in the back and actually changed a diagnosed back problem to a now pelvis problem. Basically the pelvis has come apart a bit and needed to be strengthened up again and pulled back together. It was all the recommended back stretching that made things worse but that stuff does work for backs. The belt was only on a few hours but did have instant result of taking away the pins and needles in the leg. Went back to the osteopath and said what had happened and he treated the pelvis problem and things were good with in days. After 4 and a half months of pain and also being off work with in the week I was off the medication, no daily hot water bottles and best of all back to work with out pain. Haven’t used the belt since as job was done. Have found standing on the opposite leg to the affected dimple is the best way to strengthen this muscle that has been pulled and isn’t holding the pelvis as it should do. Not out the woods totally but things are not bad at all

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersI suffer with Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction and find it very hard to stand up straight and walk without pain. Physio works a little for a couple of days then back to square one. I purchased this in desperation not giving out much hope. However, I am pleasantly surprised. The belt is very lightweight and unobtrusive and you can wear it either over or under clothing. I have had this belt less than 2 weeks but it enables me to sit upright with no pain, thereby helping my posture and in turn strengthen the muscles. At first i managed to sit upright with no pain or pressure for about an hour. Now I can wear it for half the day. I still cannot walk far without having to stop, but the distance is progressing daily. Also if the belt is positioned correctly (and there are instructions with the belt)but I preferred to look at video on you tube, then there is no need to take off the belt when using the loo.
All in all I am highly pleased with progress whilst using this belt. Can see no downside a the moment.
