For a smartwatch that costs only $69.99 (price on July 24, 2023) this delivers a lot. You get a nice, clear display that you can control the brightness level of, you get a pretty accurate step counter, it continuously takes your heart rate, and you can choose to measure your blood oxygen levels (which is never more than 1% off from what my oximeter reads), measure your stress levels, track your workouts, see how many estimated calories you have burned, you can get the weather forecast, make phone calls, connect to an Alexa and more.
The audio isn’t the best on phone calls or music, but that’s not going to be a top priority (or even a low one for any watch I buy or wear). These tracks all my activities and checks my heart rate and blood oxygen levels, which is enough for me. Everything else is a bonus for a watch of this price level, including the fact that even after close to three months that I’m still getting well over two weeks on every charge of the watch. This has become my daily watch to wear and it’s way more affordable than anything the top name brands offer, and those ultimately only deliver a few more frills.
Did write a 1 star review after my daughter bought it for me for mothers day. Worked beautifully then just stopped working. Wouldnt turn on wouldnt chatge wither. Left review after i was unable to contact customer services. Very pleased to rewrite this review after seller contacted me. Asked if i wanted refund or replacement, opted for the replacement. Received within days.
5* customer service. Thank you
Iv always had a garmin but they keep breaking, this watch is fantastic wish I’d bought these earlie
The watch is amazing and accurate
It’s exactly what I wanted
It say exactly what it say on the box great watch for the price
Excellent gd battery life every thing u need on it and easy to use
I had a little problem setting it up for calls but after a bit of patience I got there.
I highly recommended this smart watch
Could anyone please tell me if I can get a leather strap for this watch please,it is making the skin on my wrist sore
this watch.
Everything works well and I am still discovering new functions
So many functions to this watch which does justify the higher rrp than other smart watches.
Definetly waterproof as I’ve often forgot to take it off when washing up.
Great large screen, great audio for recivieng calls, accurate data re steps as i have tested this against a pedometre.
Excellent battery life, I’m getting about 3/4 days out of this and I do a lot of functions mainly the alexa option which is easier to set up.
Very detailed instructions altough most of this is self explanatory if used to using smart watches.
The title of the watch says its for men the in the product description it states for womens health, obviosuly a over sight intranslation but safe to say this watch is a unisex watch
Upon receiving the watch, you are ushered into downloading the ‘veryfit’ app.
I’d recommend doing this as it’ll give you all your historical data for steps, heart rate, stress, sleep etc. It’s also the place to change your watch face with a pre loaded face or use your own photos.
Last main feature is the GPS track on a map for exercise/workouts.
The app is simple to use and operate, nothing difficult.
The watch itself is pretty darn good for the price. Covers a lot of features and is tailored towards exercise and workouts.
This does not have any games like other smart watches.
I find the battery life superb – maybe a week or a little more before I have to charge!
At the tip of your fingers you have amazon alexa, find your phone, notifications etc. The responsiveness and Bluetooth connectivity has been great, no issues.
You can also use the watch to answer and take calls. You can’t tell you are on a call via a watch so it’s a really great feature.
Only drawback is the accuracy of steps and heartbeat. I’m not overly convinced it’s 100% accurate.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this!
I love this watch, l am getting SO much use out of it and it does loads for the price.
It didn’t take long to set up with my Samsung mobile with the ‘Very Fit’ app although Alexa was a bit more tricky, but we got there eventually.
There are so many great features that l use a lot.
I have the alarm set on it to wake me up.
It rings my phone when l can’t find it.
I can make and receive calls on it, which is great when l am driving.
You can change the watch face to loads of others.
Alexa now turns my bedroom lights off.
I get my WhatsApp, FB, and E.mails +text messages sent to it.
And it’s great for my workouts at the gym, recording my steps, how many calories l have used.
It checks my heart rate, my sleep pattern…..the list goes on…..
I absolutely love it.
I think it’s superb value for 62.99 and l am super pleased with it, one of the best cheaper watches l have ever had.
I seriously recommend it.
DESIGN
This watch is simple in design and neat in appearance. It is a tough watch too, with a metal casing. As usual though, the cheaper watches usually do not have scratch proof glass, so there is a chance that this will mark over time. No differently to any other watch in this category though.
The strap is a very soft silicone strap and makes this, probably one of the most comfortable watches I have worn. The black strap matches the gun metal grey casing very well.
The screen is fairly large, bright and clear. It is interesting to note that the display is not central (vertically) on the front of the watch. There is a wider area at the bottom of the watch front.
FEATURES AND OPERATION
The watch boasts 60 sports modes on the box, although I counted 24 on the watch itself. I suppose variations to some of the activities might increase the count, but even 24 is enough. The watch has the usual sports and health monitoring features. Fitness tracker, steps counting, music control, heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring, blood oxygen, and notifications. It even has Amazon Alexa too. Controls are fairly standard, with the exception of swiping up, it’s usually down, for settings, then right or left to rotate through the usual tiles. Swipe down for messages and notifications, which you can set to show up, as and when you receive them. The touch screen works as standard and the display is good. Not perfect, but good; quite bright too. The one physical button acts as a back button, and when you’re on the home screen, it brings up a menu of your apps. You can view this menu in two ways, list or icons, and it works well. There are a good few standard apps on this watch.
Watch faces are plentiful, but you can only install eight. If you try to add a new face, after that, you will have to delete an old one first. You can install them from the phone, or change between the preinstalled faces, via the watch itself.
The steps monitor automatically calculates your steps and this was fairly accurate. It will also remind you if you’re not doing much, as well as help you with your breathing and your stress levels.
The watch includes many sports activities, including running, cycling and swimming. It’s also waterproof, rated IP68.
SET UP and CHARGING
Setting up the watch was extremely easy, using the VeryFit app. The app has the usual features as well as the ability to look through your history of activities. One great feature of this watch is that you can view some of your activity history on the watch itself too, something a lot of other watches won’t do.
Interestingly, you cannot initially set this watch up until you download the VeryFit app on your phone. Once it installs, it looks for the watch and connects it. This makes it really easy, although strange that the watch must have the app installed to even show the time. Similarly, once set up, you can’t easily use the watch until it’s placed on your wrist. A little note appears on the watch saying ‘wear the watch correctly’ if you scroll past something that needs the sensors, and you can’t move on until you either press the home button or ‘wear the watch correctly’.
Charging is easy with a magnetic charger that plugs into any USB socket. The watch claims to last nearly a month on power saving use and a fortnight on daily use.
PHONE and MESSAGING
You can receive texts, notifications from many messaging apps and other notifications. You can also take and make calls with the watch, via a Bluetooth connection to your phone, but you cannot send messages from it.
IN SUMMARY
This watch is easy to set up, has a nice metal casing and a fairly large display. It’s price at 62.99 was good for what you’re getting, but you can currently get this for 29.99 on Amazon. That’s an amazing price for a well recommended watch.

The watch has a waterproof rating of IP68 which is capable of withstanding activities such as swimming.
This is suitable for a male or a female.
Adult or teenager.
From what I have seen and the functions this watch offers, it is as competent as the branded equivalent.
Great quality smart watch that has the bonus of Alexa built in. Easy to set up with the app. I found the heart rate to be particularly good and seemed almost spot on. Nice comfortable fit on wrist. All the usual features like heart rate/pedometer/calorie burn/distance etc are on it. Receive calls as well which is rare on a watch at this price. Connect to your Alexa then you push a button and ask Alexa. Battery life is great and last easily seven to ten days depending on usage. If your into sports and fitness this watch is fantastic as it can monitor twenty four sport modes. Also you can set reminders and control your music. Overall a great watch at a great price with many features and looks good to. Recommended
Pleasantly surprised with this budget smart watch. Didn’t know what to expect from it but does all that it advertises and does them well. Comfy enough to wear and connecting it up to my phone was very easy. Very impressed
This smart watch is lightweight with a soft silicon strap and a decent size screen. It was quick and easy to set up after downloading the mobile app. The app itself is easy to use and it has all the features you need to track exercise, steps, heart rate and calories etc.
Connected easily by Bluetooth to iPhone for taking calls. Battery life good.
Overall a great value, nice looking multi functional smart watch.
Has many of the same characteristics, functions, features of my Apple Watch, this is the first value smart watch that has built in Alexa.
Uses the same gestures as most smart watches, very easy to get to grips with all the workings of the watch, but it’s a fun yet simple looking multi functional smart watch at a more affordable price.
It’s a perfect size for anyone to wear, nice and lightweight, feels nice on your wrist, lovely soft and flexi silicone Watch strap with lots of adjustment to fit any wrist.
App is good, plenty of settings to choose from, lots of info for checking out your sleep activity, hear rate monitoring, and much much more.
Affordable smart watch
Please remember that the heart rate monitor will only work correctly once you’ve set the Watch to wear on either the left or right wrist!
I primarily ordered this for wearing whilst swimming, the current watch I had was great but the screen is a lot smaller and was tricky to use in the pool so I was looking for something with a bit of a bigger screen. This definitely delivers on the screen side, for smaller wrists this isn’t too big which I was happy with. The strap is adjustable and comfortable, the material used has not aggravated my skin and feels well made.
There are many great features the watch has from the standard steps, sleep and heart rate etc to features such as blood pressure, o2 monitoring and activity tracking. I am not sure how accurate the blood pressure feature would actually be, I would always advise to use a proper machine to track this accurately, however its good for a ball park idea.
The app is simple to use, nothing fancy but works well and gives all the information you need to know which is perfect. Overall I am really impressed with the performance and appearance of this watch and for the price point I feel it delivers well.
Took a while to get the app installed, for some reason the QR code would not scan, either off the watch or the manual so had to manually install via Google Play.
The app itself has some teething problems, but very easy to overcome.
The watch itself fits very nice onto the arm, the strap and buckle is all in rubber. I set the watch for a short inside run, and jogged on the spot for a bit, until it told me I’d done 100 steps. It had my heart rate and calorie count as well. Also, as its using GPS locator (via the app), I knew how wet and miserable it was outside.
The only weird thing is connecting the power cable, as its a magnetic connector, and only goes one way, but I found it very easy to push off, so if its charging on the desk, make sure you check its still attached if moving the watch.
Really easy to set up, the battery life is decent and it is quite accurate when it comes to step tracking. Looks very similar to an Apple Watch but for a quarter of the price
I love this watch! My favorite feature is the ability to answer calls without deholstering my phone. Makes me feel like Dick Tracy! I also am very pleased with the number of watch faces available. You can change the face to suit your mood or tracking needs. I have paid more attention to my sleep habits since buying this watch, as it tracks and explains the different sleep phases and gives recommendations for acquiring better sleep. It also helps me track my steps, heartrate and blood O2. This purchase is a no-brainer!
A great watch , a better alternative to Samsung watches cheaper than the battery lasts a lot longer , been wearing it for over 3 days and battery is still going strong. Its well made and I can wear it to work .doesn’t mind been splashed with coolant either. The faces are changeable in the in app and is a rather lot to choose from.
You can pay a lot for this type of watch and this is certainly towards the less expensive end of the market. It looks good. The Bluetooth connected well. There is an app to download which did fairly quickly. I like the choice of watch faces. I also like the battery life which is better than some of the more expensive ones. It is fairly simple to operate and it seems fairly accurate. It works well. This is a good value good looking smart watch which works well.
cheaper alternative to the branded versions but has been a bit glitchy. The connection drops at least once a day and it took two attempts to download the app that goes with it.
For my other half it’s fine as he doesn’t use it for calls or anything but if you want reliability you might want to buy a recognised brand with proven reliability.
And a different strap would have been nice, other half said that when wearing at the gym he ends up having to take it off and hook it to a loop on his shorts because it rubs when he sweats and makes him itchy, a breathable fabric strap would have been more comfortable.
The watch has some excellent features, I was really impressed with how it connected to Alexa it was pretty easy to set up and seems to work really well.
You can keep track of all your fitness, heart rate, stress levels etc and it takes and receives calls if you’re never enough to your phone to be connected by Bluetooth.
Overall very impressed with the watch and for the money, it’s well worth it.
Highly Recommended
I had high hopes for this watch and to some extent they have been realised but ultimately I have come away from it a little disappointed. The watch is supplied with perfunctory (the bare minimum) multi-lingual instructions and a USB charge lead that uses a custom connection at the watch end. There is also a registration card that gives access to an extended warranty. The watch is large but not too large. It has a bright clear screen and is comfortable to wear. It has a good level of waterproofing and promises a good range of smart biometric functions plus access to Alexa. It uses the VeryFit app that is easily downloadable from either the IOS or Android app stores. I use this app with a different watch and so it was already on my phone.
My watch came fully charged up but charging is a simple enough task. Just as well because I have been using it for about half a day and it is already on 90% remaining. The app instructions suggest switching off continuous heart monitoring to save power but that is a feature I use on all my other watches and want it turned on. Set up is a bit of a journey but although a little time consuming it is relatively straight forward. One needs to set up some login credentials and do a search for the watch. Once found pairing is simple but it did take about 20 minutes to download and install the various firmware and software updates. It may be handy to have a second device on hand to look up a verification code that is sent via email as part of the Alexa set up. Once set up one can enter preferences, personal data and so on. There are 7 options for the main display and these can be added to by loading/deleting via the phone app. I have stuck with the default for now because I could not find anything better during a quick trawl through the various faces. There is a step counter, heart rate monitor and blood oxygen monitor. The latter is a little hard to find but it is buried in one of the secondary menus. This is all fairly standard stuff and is all good so far. The step counter seems to be quite accurate and passed my counted step test with flying colours. It proved to be more or less 100% correct.
As well as the fairly standard smart watch biometrics this watch has Alexa functionality built in to it. The trouble is that although there is Bluetooth there is no wi-fi and therefore the Alexa functions only work when the watch is linked to your phone and the phone is switched on and running the Alexa app. With the watch linked and Alexa functions working everything is peachy. I can ask questions and control my smart lights for example. Trouble is that is not what I would call Alexa built in and so a star is lost. The weather information is very useful but is again dependent on an active phone link for the necessary regular updates. I cannot help asking myself well if my phones on anyway, well why not use that. I guess on a train or bus there are advantages to having ones phone tucked away but is it really worth the obvious price premium. I guess that is for you to decide. I am only trying to gather the information.
Briefly, the VeryFit app is well laid out and does what it needs to do. I actually prefer the VeryFitPro version. It is simpler to use and I like the data displays but it does not encompass all of the functionality that VeryFit gives access to. All in all, the VeryFit app is well suited to working with this watch.
Overall, this is a good watch that has some useful extra features. I like the app, the screen displays and the extra functionality that a link to Alexa brings to the party. However, the watch is pricey for what it is, the battery life remains to be seen and the ‘fancy’ functions all require and active phone link. It represents quite reasonable value for money especially given the current discount. It is a step up from standard smart fitness watches and is well worth consideration. If the extra functions are useful and suit your needs this is still a very good buy. If you already use Alexa then this watch is a good option.
This Smart Watch for Men, Smart Watch (Answer/Make Call), 1.69″ Full Touch Alexa Built-in is excellent. It comes nicely packaged and is easy to set up. The benefit of this smartwatch, above others I had, is that it also has Alexa. Who doesn’t like Alexa…
This smartwatch is great for tracking your fitness levels measuring your heart rate, as well as telling the time, and making/receiving calls.
I’m an Apply user and found it easy to set up, the instructions are clear.
The watch fits nicely and is comfortable to wear. The face is a decent size making it easy, even for those of us who need reading glasses, to see everything at a quick glance.
You are getting a lot of other services with this smartwatch and I don’t think, price-wise, it’s bad at all. Would make an excellent present.
